Peter at the front desk is amazing, he was extremely helpful is escorting us back to the airport to recover lost baggage and used his contacts to help us quickly recover our bags which could have taken many hours. He went out of his way to be helpful and go above and beyond. He should be promoted! The breakfast was fantastic, huge spread and so many healthy and high quality options. Rooftop pool and restaurant are wonderful and great quality. Easy and free airport shuttle and super safe and accommodating. Not only convenient but very nice hotel by the airport! Would recommend!

I truly do not believe the reviews on this property, unless people settle for convenience. We are Bonvoy Marriott members and there was mass confusion from check in to check out. So many staff members hovering around the check in desk but not a lot of action. On entry to Room 302 there were questionable hairs around the toilet basin. There was no shampoo and it was too late to realize once in the shower. The office chair was broken. The power outlet in the bathroom did not work for any items you might need to use while in there. We also had Room 311 which had no conditioner and limited towels. Going to the pool it was near impossible to get pool towels and we had to hunt down a staff member to find some for us which ended up being the bathroom towels anyway. We ate at the rooftop bar which we all agree was good. That evening we ate at the Restaurant and we could not finish our meal. Our waitress was lovely and asked if anything was wrong, we felt bad for her so said it was good. She could tell we didn't enjoy the food. Not sure if there are two different 'chefs' here but something needs to be addressed there. Perhaps the size of the menu is the issue. So many items whereas if they condensed it and focused on quality then it would improve the experience. On check out we are still chasing points for our one additional night stay for one room. Also, we are waiting on a refund of points that were charged three times instead of two times. We have been back and forth with email and every return email is a different person with nobody taking accountability. There is another hotel close by and I would seriously look at that for your stay.

What a nice hotel very near the international airport. Only five minutes away by hotel shuttle. The rooms are very comfortable, modern, and offer everything one needs. The buffet breakfast is nice but a bit overpriced. The bar restaurant upstairs is well priced and the food is delicious.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms are modern & updated. Very comfortable huge bed. Rooms have complimentary water daily, toiletries and even an iron box. The staff areThe swimming pool is heated, I found the temperature okay. Only issue was that service was slow; usually took more than 15 minutes to get a cocktail. It's perfect if you're travelling or just landed since it's inside the airport.

Exceptional Service and Unwavering Support at Nairobi's Sheraton-like Hotel My recent stay at this Nairobi hotel, conveniently located next to the airport and the Nairobi National Park, exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. This establishment boasts an ambiance reminiscent of a Sheraton, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that travelers will appreciate. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional level of service and the incredible support provided by the General Manager, Natasha Grace. What truly distinguishes this hotel, though, is the extraordinary level of care and attention to detail exhibited by the staff, led by General Manager Natasha Grace. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to a personal emergency. In the rush to leave, I accidentally left several valuable items, including a significant amount of cash, in the room's safe. I realize of that hours later. However, from the moment I reached out to the hotel to report my mistake, Natasha Grace and her team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and dedication. Natasha personally handled the situation with efficiency and empathy. She immediately coordinated with the housekeeping staff to secure my belongings and ensure their safekeeping. Within a short time, I received a call confirming that my items were secured and ready for retrieval. In conclusion, this Nairobi hotel offers not only a convenient location but also an exceptional level of service and support that is a cut above the rest.

Great to be back at the Four Points. This lovely plate with chocolates was waiting in my room! Great to see this acknowledging of returning guests. Great cocktails at the bar and not expensive. I had a perfect Negroni before dinner and then a whiskey sour with egg white after both done expertly and costing me 11 euro for both My favorite hotel close to the airport. Everything works like clock work, including the pick up and drops to the airport. After a few minutes I discovered that my room had not been fully cleaned yet (a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom) and within seconds the hotel arranged a different room (with better view). Great views from the rooftop bar/restaurant, which also has very good food.

Even the reception staff was very kind and helpful. Thanks to the Chef for the wonderful dishes that were made and served. Overall it's a 5 star experience!! Cheers!

Found it a bit pricey but very friendly service. They even picked us up from the airport. Great buffet breakfast was included with our room. It was clean although some of the towels had strings hanging from them. All in all a great place to stay after a long flight.

Their customer service was going great until the laundry almost made me miss my flight because they were struggling to find my clothes!. It’s a beautiful place, the condition of the property is great! Although I didn’t like where the light switchs were in my room; too far from the bed side and complicated( too many light switch). The food was great but in my opinion “too pricey” 🙄 Loved the location of the pool and the view was lovely.

Just checked into the hotel and as a Platinum member I am disgusted and disappointed with the service. Leah at the front desk checked us in and was lack lustre (to put it mildly) in her approach. We forgot to get our passports back from her and a few minutes after getting to our room realized it. As the phone was not working we dashed downstairs and our passports was sitting right by her and she had not even cared to make the effort to return it to us and was nonchalant about it. An egregious lack of accountability!!! We walked into our washroom and it smelled like a sewer. As our phone was not working we once again had to go downstairs. Still waiting for a fix!! We were upgraded to an executive suite that looks tired and worn for use. Not a great way to start a vacation in Kenya. Such a contrast to the wonderful stay (polite staff, excellent rooms) we had at the Crowne Plaza when we stayed en route to Tanzania a few weeks ago. Regretting my decision to stay at this dump!!!

Loved the fact it was really safe once inside hotel perimeter, efficient staff, huge rooms, rooftop pool aswell as grill and bar, the absolute gem of our stay here was price of food and beverages. After food and drinks consisting of 8 beers and starters, main course and dessert, the bill was less than £75.00 which is cheap for 5* hotel. Uk would be that price for just our drinks. If you go on safari this hotel is a no brainer. Thanks to Four Points as you made our stay very good all round. Dean &Annette.

We received tremendous service from the staff. They went over and beyond and treated us like long-lost family. Great experience! I plan to stay long on our next trip.

Stayed in the property for 1 night only as a stop over as departure to India - next day. Service was excellent! Food was extraordinary good as being a vegetarian I was looking for light food and I got what I was expecting. Even the sweet dish- kulfi falooda was quite wonderful. The rooms were lovely and give a comfy feeling. Would stay again though as all the staff were lovely 😍

We stayed overnight one night after our late flight into Nairobi Airport. It is very close to the airport and they provided a shuttle service. Breakfast is served starting at 5a, which is great for early morning departures. Room was clean and good a/c. Two waters provided in the room.

Our family of 11 use the Four Points for a few hours before a late night flight back to the USA. It was a great place to take a shower, relax and have something to eat and drink before the late night flight. I was especially happy when I saw that they have a vehicle big enough to take all eleven of us and our luggage to the airport when the time came.

Rooms are very clean, and I love the large bed! I also loved the powerful shower. I only had one bath towel, I wish I had one more. Their breakfast service was impeccable. Shoutout to Anthony! Though it was busy, he did not compromise on impeccable service. For example, he asked if I wanted honey and/or lemon with my Earl Grey tea and later even offered to replenish. He made sure I was very happy! I always travel alone and don't get much attention, so it felt nice that the staff noticed me and really made me feel welcome and cared for. Well done! In general all the staff was extra polite, friendly and helpful! The omelette was delivered, and they even added a hashbrown and a roasted tomato. All the staff always showed their amazing smiles. I simply LOVED it. I'll recommend it to everyone!

Very modern and efficient hotel. Very nice quiet rooms. Great bathrooms. The staff a wonderful. I requested directions to a nearby car wash and Moses (front of house security I think) insisted that they have a facility at the hotel. He arranged Moses to clean my car… these guys are the best! Had a lovely chat with both during the process

The airport shuttle was extremely expedient. When we arrived, hotel staff was waiting at arrivals with a placard with our names and then immediately whisked us away to a private van, despite others being on the hotel list (each group gets private car). Hotel is extremely close to the airport with less than 5 minutes drive. Very warm greeting upon arrival and received an upgrade without requesting it. Great breakfast, modern rooms, nice bar restaurant fitness center and pool (all with convenient hours). Highly recommend this hotel overall.

Overall great experience with the 4 Points Hotel. We stayed here before and after our Safari in the Mara. Its close proximity to JKI made it an easy pick. The staff was welcoming and arranged for us to sightsee Nairobi before our departure to the Mara. On site Security made us feel very safe throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was extensive and the rooftop pool and bar/restaurant was lively at all hours. The rooms were great too with all modern features. All around great experience and would definitely recommend!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Very close to the Jomo Kenyatta International hotel, so its ideal for international travellers with short transit times. The rooms are very cosy and clean and room service is top notch. In addition to this, their restaurant menu is expansive and very delicious. 100% recommended.

We ended up here due to a flight delay and down time of about 11 hours. The hotel was extremely accommodating to us as guests who did not even stay here overnight. They held our luggage for us (we were 4 adults with multiple bags) so that we could enjoy the amenities of the hotel while waiting for our flight. We had food and drinks at the roof top restaurant which was great. Our highlight was the spa though, where we got excellent massages and were able to shower and freshen up to get ready for a long flight. Again, this is all while not even being overnight guests at the hotel. They helped make the end of our trip in Kenya that much more wonderful and we thank them for that! We will absolutely stay here when we return to Kenya and look forward to it!

Such as amazing experience from the security staff all the way up to the wait staff. I kid you not when I say this but we were not hotel guests because we had a delay in our flight but they treated us as if we were their super star gold members. Everyone was so nice! When we return to Kenya, we would definitely be staying here! Also shout out to the Spa staff! They’re amazing!

We were bridging the time between two flights here. It was nice, we had good food and could relax. The transfer from the airport to get here cost 1000 KES.

We stayed for a couple days at this hotel. I found the room to be clean and modern, security was good, and the restaurant had great food. Thank you to Anne and Denise for the professional and courteous service in the restaurant.

Excellent option to be past all the airport traffic and entry to ensure no hassles or delays. Can't walk easily, but free shuttle to terminals.

As a frequent out of the country traveler, this place was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and spoke English. The facilities were clean and well taken care of. There are 2 restaurants on the property and both offer great local food as well as American food with a local twist. The room was clean and had plenty of full size pillows and towels. The pool is on the top floor along with 1 of the restaurants, which both overlook the airport and a nature preserve. I would definitely stay at this place again.

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located right next to the airport, but the noise from the airport is not a disturbance. The staff is very friendly and polite, and there is excellent security when entering the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool facilities on the top floor were also clean and had a magnificent view. We even managed to spot two giraffes when we were swimming. I would like to return to this hotel when I revisit Nairobi.

This hotel is a fantastic hotel right next to the Nairobi airport. It has a gated security entrance complete with a dog and metal detectors to get inside. Once inside, the hotel is very nice and modern. The service is great and the rooms were good too, even the handicap room. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever seen with so many options for food. Fantastic hotel!

brand a bad naThe Marriott websites lists the Sheraton Four Points Nairobi Airport as a 5 star hotel. A 5 star hotel is defined by AAA as providing flawless guest services in a state of the art facility. This hotel is an epic failure, by any measure or definition. I arrived in Kenya at 5:45 a.m. and the hotel shuttle was there to pick me up. The shuttle is a free service provided by the hotel, so I was initially impressed. As soon as I arrived to the hotel (about 6:30 a.m.), I was completely disappointed by the reception I received. The reception agent was rude, wanted to charge me an additional charge for arriving early, even after I had contacted the hotel days in advance, and gotten an approval to arrive earlier at no additional charge. I had to request the manager, and after showing here the email traffic, they allowed me to check in. Not only was this an extremely bad welcome to the hotel, but it shows lack of communications between their staff… all at the customers expense. Service by the remainder of the staff did not get any better. The housekeeping staff did a poor job, and I had to request for them to return and re-do some of the cleaning and return my house shoes, which they had discarded. Their pool was closed for two days due to repairs, but there was no notification in advanced. I used the gym while I was there, and while they had COVID signs everywhere asking guest to clean after use they were out of cleaning products. After the second day I went to the attendant that just sat outside the gym playing on her phone, and asked her for the cleaning solution. However, I never got it before I left the gym that day. They have Wi-Fi, but it works sporadically, and their TV’s are not smart, and often don’t get the signal from the channels. When I asked for help from the reception, they did not respond quickly, and had to call back several times. Check out of the hotel was about as good as check-in, by a reception agent that lacked enthusiasm, and did not make you feel like a welcomed guest. With all that said, their shuttle service was very good, their room was large, with comfortable bedding, and their restaurant staff was efficient. Because of its poor service, this hotel gives the Marriott name brand a bad name. me.

Functional. Food, beds and ambience is good for an airport hotel. Negatives: wear and tear is visible - i.e. curtains have holes in the rooms. housekeeping is sub-standard. they didn't even bother to clean the garbage bins one day. don't follow requests and need continuous reminders. front desk team is ok but gives you attitude through body language and looks at times. Positives: food is great! beds are great! Its slowly losing its way unfortunately from when i stayed first time but the comfortable beds and food make it still a convenient and good value stay. Concierge was very helpful in picking and dropping me at airport with so much luggage and moving with 2 toddlers. Also, Alex in restaurant. - bonvoy member.

If you are a guest at the hotel, and even if you are not like me(I am from Kenya but frequent the establishment every month), I would highly recommend the spa. Very well organised. Very professional masseurs. Indeed value for every Dollar(or Kenyan Shilling).

We had dinner at the marketplace restaurant. Everything from food to ambiance to service was top notch. Staff were well informed about the state of Halaal meals. The very friendly chef personally came to talk to us about sources of their meat products and then gave us an absolutely delightful dinner. Thank you!

Solid airport hotel. Very functional modern rooms. Good Internet service. Restaurants are exceptionally good. Enjoyed real mix of cuisine. Only downside is that the hotel is inside the airport outer gate, so hassles every time you return from a meeting in town.

Absolutely the best hotel I have EVER stayed in.. and I travel for work!! The rooms are clean and comfy, internet fast, breakfast was a very wide selection, all delicious and far better than in the US. The hotel helped us get to a pharmacy and sorted literally everything we asked for. Dinner and cocktails at the rooftop pool were delicious. The front staff were extremely friendly, thanks Evan for helping us with our bags! Would move in here if I could.

oh my ambiance! this place's ambiance was through the roof!! as soon as i walked in i noticed the large amounts of ambiance in every corner of this place. the staff had a very polite ambiance and were great. the room had lots of ambiance and so did the bathroom. we spent a bit of time enjoying the ambiance of the business lounge and loved its professional ambiance. the restaurants also had amazing ambiance and the food was very ambiance-full!! we were recommended the four point sheradon airport hotel because of its excessive amounts of ambiance and boy did it deliver!!

Location is very convenient if you just need to sleep for a few h and take a shower, as it's next to the airport. The rooms they're big, clean and the bed, oh my God. Biggest bed that I've ever seen. And comfortable. It has a beautiful terrace for the big and tasty breakfast. And a pool with a bar at the last floor. Food is great as well.

Excellent hotel next to the airport! It is clean, modern and well organized. Marriott platinum status was well recognized. The rooftop pool bar was cool. The breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly! Defined recommended if you are arriving to Nairobi and then you need to start your Safari.

Hello my name is Giuseppe and I am quite disappointed with my stay. I stayed in a big room but the bed was smaller than a fish! My grandma couldn’t even fit on it. In the canteen room of dinner and food there was no pizza and I only eat pizza so I starved during my day. Sadly I had to eat only juice which was nice and had good ambience. Sometimes it was good, sometimes it was bad. Thanks you and my name is Giuseppe from italy

They denie guests to use the rooftop bar and restaurant. Lying that is fully booked for private event! They judge by appearance and send you away! Very awful behaviour!! Especially blacks are not allowed to enter the rooftop area!! They are very discriminating
