This hotel is Amazing, I love how rooms are to the standard. Clean and comfy. The June-July season is kinda very cold, so carry some warm clothing. Otherwise the meals are amazing . They don't have a gym though, which is disappointing to me.

If exemplary customer service would be given a name it would be Kyaka. The hotel's greatest resource are the staff. Keep it up.

The hotel is modern. The rooms are great and offer great privacy. The services are splendid with a touch of pure class. You will be amazed by the hospitality from the staff who are extremely professional. You don't have to worry about your staff because of the top-notch security. You will love the quiet environment which offers some great rest area and a swimming pool. The hotel is located off the road, about 200m, as you enter Machakos town from Nairobi, immediately past the Kenya Red Cross Machakos Branch offices.

The best hotel in MACHAKOS town for conferences and meetings. Their service crew is the best anywhere and their rooms are comfy and well maintained.

It's not in the middle of town but it's easily accessible. Love their services for all guests and their wide selection in their breakfast menu. They have lots of parking space and a lot of conference halls.

Location is central...just near Machakos city center. Stayed in the 2bed apartment. It was reasonably sized. Would be advisable to carry your own toiletries though especially soap/shower gel and toothpaste. The shower was a let down, needs a professional to have a look. The water was either too hot or too cold and the pressure was very low. Breakfast was good. Best part of the hotel is the ample secure parking available.

Been to Kyaka since I came to Machakos in 2016. The hotel has expanded in leaps and bounds. More conference rooms that are spacious, very warm and courteous staff, good meals. If you have a conference this the place to be. Ample parking and now they have added a swimming pool and a small kids area.

My room is just next to the extension they are building and the noise starts as early as 7 am! But the breakfast is great

Yesterday we were at the Kyaka hotel for my nephews birthday ( Baby Adrian) and i can tell you the food is so so delicious , fresh and yes we enjoyed our afternoon. Whenever am in Machakos i will definitely visit for Mbuzi choma or fry , soft and so tasty and yummy. Well Done Chef. A lady security Guardet welcomed us with a very warm smile and we felt so at home. Very good location ,ambience and the place is so cool.

Easy to find restaurant just before getting to Machakos town. Modern with beautiful finishing and well thought out furniture and set up. Very friendly, polite, helpful staff who are always ready to assist and make your stay comfortable. The food is fresh and tasty. They have good conferencing packages and it’s good for both work or a weekend for relaxing.

It was good to be around your premises, food was delicious only that you didn't provide us lap napkins. All the same it was worth it.

Hygienic rooms, good internet, no safe in rooms. Old wing has no lift. Good service and friendly staff. The road to the hotel needs upgrade.

Set up in a quiet place but near the highway to Nairobi and Machakos town Centre. It offers accommodation and meeting halls with very good and fresh meals. The staff are courteous and welcoming, helping, neat, friendly and professional... I would recommend it to anyone. Only shortcoming is the lack of space as it's about 70% developed.
