I was traveling cross country and these Service Plazas are fantastic. All along I-80 there were rest stops, but these plazas are just as easy off/on as a rest stop, but these have fast food, coffee, clean and well-stocked restrooms, a convenience store (like 7-Eleven or something) plenty of seating both tables/chairs, high chairs and lounge style seats. Wish we had these in Oregon.

Clean quick place to get what ya need and leave. Came and got another ezpass (which is on your right) if you keep walking you’ll see it if you’re coming in these doors..

Clean restrooms, stop here for my required 30 minute DOT Break and the catch the sunset. What is a few Ohio turnpike travel plazas where the staff is actually not stuck-up! The people inside greeted everyone with "Hello welcome to the Towpah Travel Plaza." And there's still plenty of parking for big trucks. The Starbucks baristas definitely need more training not only in what they offer but also in professional customer service. So I give the travel plaza 4 stars and Starbucks only one, even though they do deserve it.

I love a good rest stop area, and this one is a must stop on every trip from Ohio to Michigan. Always clean and a great place to get brochures, maps, and other information for everything in or around the area to do or see. There's a nice outdoor area with interesting information and displays on Rocks found in Michigan, so if you're a Rockhound like me, it's definitely worth the stop alone on that here.

Plenty of semi truck parking plenty of car parking everything's nice and new and clean has several individual restrooms as well as a large grouping restrooms in the large building amazing place

Used restroom and ordered Starbucks. Plaza is very good! Clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking and reasonable choices of food and drink. Starbucks messed our order but the line was too long to get I fixed so my drink wasn't drank....

Today, 10_22/2023 @ 2:25 pm I bought some items @ the travel store. I greated the young lady and she never responded. Surprisingly, she responded to the male customer behind me. He was a white man. I am a black woman. I can't help but think that my skin color was the reason why she didn't want to speak. Just food for thought. My experience
