Seo hotel was really accommodating, the checking in process was so smooth . I had a wonderful time with every staff member I got to meet from the valet, cleaning staff and most importantly great service from the waiters. They were all delightful and eager to help. Thank you, I would recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

Everything about this facility is awesome starting from the making of reservation ,the hospitality gosh!it's awesome for real...Come to talk on their food ,it's excellent ..I have confidence while telling my friends about the hotel ..I wish I would be going there everyday..

Excellent services, from how the staff carry themselves, great meals, the serene and quiet ambience, and how spacious the room is. Never knew I could get such a hotel in Machakos areas. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay. Definately, this will be my go to hotel anytime I'm around.

A very beautiful, serene & bold hotel located in Machakos Town with a very nice garden. The panoramic views provide a calm and tranquil atmosphere for relaxation or work. The best hotel for conferences & meetings. Everything is perfect starting from nice, welcoming & respectful staff who are ready to assist. Very clean, food is perfect as well.

The food was good but abit cold. The waiter was sharp and she knew what she was going. Will come back to give the food another try, it was very well-seasoned and some elements on the plants where on the warm getting cold side. The area was clean and the drinks was a huge hit on the table. A wider range of drinks will be a great addition.

I recently stayed at Seo hotel in Machakos and I was blown away by their exceptional hospitality.The staffs are friendly & ready to assist especially the IT guy i don't recall his name.From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. It was a nice stay at Seo Hotel. The Rooms where excellent,There service was on time and very delicious food available. I loved the location especially in the morning and afternoon when having tea at the balcony. Love ❤️.

SEO hotel Is the best hotel I've been privileged enough to experience in machakos. Gorgeous gorgeous building! And it only gets More breathtaking when you walk in(esp the balcony area). Front desk staff is extremely efficient and helpful. Staff was very hospitable and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

The best hotel in machakos I’ve had the privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, beautiful restaurant, conference halls and good service. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable (Beatrice, James, Mark, Patrick, guards and cleaners as well) The only downside was that the food did not have consistency, the internet was not stable and they were understaffed. Room for improvement here. Highly recommended still and will visit again.

Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. Appreciated from the bottom of my heart. Wish to drop in whenever I get a chance.
