What a fun experience it was! We celebrated our 11 year old’s bday here- and did we have fun. Jesse was our server and she made us so comfortable and made sure everything ran on time and everybody was taken care of. The party rooms are beautifully done and big enough. We were 15 People and it had enough space for us. The games were fun and they even have a supervisor inside to help new players. Even our 4 year old played the games . The party packages are totally worth every penny. We also availed the free cake offer with the package!

Amazing first time experience with group of college+ friends. We had a group of 10 and joined with other groups but was enjoyable nonetheless. The arena is surprisingly big (I ran out of breath and was drenched in sweat) after each round. Facility and equipments were all relatively new and nicely working. Guys and girls both had a blast as a group activity.

Been going here for years now; when I was a kid and now with MY daughter lol. My daughter has had I think 3 birthday parties here now, the last one just 2 Sundays ago. We always have a great time! I have always brought in our own cake instead so I can't tell you what theirs is like but we do get pizza for everyone and considering the type of place it is (you go here for the fun, the food is an added bonus) the pizza is decent. As well as laser tag they also have an arcade area in the main area. Nothing much to write home about in size or prizes to win but it has a good selection to keep you busy waiting for your laser games to start. Even as an adult the arcade games they have are very fun to play. The staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating every time we've gone. This last time they were extremely busy (a lot of small children running around and having fun) when we got there and they were very efficient and did a great job getting us in our room and ready. We were the last party for the night so everything died down very quickly right after we arrived. I suggest if you have small children the earlier times are great, if you have older (like I did) the late time was perfect. All in all a very enjoyable and fun place for any age!

Lots of fun for me and my two kids 6-8. It was our first time playing so the (super nice) guy working that day gave us an awesome tutorial. After playing laser tag we had lots of fun on the ski ball machines and won lots of tickets to trade in on prizes. We went on a Wednesday and they even had a discount on laser tag! I can definitely see a birthday party here in our future. The guy working today was awesome! You can tell he enjoys his job.

We had a great time here with a small group of friends. The staff was super friendly and helpful. After the first round I got the hang of everything and improved a lot in round two. Definitely recommend stopping out to shoot some laser guns 👈pew👈pew.

So much fun!!! Amazing staff. Didn’t want to stop playing. 100 percent would recommend. Price is completely fair and worth the experience. Family friendly as well as adult friendly.

We had a wonderful 6th birthday party for my son! The kids all had a blast. Our party host was so helpful in keeping things running smoothly and taking care of all the details. Would definitely recommend hosting a birthday party here!

Always an awesome experience at Laser Storm! The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. The 10 minute games feel like a lifetime and absolutely affordable.

I’ve been coming to Laser Storm for over a decade, but just recently we booked a 3 Game Exclusive with a group ranging from ages 6-70 and everyone had a blast! Joey and Brandon were extremely accommodating and did everything they could to make sure we had a fun time. If you haven’t done laser tag here, you must!

There are 3 party rooms you can reserve for your birthday/event. Little arcade in front to entertain you while waiting to play. You can purchase food/drinks here.

We had my sons 8th birthday here and it was by far the easiest and best party to date! From the moment we walked in, our party coordinator was on top of everything. She did an amazing job gathering the kids and taking them back to the arena, getting food drinks and cake ready on time! I can not say enough good things about this place! My son had the best time and now all his friends from the party want to have their birthdays there!

An excellent child's birthday party experience. The party format emphasizes both structure and flexibility, and the staff were very understanding and attentive in both directing the activities and facilitating key parts of the event. This included ample arcade tokens as part of the package, which kept attendees occupied between games of laser tag, for which they were very helpful to assure that everyone knew what to do. If there are any drawbacks, they relate to too much of a good thing, and everyone seemingly in on the information. Running three birthday parties at once may be stretching the limits of the facility and its staff. Additional due diligence may be needed from a safety and quality control / customer service perspective. From online access to invitations to a complete party experience, all at a reasonable price, this is one of the best places for a party in the Pittsburgh area.
