This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to! I paid almost $100 to get my root highlights done and I ended up with more than half of my roots being orange. Not sure if they mixed a wrong highlighter or what. So I called the salon the next day and was told by a teacher that if I went back to get it fixed, I would not be charged for anything. So they made a new appointment for me and I went back to the salon a couple days after to get it all fixed. What is so frustrating is that they still MADE ME PAY to color correct the orange. Now, my roots is what I literally started from and is all dark up again. It was not my fault that they did a poor job of highlighting my hair that they had me repay. I definitely wasn’t happy with their awful service. It seems as if they care more about the customer’s money than they do about their satisfaction! It does not even deserve a one star!

Got my hair done today as a walk in , got me in right away ! Started off with multi color hair didn’t really know what I wanted just knew I wanted darker . Raquel has done such a beautiful job making me darker and leaving sum blonde highlights in as well ! So good I’ll definitely be back

Went in today at 9:43 am for their walk-in appointment today. I had my baby with me and I asked the first desk if it was okay she told me yes of course. I told her I wanted just a trim since I had my son but I really needed my hair colored. She said it fine, that I could get my hair colored even though I had my son with me. I asked “are you sure”? I was told “we have some people here who are moms and not to worry”. I then went and changed my son and the sat and waited til about 10:08am. Was called to go have a seat and then asked what all over I wanted and as I am explaining and showing the hair dresser. Someone named Cathy came up to me and asked what my name was and if I’d been there before. I said my name and said yes I have a few times. She then told me my son wasn’t allowed because of their policy and said sorry and told me I could book another time. I said the lady up front said it was fine a few times. She told me she didn’t know the policy and that she’s new. Mind you, there was 5 plus students who greeted my son and I and 2 other employees who stood right next to me while I sat and waited for 20 minutes WITH my son on my lap. I told her no thanks for booking another time. ( trying to be nice plus I was extremely embarrassed) she walked walk after maybe 10 seconds and I had a few people around me while getting my sons stuff and as I walked out there was a huge line of people who were just looking at me. I never got a real Apology plus not one I’m sorry from the front desk lady. I left in tears because I felt almost attacked with rudeness for having my son in there. I called at 10:16 to talk to “Cathy”. Front desk answered and said she would call me and now it’s 4:11pm and no call and no one will answer the phone for me. Never going back and I’m going to stop telling my friends and family about how Greta of a place this is.

Highly unprofessional. This is the second or third time I have come for an appointment and my student wasn’t there. No call, no asking if you’d prefer another student. When you ask what happened you get a vague sorry. Today I called 2 hours in advance to make sure my student was there, upon arrival- nope not there. The automatically assumed I wanted whomever they chose for me. They use to have the instructors helping with consult and check your hair before you leave, now all the instructors huddle in a corner to gab leaving the students on their own to muddle through. Haven’t had my hair checked in a very long time. Today the instructor cut my hair- uneven looks worse than when I came in. I can’t blame the student, they just stood there overwhelmed. My hair is curly and it was cut with loads of tension on the hair - not a good thing, have short uneven layers over my ears, this is due to holding the hair at an incorrect angle. All I can say is don’t go. If the instructors make these mistakes what can you ask of the students. The management is overwhelmed by their own incompetence. I hate writing this, because honestly, I loved going to this place for years. Something has changed for the worse and until they figure it out don’t go! Also my initial contact was with management today. I was disappointed with the lack of leadership skills and willingness to say sorry we made a mistake and take any responsibility. Definitely needs a change in management!!!!!!

Savanna did my hair and I she did such a great job. She’s going to be very talented and she is so sweet on top of everything. I’ll always go to her for my hair.

Savannah did an AMAZING job on my hair today. I was wanting some highlights to blend in with my white hair that I have coming in (old age is beginning to creep in) but, did not want a crazy amount of blonde. She listened to what I was wanting and did it PERFECTLY. My hair turned out beautifully!! Savannah also cut my hair and, WOW !! she is going to be a GREAT hairstylest. I love the cut. She took her time with me and and I could tell she really cares about what she is doing. It has only been a few hour since I got my hair done but I have had so many compliments on it already !! And the cost blew me away for what I got done. GREAT PRICE ! I will definitely be coming back to Paul Mitchell School in the future for my hair needs.. I AM VERY, VERY PLEASED with my appointment today.

I have not been in a salon for about a decade due to financial constraints, and I'm thrilled with the wash and trim today I received from Kayleyl. She did an awesome job, and I will definitely be a repeat customer at this salon. The price is perfect-- $14, and that includes the wash and the styling if you want it. Wish I would have come here sooner!!! Many thanks again!!! :)

Olivia P and Cathy both are amazing! I came in with high anxiety about retouching my pixie hair. Olivia P, was so friendly and she made me feel better when she started to cut my hair. Cathy and her both work great together. I left the salon with a smile and wonderful hair cut. I recommend you book them for a great cut. Thank you, ladies! I will Return in 6 weeks ❤️
