I love this clinic and I love to my doctor! they are great they are professional and they get you in and get you out as soon as they have you checked and accommodated with what is needed and what is not needed! I visited this clinic and was approved one year ago as of April 2021. I will need help and prayers to continue with this service! I am disabled and have very little money and cannot get around well I need the appropriate help to be able to take care of myself it's got to be better than taking 30 40 or 50 pills a day it's absolutely ridiculous but with this it reduces my pill intake and I can just relax and take the time I need to medicate myself. Myself! I thank you for all your help and for being a very nice quick clean and professional office! Thank you for your services and I will appreciate you and would like to continue to use your services I don't use much of the medical marijuana I don't need a lot of it at one time and I don't need it like I'm a marijuana head or nothing I used it very sparingly and do not have to make very many trips in the past year I do not abuse and I do not use it wrong I do is it says on the directions and I go no further with it than that I do not allow others to know I have it it is a private thing to myself and no other person thank you to the Arkansas cannabis clinic I appreciate you and would love to continue to be a part of your business! you are a blessing to the ones the best that are in a lot of pain and and a lot of bad health thanks to chemo and radiation you make my life a little more not quite so complicated and then not so much pain it's got to be better than taking pills or addictive opiates thank you have a blessed day

Horrible, plain horrible. Wife was looking into this with a rare form of Sickle cell anemia. After paying $250 and multiple scheduled call changes the doctor finally calls to tell her that her form of anemia does not qualify. Then refers to another doctor, if we pay more to get medical records, because 'anyone can qualify for PTSD'. Been over 30 days and nothing has moved with us calling and trying to get a refund on our initial payment. We saved all our text message conversations over the month and even recorded our interaction with the 'Senior Manager' who apparently has nobody that she reports to and refused to give a number to call for anyone else. All we wanted was to get our money back after a one question interview with their doctor who basically said that he couldn't help, give more cash and talk to this guy. All we want is out, we don't want to move forward, and we don't want to deal with them again. They have refused to give a refund. When pressed they offered $50 off the additional $99 they wanted to refer to the other doctor. When we told them we have no faith in their doctor and no longer wanted to proceed they refused the refund completely. My wife even tried to reason with her after they talked through specifics. When they flat out refused any refund my wife went so far as to say she would continue if they waived the $99 fee instead of taking $50 off. Offering that the senior manager refused both the refund and waiving the fee. All these people do is read off a script and do not listen to you. Half the time we spoke they came back repeating what they had said the moment before you spoke. Still wanting that refund and nothing to do with them. Until then, I will continue to spread the word of my experience with them across every platform I can. If anyone has any suggested placed I can put this warning to people, please share. Awesome staff. Kind and willing to work with you on obtaining your medical records from doctors that don’t endorse medical marijuana. Easy to setup and the appointment was quick and super easy. The doctor was helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for their medical marijuana card in Arkansas.

Seems easy enough to get evaluated. There are a few language and editing errors on the website, but it seems legitimate. I just wish a had a few hundred dollars!

I have yet to get to experience it yet myself, though I can say am looking forward to it atleast, but just the setup alone is quick, easy, simple, and to the point.. Plus they offer assistance/help at any time for any reason as well as professionalizim

Very helpful, knowledgable staff. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they took their time with me explaining everything in detail because i have no knowledge about any any cannabis products. The staff went above and beyond getting my medical records saving me money so i didn't have to get the diagnosis from them 1. Ive suffered with chronic back pain for quite a few years and the 2 cannabis products i get now replace 4 different medications i was taking (for sleep, nerve pain, muscle relaxers, blood pressure and anti anxiety), and it is helping me to ween off other medications i am currently taking since my goal is to be on as little meds as possible. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided, please save yourself lots of aggravation and frustration so just work with this clinic getting your card. I had my card avaible just 2 or 3 days after seeing their doctor (it was a saturday afternoon so thats why it took a couple days for ny state to post my temp card on the ny.gov account but well worth the wait! Registering with NYS is what takes a couple days but the clinic was there for me everyday helping speed along the process.

I will be going back again soon to renew my MMJ Permit. The atmosphere in the office very nice. The staff is great. They are very kind and helpful with information to helping with the forms. If you indeed need this permit, you will most likely get approved by one of their very competent doctors. I plan on continuing to go back as needed.

Honestly struggled trying to find really any details on all the paperwork and medical records I needed or really anything on who I needed to talk to. When I found them they guided me in the right direction. Told me everything I needed to know. I’ve signed up for their news letter and I’ve learned a lot from their website. And win win. It’s not some old outdated boring website like looks like it was made using windows XP like most other sites. Actually aesthetically pleasing 😅 Now I’m just waiting to save up for everything to get my card.
