Ask for Matt Monendo! The customer service at Hines Park Ford is top notch! Everyone has an amazing team atmosphere. And there is an impressive amount of inventory on their lot. Definitely worth an actual visit to their facility. Matt Monendo was especially great and patient with all of my questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable and detailed. He dug deep to find the correct answer to one of my questions. He didn't just give me a standard "yes, it comes with that option" response, prior to actually checking first. Highly recommend!

Hines Park Ford was able to get my F150 in for powertrain issues within a few days of dropping it off. Unfortunately, it took 2 months to get replacement parts, but that's not their fault. The job was done right the first time, and they kept me informed of what was going on. I definitely would recommend Hines Park Ford for service!

I would not recommend Hines Park Ford or Constantine Popescu (the salesman) for any of your vehicle sales. Constantine lied to me several times trying to get me to sell my car for less. Constantine is a the stereotypical salesperson whose pitch is all about trust. Yet, I was deliberately lied to at several times in the process to get me to take a lesser dollar amount when I tried to sell my car to them. Constantine fabricated a claim that my Kelly Blue Book offer was not correct because I needed 4 new tires. I was hesitant to take the deal at first, but he said I had 10 minutes before KBB would call and ask about the tires. Well, that KBB offer came to my email, and I noticed that the offer was including 4 bald tires. Clearly a lie on his part. He also mentioned that the dealership would probably wholesale the car for $500 when they were going to pay me $9000 for the car — another clear lie. I would go to a different dealer if I were you.

Eric Breda and Forest in sales were amazing to work with. Eric was very easy to work with and made the car shopping / buying experience very pleasant. The whole team at Hines Park Ford is very professional and I would urge anyone looking to purchase / lease a new or used Ford to make a stop at Hines Park Ford.

I received the best car leasing experience in a long time. Everything was done right from my home including them bringing the car to me to test drive, to dropping off the car to me again at the day of signing. I didn’t step one foot into the dealership.
