Kids friendly place to stay. So many wonderful activities and the staff are very kind. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Our lunch service was alacarte since the numbers at the time were not so high.I will definitely visit again.

Great hospitality, very friendly and courteous staff. I enjoyed the outdoor activities...horse riding, bikes, out door gym not to mention the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. If you can get a room with a fireplace, you will love it

Worth a visit when in Nanyuki! Turned out to be much better than expected. Great ambiance, food and exceptional service by very helpful staff. There are many activities and games to keep you and the people you are with very busy. Wifi was free and fast. A great experience.

It was a brilliant 3days vacation for us.amazing rooms, other amenities like the pools ( heated) . the rooftop plunge pool & Jacuzzi ideal for your sundowners. Ideal location of small kids , many activities for them The chef & the restaurant team ensured they catered for us ( vegetarian food option) . A suggestion : perhaps look into fixing a few plumbing matters & a few bathroom facilities might need a revamp.. Overall, total value for money and a perfect gateway for families with small kids.

Set amidst lush greenery, this place felt like a tranquil paradise! The location is serene, the villas are beautiful! We viewed some properties and Agnes (bubbly and full of energy) showed us around. My next vacation destination for sure!

My stay at Maiyan was the best of experiences that I have had in my lifetime. The tranquil setting of this property offers unmatched luxury for people looking for enjoyment and peace of mind. Perfect for holiday. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. Wishing we could just have extended our stay. The rooms in the villas are very spacious and fitted with modern amenities. The lighting at night is just so perfect and especially during the day from the rooftop while soaked in the Jacuzzi or the pool. The food is just so delicious. Luxury redefined at its Best . Was here for a weekend and fell in love with Nanyuki at Maiyan. The food was the best , fresh from the farm. Catching the sunrise with the beautiful views of MT Kenya to to watching it set . I highly recommend.

The Maiyan spa (my favorite experience) is one of a kind - Mary Caroline Karugu is exceptionally talented in the Swedish massage. The roof top plunge pool is a service that’s addictive! Kudos Maiyan, second time visitor this year I am smiling cheek to cheek.

Well, everything was great. Peaceful, tranquil, bustling with nature. I really loved the place. Minor complaint about the noise from other guests especially when using the rooftop plunge pool and jacuzzi.

Went there in March with 2 friends, it is one of the best places I have stayed, their food is everything! The staff are very helpful and polite. I would come back here anytime I need peace and quiet

The tall fair skin lady at the reception had an attitude made myself and my guest fell so uncomfortable. PLEASE train your receptionist on good customer service Wont be coming back I stayed at the tented camps and I'd recommend them to the villas Hilda from Australia

We visited as a group. The service staff were friendly and polite. However they never had indoor slippers apparently they were out of stock. The villas were nice, however the marketers were bringing potential clients for viewing when we are in the villas. No apologies. The place is lovely, but I will never go back there. They treated us so badly. ☹️

The road to the property is a bit rough. However once you get to the gate you totally forget where you came from. The welcome from the gate, then the reception it's all on another level. Very welcoming staff. The food all so fresh and with lots of choices. Accommodation is so neat and clean not to mention the carts that take you to your rooms. (Kudus Mike). The roof top jacuzzi, what a way to relax and the sundowner. The activities from ⛳, 🐎, 🥽,..you can't miss something to do. If you are looking at taking your spouse, family, or even holding an event, this is the place to go. Special thanks Nelly for taking the time to show us the entire property. And to the entire team...you are all great and awesome. Keep it up.

The service was OK was a bit let down by the service lady who brought us the menu and left without waiting for our order, we had to look for someone else who told us they don't do ala carte and the lunch buffet was closed so we settled for drinks and had to leave to go eat elsewhere 😏. The location was OK as well, but be braced for lots of potholes before you get there. Otherwise, nice place to chill, great ambience, kids have got their own play area complete with someone to look after. I recommend you make reservations prior.

I loved everything about this place, very clean comfortable rooms, jaccuzi and pool access on every villa, heated main pool, very accommodating staff, fast WiFi and delicious food. Definitely visiting again

Despite going there during a high peak season, they still gave me a choice of ordering alakat & the food was scrumptious. The customer care service from the front desk, to the person serving me was exceptional. Also, thanks to James for taking me for a tour within the entire estate. Honestly, my experience in this place was absolutely amazing.

Awesome family and couples holiday destination. I loved the personalized service at the restaurant. It's not always that you are called for them to know your check in timings and to find a table reserved for lunch. Very good customer care from all front office staff.... lovely smiles. Elizabeth (housekeeping), Sylvia (service), Robert (pool attendant) and James (golf cart) stood out. It's my second time visiting Maiyan but felt like the first time!!

The warm welcome by staff from the main gate, to the reception and all the service providers is of high professional standards and amazing. Would like to give special thanks to Fredrick, Beryl, Maggie and Paul who I interacted with directly. You are doing a great job for sure. Your effeciency and team work is awesome. The food was great. Any assistance sort is granted within the shortest time humanly possible. I would recommend the facility to every holiday maker. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny. Keep up the good work.

Serene environment, great food, accomodation and ambience. Not forgetting the private jaccuzi and pool at the rooftop. The couples massage at the spa was great as well. Thumbs up to the team leader Peggy and her team for making our stay worthwhile.
