I recently stayed at country inn for a little over a week. When I first got in the system was down, and I provided my card number which was not put on my account. Since I was doing a long term stay the supervisor did change my room to a more spacious room. A few days after being in the room I was bit by bed bugs. When I went down stairs to report it the worker told me they allowed dogs and it may be a flea.. I showed the worker my arm and how bruised it was went back to my room and put the bed bug in a cup. To prove what should have not been questioned.The worker spoke to me as if I was the problem. The hotel had no more rooms available and I had to sleep in my car until the morning. Once the next worker got in she didn't even know the situation. The worker kept saying the mattresses were new. No one was apologetic to me getting mutilated by bed bugs.

Mine and my husbands home is being renovated and we’ve been staying in hotels for months and I have to say this without any hesitation that country inn and suites has been the most friendliest and cleanest hotel in London KY. The workers have been so great and respectful. Other hotels haven’t been as patient and friendly like country inn! I recommend this hotel even on my personal vacations! Amazing staff!! Great breakfast and comfy beds! Shout out to the ladies that kick but for housekeeping and front desk. we’ve been staying for weeks now & also a great place for animals side fenced in yard literally so great and convenient!!!

Alyssa at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable! She made the stay a 10/10 by going above & beyond! Aside from the excellent customer service, the location is great (right next to I-75 with a Starbucks in the parking lot) and tons of places to eat nearby. If you're traveling with kids, the indoor pool is HEATED which is a huge win to get their wiggles out before bed! For families of 5+, they do have suites that have 2 Queen Beds and a Pullout couch where it's still one room but you can close a door to make a living room + bedroom so if the kids go to bed early, the adults can still hang out! I definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed one night last minute passing thru. I was very pleased with cleanliness. Laminate flooring in room which I like no moldy carpeting. Nice sitting area outside lobby with gas fireplace and tables, comfy chairs. Met other travelers over cocktails by the fire. Lots of food options close. Free breakfast was good. Would definately recommend and stay again.

Make another “Choice” Where do I start. Desk staff didn’t acknowledge me till it was my turn at the desk, didn’t acknowledge greet anyone going through the lobby. 2 of 4 lamps in the room don’t work. LVP poorly installed and nasty. Clock radio 2 hours off, no way to adjust Vertical print on wall hung horizontally. Refrigerator frozen up. Bathroom drain, doesn’t. Spectrum TV annoyingly slow to respond to the remote. Room was reasonably clean except the floor. Worst aspect was only entertainment you have in a hotel, the TV, was TERRIBLE

This is a decent value hotel. The tv in our room was far too small. The lights are all bright white which makes the rooms feel cold and uninviting. Our room was very clean save for some dust around the floor boards. We slept well but the pillows did not match the king bed. Overall the stay was fine, the bed was comfy and we got what we paid for which was a good nights sleep and a warm shower.

This hotel was very nice! Just a little way off the interstate. It is located right beside a Starbucks! Staff was nice! When you travel with five people and you are looking for one room it can be stressful but this place delivered! Room was nice and comfortable! In the morning, we had breakfast outside where they have a nice sitting area and made great memories with family! I would go back to this place!

Dirty, no water in any vending machines. Floor is sticky. Ice machine only working on third floor. Toilet seat has one bolt in it. Rust in shower. Thick months coat of dust on bathroom vent and tops of outlets. If i was not traveling with people in an ajointing room and have two over tired kids would have asked for a refund.

The room was absolutely filthy. Hair in the bath tub, dirt smears on the bathroom walls, hair all over the night stand, candy stuck to the comforter, crumbs in the fridge, pillow cases with dirty streaks on them. The staff was pleasant and the common area was clean but our guest room was horrendous. The hotel was booked for the evening so there was no other room to change to and we arrive at 9pm at night and did not have the time/care to try to find another hotel with availability. We dealt with the dirty room but could not wait to shower when we got home.

Clean rooms, close to restaurants, and good prices. I liked that the rooms don’t have carpet. Only improvement would be a bathroom fan/vent. After driving all day eating gas station food a bathroom fan would be nice.

Booked a double king suite room but provided single bed room with no compensation. Travelled long with my family and have 2 kids and 2 adult can't fit in the single king bed room. No offer provided or any offer suggested rather asking to take another king bed to pay $100. Nothing was my fault and i paid too much for single bed room. Totally messed up service or customer service.

Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations than what I received at this lovely hotel! Exceptional room, beautiful furnishings, jacuzzi & got late checkout when registering. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had the pleasure to eat! Omelets, sausage, bacon, biscuits, waffles fruits & 5 juices are just a part of their offering! Wonderful!! Might add that the clerk on duty was one of the kindest & most helpful gentlemen I’ve had the pleasure of meeting- a real example for hospitality. My wife requires motorized mobility assistance & he was very helpful to her when selecting accommodations for us that worked with her needs. Great location & price too boot. Would recommend this lodging to anyone wanting a step above. Thanks for a wonderful night stay-over on our trip!

Average rooms at a good price..but in a really nice part of Kentucky. With good hardworking people. Super friendly. Any one we came in contact with at hotel was absolutely awesome. Everyone in town was just really nice

Great stay overall. Reasonable rates and very reasonable pet fee. Rooms were a bir older but clean. My main negative is the weird entrance to the hotel, which is blocked a lot of the time by Starbucks traffic.

This room was filthy.. the freezer was so froze over you could not use it.. I pulled the bed away from the wall and the head of the mattress was filled with hair and dirt.. the floor behind the bed has never been cleaned.. there was dry dog food on the floor.. the bathroom floor had hair all over it!! the pool is disgusting... I have stayed here 3x... NEVER AGAIN!! now publish this!! do not edit it like you did my 1st review!!

Rooms need a deep cleaning. Food residue on bathroom wall. Soap residue on sink and in tub. It loud at all times since there’s no carpet. Can easily hear people in other rooms. Can easily hear all noises from outside, including parking semi-trucks. Beds are ok, not comfy. Breakfast was good. Staff is friendly but confused about details of the hotel (types of rooms they have and what’s available). If you need a pack n play bring your own. Hotel’s definitely need to be replaced to put it lightly.

Awesome room! 2 tvs and a little living room with couch bed for the kids. Pet friendly and a nice indoor pool. Free breakfast was great! I'd definitely would stay again. If ya tired and got a pet, they a good stop.

I forgot to see what brand/level of plush or firmness the mattress was because I had a family emergency and rushed out in the morning, but it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! The thread count and pillows were top quality as well.

Room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Comfy beds and it was quiet the entire time. Good standard breakfast. The only thing was neither TV or remotes worked.

The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly, courteous and very helpful. The breakfast has plenty of choices. Overall I would highly recommend it and we look forward to staying there again.

The bed was squeaky and old. The TV malfunctioned and showed only 1 channel. Greatly disappointed since my last stay from 2 years ago. Alyssa at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was OK. Great location but difficult to get in or out to main road.

Stayed in a double queen with sofa. The room was very nice. Loved that the floor was not carpet and that there was a separate living space from the beds. Bathroom was a good size, bright and up to date.

Great room. Fair pricing. Best free hotel breakfast I’ve had this year. UPDATE: I believe that most of the “bad” reviews are off-base. For example, there are people in this thread who had complained about the ‘busy Starbucks’ next door, but the reality is: It’s rather super convenient and awesome to have a Starbucks right next door. I digress, this hotel was fantastic.

Good lighting in the parking lot. Plenty of room to park. Great service at the desk, quick check-in. Breakfast was served at 6 AM. No bacon or sausage. Biscuits and sausage gravy, make your waffle and serial. The breakfast was delicious. For the most part, the room was clean. Dislikes: the hall carpet is nasty and dirty. In the bathroom, the vent looks like it has never been cleaned. However, the rest of the hotel was nice. Would I stay there again? Yes I would. Clean the vents and the carpet!!!
