Horrible,
plain
horrible.
Wife
was
looking
into
this
with
a
rare
form
of
Sickle
cell
anemia.
After
paying
$250
and
multiple
scheduled
call
changes
the
doctor
finally
calls
to
tell
her
that
her
form
of
anemia
does
not
qualify.
Then
refers
to
another
doctor,
if
we
pay
more
to
get
medical
records,
because
'anyone
can
qualify
for
PTSD'.
Been
over
30
days
and
nothing
has
moved
with
us
calling
and
trying
to
get
a
refund
on
our
initial
payment.
We
saved
all
our
text
message
conversations
over
the
month
and
even
recorded
our
interaction
with
the
'Senior
Manager'
who
apparently
has
nobody
that
she
reports
to
and
refused
to
give
a
number
to
call
for
anyone
else.
All
we
wanted
was
to
get
our
money
back
after
a
one
question
interview
with
their
doctor
who
basically
said
that
he
couldn't
help,
give
more
cash
and
talk
to
this
guy.
All
we
want
is
out,
we
don't
want
to
move
forward,
and
we
don't
want
to
deal
with
them
again.
They
have
refused
to
give
a
refund.
When
pressed
they
offered
$50
off
the
additional
$99
they
wanted
to
refer
to
the
other
doctor.
When
we
told
them
we
have
no
faith
in
their
doctor
and
no
longer
wanted
to
proceed
they
refused
the
refund
completely.
My
wife
even
tried
to
reason
with
her
after
they
talked
through
specifics.
When
they
flat
out
refused
any
refund
my
wife
went
so
far
as
to
say
she
would
continue
if
they
waived
the
$99
fee
instead
of
taking
$50
off.
Offering
that
the
senior
manager
refused
both
the
refund
and
waiving
the
fee.
All
these
people
do
is
read
off
a
script
and
do
not
listen
to
you.
Half
the
time
we
spoke
they
came
back
repeating
what
they
had
said
the
moment
before
you
spoke.
Still
wanting
that
refund
and
nothing
to
do
with
them.
Until
then,
I
will
continue
to
spread
the
word
of
my
experience
with
them
across
every
platform
I
can.
