The staff are great and food is good. However, it's not an ideal place for family with kids

This was my 2nd visit to this place. My 1st visit was really awesome. Upon my 2nd visit, I wasn't given a towel, soap and also didn't get keys to my room. Breakfast was OK in the morning though. Not sure I will be coming back.

The place is tucked just a few metres from the main road with spacious rooms and well arranged amenities. The breakfast was delicious though it would have been nice if the chef asked what someone wants.

The rooms are nice, few staff multitasking but considering the work load this makes business sense. Security is good with alot of CCTV which makes you feel secure. I enjoyed the food but I didn't get pepper (pilipili shamba) which could have build up the dinning experience. Great outside restaurant and friendly staff. They suggested I park outside but I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle outside so they offered me to park inside. For the two days I was there I noted vehicles parked outside so I will say also outside is safe. In the rooms TV are positioned very high and would strain to view. Receptionist was kind enough to get me room with the TV inside the bedroom. Nice. WiFi was very fast I have to appreciate this. Good beddings, towels and interior decoration. They have power backup but unfortunately they switch it off at 11:00pm. Informed reception I was still working and they switched it back on. I appreciate. Overall it is a good place, would visit again but room cleaning should be improved.

The rooms are great with king size bed. Loved the breakfast and the chef was good. Parking is outside the Apartment gate - Wasn't comfortable with that but seems everyone else was used to it and there was a guard.

It's a quiet place offering privacy, tasty delicacies and room service. I loved their breakfast more. The combination and variety is amazing.

The rooms are pretty spacious as per standard and meticulously cleaned. The beds are super comfy. Be sure to carry mosquito repellent as they're quite a number. We spent a night there and it was quiet and peaceful. There's a church nearby so don't expect to sleep in on Sundays. The staff were really helpful as we called in late at night. They ensured a smooth check-in process. Only downside is that the parking is quite limited but I'm sure they have additional parking somewhere.

Our stay here was okay. If you need a please to spend when around Machakos, this place is perfect. There's room for improvement though when it comes to guests needs. We indicated before checking in that we will have a toddler with us. No breakfast was provided for him, no one even sought to inquire if he needed anything, a plastic cup for example... Breakfast was really good! Served on time (we requested to have ours earlier) Very friendly staff. I give 5 stars

location is not very visible service chef mutula is good in customer care thecothers have a longggggg way to go, rooms were clean and bed was great but but but where do we keep our clothes rooms too small.

It's okay to stay while going to your business the whole night

Classy, clean, and tidy rooms with friendly, respectful and quick to act staff. However unreliable restaurant, unreliable Wi-Fi, no dstv in rooms and definitely space is a challenge for the internal 'restaurant' & the public 'lounge' where DSTV should be available
