If
you
are
looking
for
a
place
to
reset
and
recharge
before
the
upcoming
week,
I
would
highly
recommend
Mike
Boyes’
Kundalini
Yoga
class
on
Sunday
mornings
at
Studio
108.
Mike
provides
a
relaxed,
friendly,
humble,
grounded
and
safe
space
in
which
to
practice
Kundalini
Yoga.
He
invites
us
to
simply
notice
where
we
are,
in
whatever
state
we
find
ourselves
in
at
that
moment.
There
are
no
expectations
to
feel
anything
other
than
what
we
are
currently
experiencing.
And
as
we
engage
in
the
practice
of
Kundalini
Yoga
under
Mike’s
guidance,
we
may
find
our
experience
transformed.
For
me,
the
exercises
that
Mike
intuitively
selects
are
powerful,
healing
and
uplifting.
The
gong
bath
that
he
provides
at
the
end
of
class
will
often
wash
away
the
remaining
residual
effects
from
a
difficult
week.
Mike’s
teachings
of
this
practice
leave
me
centered
and
filled
with
gratitude
for
the
practice,
for
amazing
teachers
such
as
Mike,
for
the
studio
space,
and
for
the
community
of
kind
people
I
have
encountered
in
this
space.
Whether
you
have
never
stepped
a
foot
inside
of
a
yoga
studio,
practice
vinyasa
and
are
curious
about
Kundalini
Yoga,
or
are
decades
into
your
yoga
practice,
Mike
welcomes
all.
He
is
not
only
a
wonderful
teacher,
but
also
a
student
with
a
passion
for
the
practice
which
really
shines
through
during
his
classes.
Sat
Nam!
