We live in twinsburg but our power was totally out in our neighborhood so we got a room with our family golden retriever gave a pet deposit anyway we always stayed at Hilton before we know the standards the lobby very clean and looked new and updated but then we opened our room and I was so surprised it looked old and outdated the electronics were outdated bed uncomfortable, for a Hilton that charges full price they need to update the rooms. Also the power came back on two hours later we told them but no compensation was made didn’t get back our pet deposit back either very disappointed

We usually stay at the Marriott but, they were booked. Our family came 8 hours away for a basketball camp. Our stay was February, 18-20. The first night was horrible. The fire alarm went off TWICE during the night. I’m pregnant and tired. My fiancé had to rush to get our 3 kids up and out the door. We never got told what was going on. The officer just told us it was safe to go back to our room. Customer service unfortunately was not the best at all. They charge for breakfast. The rooms are not clean which is fine. I just would have appreciated someone coming by to replace towels at least. When turning the heat up, it’s really loud off and on throughout the night. For us this was not a comfortable stay. I wouldn’t recommend.

Was invited to wedding. Beautiful outside garden gazebo for the wedding ceremony. After the ceremony inside the hall room provided nice appetizers with small standing tables. Hor'divours were very nice, the service was nice. In the ballroom, it is a very large, nice dance floor and speaker system. This party room is designed to accommodate many types of events. The service for dinner and deserts was excellent. Of course, I know the family selected this wedding package. However, Hilton service made it a perfect event. It just flowed. Many family members opted for hotel rooms package. They said the rooms were nice and convenient.

This Is the best Hotel around! They have time and time again been amazing to us, and help us with whatever we needed! Even with 2 game chairs in a room! They keep the hot tub and pool clean and they are working on getting new Ice machines on all floors currently the 1st floor is working and they are working diligently to get the others working better as fast as possible. They are even getting another elevator working better so that there is no wait for the elevator. Taylor, and Keisha are so friendly and nice they are the people who I have seen go above and beyond for everyone who walks through the door. The catering for the events and ball rooms fills the halls and rooms with the best smelling food you can imagine! This is the only hotel and location I want to come back to. And they love dogs!!!!! They have treats and all. The breakfast buffet Is around $7.95 a person and is so good 6:30-9:30 on week days and 7:30-10:30 on weekends. They will even cook you other things if you desire.

I stayed here the other night and it was fantastic! Consistent with the Hilton brand: the staff were very accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable! My only gripe was the TV wasn't working and I wanted to catch a little college football while taking a break from my reports.

Booked a getaway for my pregnant wife and I before baby was due specifically chosing a room with a spa tub so my wife could relax. Upon checking in we were informed they didn't have any of those rooms available and were downgraded to a regular room. The concierge did offer breakfast vouchers but we already had reservations that next day so it provided no value. Due to booking through a 3rd party there was "nothing" that could be done.

Top notch! My friend had her fundraiser there and the entire evening was phenomenal. Service was great, food was great! Not one thing out of step. Highly recommend for events.

Stayed for a family wedding. My experience was OK but my family dealt with so many issues. First they were unable to find several of their reservations and then the rooms were not very clean. And they only provide room cleaning on request now. My parents room had a half eaten pizza in it! The front desk staff was very nice and I don’t blame any of them. It’s obviously just a cheap owner who doesn’t want to pay for more housekeepers

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s decent, the walls are not as thin as other places but it can be loud when people close doors or use the showers. Most of the usb or electrical outlets don’t work near the beds. I’ve had to move rooms at 1am because of a neighbor yelling and the front desk was able to accommodate me and did make it right

Standard hotel rooms, clean, beautiful lobby area. Not a huge fan of the bedding but that’s a minor detail. Snacks and drinks provided in room were a great touch. Super convenient location.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The TV was tiny, but the rest of the room was fantastic. They gave you some amenities, and the room was spotless. The breakfast was a little bit shorter, with not much variety, but you have different options: yogurt, fruits, eggs, toast, and some sweets; for one night is enough, but for more time, it could be boring. Recommended for business.

Miss D is the beautiful lady who serves you breakfast in the morning and truly treats you like family. The rest of the staff is very good at what they do. We look forward to our visit every year.

The location was good for what I needed. The room was OLD, beat up and in dire need of an update. The front desk was not friendly or pleasant. This is the second Hilton hotel I've stayed at in the last month. Both Hilton hotels were subpar. I'm not giving Hilton a third chance.

Nice Hilton, the location was great. The only issue was that the bar was not opened the entire time during our 4 day stay. They did, however, have beer and wine available. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance but we drove because of the weather. Over all nothing special but I would stay here vice other hotels in the area.

Absolutely one of the best hotels, I've stayed in for awhile!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐And by far one of the cleanest Hilton garden Inns!!! 😊 I travel for work and my work always has me staying at this location for the weekdays and then going back to Columbus (home) every weekend. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful, I don't know what people are complaining about, the rooms are definitely clean and nice and I've stayed in multiple different rooms and I have not had any bad customer service or issues with the cleanliness or services. I think these people are just trying to get free stuff! But I will continue to have my work, use this location for my work! And when we come up to visit family, I will continue to use this Hilton garden Inn even using money out of my own pocket!

The beds are amazing, very comfortable. Pool, hot tub and work out area is are decent too !! My biggest complaint is THE STAFF !! They are extremely rude, I didn't speak with one staff member who was helpful, or didn't have an attitude 🙄🤦‍♀️ Ridiculous when you can't ask a question without an attitude or snarky look from a staff member 😠😤 Room cleanliness was decent, not great.. doesn't offer free breakfast, even though I was told in the phone they did.. I have kids so breakfast is MUST 👍👍 Overall, Not to bad, But terrible customer service ‼️‼️ we wouldn't return 💯💯 I really don't advise this place if you have children, the staff are not kid friendly at all 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Excellent two night stay. Service by staff Laura, Tent and Keisha at front desk, and Winny in the dining room were all great. Very nice breakfast, with eggs cooked to order.

We had a room booked, and needed to check in early. We called at 4am and were rudely told we could probably check in by 10am. We even said we were more than willing to pay for an extra day (the night before). We stopped by at 7am to double check, and inquired again about an early check in because the first person we talked too seemed very bothered by a request for a room at a hotel. We were told it may be possible by 10am after people checked out. During this conversation, 7 people checked out. I gave them our phone number, even though it's in our reservation. Needles to say, we rented another hotel room (a Super 8, $100) and waited for our room. Normal check in is at 3. Our room was not ready on time, and spent more time waiting in the lobby. Normally, Hilton Gardens have never let us down and we're a part of their honors program, and we were shocked at this whole situation.

Paris needs to change her name. If this is what A Hilton is now, save your money and stay at motel six. The desk staff is friendly but, greedy corporate fingerprints are all over this place. From the non-complementary breakfast to the no housekeeping unless you ask for it. While you’re at it you might as well ask for soap, towels etc. that are supposed to be In a hotel room when you rent one. A silver dollar size bar of hand soap for a three day stay? I asked them to refill the empty shower gel and shampoo dispensers (no individual bottles here). Instead they sent up another miniature bar labeled hand soap. I’ve been a member of the Hilton Honors program for twenty years. And this is truly disappointing. They’re leaning on Covid 19 as their reason for stripping all the amenities and offering a a two star experience at a four-star price. And pocketing a boatload of cash. Corporate one night travelers may not be as concerned, but when it’s coming out of your own pocket it stings.

We stay here each year for Twinsburg's annual Twins Days Festival for multiples. It's an amazing event if you have twins or higher multiples. Twins say they feel like they are in the company of "their own kind". It's fun to watch and be part of. Hotel was accommodating to the festival with shuttles but we had car. Esthetically pleasing grounds where nice pictures can be taken.

We had most of our family reunion at this hotel. The meeting rooms were spacious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our three night stay.

Appalling experience and will be Filing an ADA complaint against this hotel. Requested a first floor due to being disabled. Given a room with a non functioning toilet that at first ran all night, before completely breaking. Chain was completely rusted. I was told to move to 2nd floor. Hello, I was here for colonoscopy due to suffering crohns. I'm legally disabled and booked room in advance. I'd taken prep and was very sick when I discovered toilet issues. Please explain how I was suppose to lug all belongings to another room upstairs? Maybe, just maybe, your staff should be doing their job to ensure facilities work. This lead to significant embarrassment due to having accidents fidgeting with broken toilet and having to call down staff who weren't able to fix as maintenance was gone. Our apology from GM? Pathetic. We'll comp you the one miserable night out of 2. If I wasn't still feeling unwell, I'd check out of this place. Extremely unprofessional for a $200 a night hotel. Such for guarantee huh? Fyi: Rooms 108 and 110 are not directly across from pool. Yes, my specific request was a quiet room. There were 2 to have placed me in with an advanced reservation. I'll also be escalating my complaint to corporate.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Reason for three-stars is because once again another hotel says it has a restaurant in it but apparently it does not. After what was more than a 17-hour day all I was looking forward to was a good meal and a single adult beverage. Needless to say, without a restaurant or a bar, neither of those was actually possible. Had I known this upfront I would have chosen to stay somewhere else.

I stayed for business visit overnight. Rooms were clean as was the lobby. The front desk people were very courteous. I am only giving 4 stars as the television in the room was very small and old and the AC didn't allow to run the fan constantly. Also I opted for premium TV channels and other than a few showtime channels there was nothing premium.

We had a meeting here. For a Hilton, the rooms are average. There is no vent in the bathroom, the thermostat control is difficult to use and resets to a cooler temp when you leave the room, the catering is average. The toilet in our first room on the front side of the hotel the water pressure was bad and the toilet continually did not work well. They had us move directly across the hall to the next room and that toilet was fine. If you get food in their front common area, everything is overpriced. A 3.5 oz. container of ice cream cost $4.85. For a Hilton, not thrilled with it.

Hotel was nice but alerting everyone it does NOT have a restaurant at all. We were told over the phone by a Hilton rep it did and closed at 10:30 but it was non-existent when we arrived. They also could not confirm our card was charged even when we had already given it over the phone to the rep who confirmed it was charged prior to arriving.

Not up to typical Hilton standards that I would expect from the brand. Room had a lot of issues. Extremely loud heat/ac unit- sounded like it's about to fall apart. Peeling paint and beat up furniture/fixtures in the room as well. Staff was friendly and welcoming, but that was about the only highlight.

Don't miss out! This hotel is situated in a really nice part of town, not many other hotels in the immediate area so look no further. It's a beautiful piece of history as you'll see walking into your room. You'll feel like you went back in time to the era of Happy Days and The Jeffersons playing on loop. Don't bring your own rubber mallet to get the picture back in frame, you can rent them at the front desk. I'm guessing they're on the list to get an upgrade soon and can't wait! It would add to the experience if the hotel staff was dressed period correct. Oh and the staff is seriously wonderful no complaints there.

What can I say. Amazing !!!! We stayed at the hotel for our daughter's wedding. We had a block of rooms reserved. Having the pool open for our Friday stays. Very comfortable beds and enough room to move around. The Chamberlain room reserved for the ladies to get hair and makeup done. Transfer the room for guests to relax and visit after the wedding. We were able to store food in that room to snack on. Sunday Breakfast was outstanding. Thank you team at Hilton Garden Inn for a Job well done.

Been trying to call on and off for a hour. Line is always busy. Whoever is working the front desk most likely took the phone off the hook. And since they took the time to respond and say their phones work. I would like to say. You didn't call last night did you? No? It was not operational. I could call literally every other hotel and did. And I gave them my business too.

The Manager, Keisha went above and beyond to make sure I was able to secure another night on my business trip (the hotel was completely sold out when I had called). When I came to check in, she remembered my name and our conversation and made sure I was taken care of my entire stay. If you are ever in Twinsburg and stay at the Hilton, ask for Keisha! It’s very rare these days to find people that actually care about their guests and go to any lengths to make sure they are happy. Thank you!!!

We are in disbelief that they turned us down when we asked to have our June 2023 wedding there. My event was a 3 day event, money was no obligation, and they had availability. They said they couldn't let us book the 120 rooms out of the 134 rooms they have. We had an exact number of guests/rooms, so we were not exaggerating on the number of rooms needed. I was also willing to pay up front for the rooms. My uncle owns a hotel and he was in shock when I told him what happened. Why turn down a guaranteed 120 rooms in hopes of random bookings for a non-holiday weekend in June? Plus they would have gained much more profit from us booking multiple ballrooms/event rooms over the course of three days, service charges, event charges, etc etc. Our family and friends host a numerous of large events and milestone parties multiple times every year, including a 3 day wedding every year (perks of a huge family). Someone is always getting married so we know what we're doing planning this event. They just lost business from our massive network of family and friends. There are much better hotel/venue spaces out there; I was just trying to find somewhere different for this event. BAD MISTAKE. Book your wedding elsewhere!

We we're here for my dad's wedding. The hotel is really nice and clean. Everything was set up real great and pretty with the Christmas lights. The staff was very professional and courteous. Our bartender Georgina was most excellent and she was so very nice and kind. She did a great job with my dad's wedding.

Wow! Stayed here for my daughters wedding on 11/12/22. From the very beginning, Kathy was the wedding planner and she was absolutely AMAZING!! Detailed and so easy to talk too! If you’re getting married in the Cleveland area, please give them a call! Ask for Kathy and you won’t be disappointed! The day of the wedding was PERFECT!!! Everything was set up exactly how my daughter wanted it. The weather was chilly so the wedding was held inside and it was set up beautifully. Kathy was there for most of the evening and worked her butt off!! The food was Excellent!! And the portions were huge! I can say enough good things about the hotel! Very clean! They were replacing carpet during our stay and they were cleaning carpets in the floors. Even though some people that stayed were interrupted by the carpet cleaners, the carpet cleaners moved on to another room when they seen a room was occupied. I was happy to see that the hotel actually has a company to clean their carpets!!! And it didn’t make me feel any less of the hotel. Thank you Kathy and staff for all of your hard work and dedication to our family during our daughters special day!

Rating this only on the basis of the conference rooms/service as I didn't stay overnight. The facility was generally clean and well kept. There was some food service (a small but good breakfast buffet) and the staff bussed tables efficiently and unintrusively. Would attend a conference here again.

  • 4/5 Robert H. 10 months ago on Google
We stayed two nights at this hotel, since it was fairly close to the event we were attending. Closer hotels had lower ratings and more complaints. The room was OK. But, no free breakfast. Breakfast in the hotel was $12.95 and a sort of a buffet, with option to order specially made eggs. But, the morning I checked there was only one lady trying to serve folks. We ate breakfast at the nearby Cracker Barrel, and got waited on promptly there.

We had a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn for our daughter’s wedding this past weekend. McKenzie made it easy during the planning process and then followed through with a wonderful experience for all of our guests. The staff was helpful and responsive, couldn’t be happier, thank you so much!

  • 5/5 Vikalp A. 11 months ago on Google
We chose Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland/Twinsburg as our wedding venue and we couldn't be more happy with our choice. The entire staff was incredibly helpful all along. I want to give a huge shout-out to McKenzie, Jennifer & Ramona for going above and beyond in managing things with our vendors, taking extremely good care of our guests, who stayed at the hotel, and making sure all of us have a good time. McKenzie was very flexible with his schedule during the entire planning phase. We met multiple times to go over details of the wedding day. His breadth of knowledge and stellar work-ethics definitely need some recognition!

My daughter is getting married there in the gardens in July. So far the staff has been so accommodating that we have no worries. We haven't stayed there yet but the building and grounds are very nice. It's just off the turnpike making it easy for our guests to find.
