My Havanese Sophie gets groomed every 4 weeks at Lake Street by Molly. We followed her there because I just don't trust anyone else with my baby. We get compliments on how cute she is all the time and it's all thanks to Molly's cut. She's kept her looking like a Havanese but somehow low maintenance at the same time. Sophie loves Molly too, and that's saying a lot!

I had a great experience at Lake St. Animal Hospital. Easy to make an appointment & be seen for a wellness visit & rabies shot. My dog also developed a huge lump on his side & Dr. Walker quickly diagnosed him as having lymphoma which is just fat & not harmful. Very relieved! The staff was very welcoming & Dr. Walker was very personable & knowledgeable. I will definitely go back with a dog we just adopted!! Thank you Dr. Walker!!

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! They loved Honey and she loved them. Vets and assistant was amazing explained everything to me so that I would understand it as well as while she was administering the vaccines. We found our home

This review is on Lake Street’s groomer. One word…AWESOME! If you’re looking for a professional caring consistent groomer, Molly is the one. Molly has been our one and only groomer for years just for that reason. We can’t say enough good about her. The care and love she has given our yorkies is truly appreciated. We can count on a consistent experience every time. We highly suggest booking an appointment and do it quickly because she books up fast.

Dr. Jeremy Caseltine Is THE BEST!! We’ve seen him twice and had a great experience each time. The staff is super friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience there.

I started coming to Lake Street Animal Hospital when I followed my amazingly wonderful groomer, Molly, after Jimminy Clippers had closed. First off, the staff at LSAH is so kind every single time I drop my boys off for a groom. I haven't had much interaction with their staff outside of the ladies at the front desk, but, they are always so welcoming and kind. So I can only imagine the rest of the staff is the same way! : ) But, Miss Molly, I can't say enough about this woman right here, SIMPLY THE BEST EVER!! I drive roughly 25 minutes one way to LSAH and I would follow her wherever she was grooming from!! She has treated my fur babies like family since day one. She has been grooming my 3 dogs (well now 2, Bella crossed the rainbow bridge July 2022) for many years. One of my senior dogs, Bella (Pomeranian), required extra care because she would twitch a lot and her little peanut head was crooked from several strokes. Bella would get sleepy easily and Molly would do anything to make sure she was comfortable. Including grooming her from her lap and taking as many breaks as she needed to when Bella's health issues were flaring up. Bella would literally fall asleep in her lap because she was so comfortable with Molly. Talk about treating fur babies as her own family. <3 My other two dogs, Louie (Yorkipoo) and Pickles (Mini Aussie), Louie is my old man and has lots of old man bumps. She takes such care when clipping/trimming him and he looks like the most handsome boy every time I pick him up. Then Pickles I request a specific trim to highlight his beautiful Mini Aussie coat and he is beautifully blown out and trimmed to perfection no matter what. Molly has been grooming Pickles for his whole life, the last 5 years. Molly will go that extra mile to let me know if she finds a scratch or a cut that I may have not seen under all their hair/fur. Where I feel any other groomer in my past would not take that extra time, since it's just a paycheck for other groomers. The boys always looks so dapper with a bow tie or bandana that Molly puts on after each groom and Bella had the most adorable hair bows! Where I can't say this enough, Molly treats not only my fur babies like family, but, anyone that I have referred to Molly. Don't hesitate, call LSAH and get your dog or cat groomed with Molly, you will not regret it!!

Love this animal hospital and the team of vets, techs, customer service people. They know my dogs and take great care of them. one of my dogs is a hot mess with Anxiety issues yet she will go in there tail wagging even knowing she is gonna be poked and prodded. Speaks volumes about how good this group is.

Amazing vet, our dog has been seen this vet for 5 years. Recently he needed emergency surgery to remove a foreign object he ingested. The staff was accommodating and took great care of our dog. They even texted us through surgery and after. They made sure he had the best care and remained comforted the entire time. Can’t speak highly enough of how great this practice is.

Lake street is always so helpful with our 7 year old dog. We just adopted a 2nd dog and the vet was great. He checked her out, giving advice on how to get our 2 dogs to live in the same house peacefully. Our adopted dog is significantly underweight as she was abandoned. With the help of the vet we have come up with a plan to help Athena gain weight. Athena loved all the attention she received at her appointment.

Everyone in this office is amazing! They take care of your pet as if it were their own. I always know my dogs are well cared for when they’re there. Everyone is so kind and empathetic. I will never go anywhere else!

The veterinarians, vet techs and staff here are wonderful. The facility is well-kept and clean. They see my dogs and have directed a friend’s pet to appropriate emergency care. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Lake Street Animal Hospital are caring, kind, and always put the health and betterment of my dog first. He is treated like royalty while at their facility. I appreciate the communication and personal care the doctors provide me as a pet parent. I have and will continue to recommend LSAH to friends and family that are looking for veterinary care. Started going here about 4/5 months now for both my puppies; love the entire staff we have dealt with; you can tell they actually care for your pet like it's their own!

Been taking my dog there for a few years and i’m always really happy with their service. The front staff is always professional, friendly, and helpful. All the vet techs and vets are very helpful at answering all questions. I definitely recommend taking your animal there. My only complaint would be the prices of service but I understand the staff is not responsible for this. And I’ve had good experiences with them helping me figure out payments. 👌🏻

I love the front desk staff, but now forced to look for a new vet for my dogs. Just recently one of the vets ( won’t mention the name) put my dog on medicine that should have never been mixed together, according to three other doctors and a hospital. She ended up with an upper GI Bleed and needed a blood transfusion. This cost us 7k and my dog is worth it, however, completely avoidable if the two medications were not combined together. I am sad that I have to leave but will never risk my dogs life like this again.

From the front desk staff to the doctors this place is amazing. I do have to give a special shout out to Riley and Dr. Riesterer. Any time we have had a medical emergency they have gone above and beyond for us, even squeezing us in last minute. The front desk is always very professional, well manner and no matter how many times I call to ask a question, they are never annoyed. This office makes you feel at ease even when you're dealing with an emergency. Rest assure that your pet is in great care there. I cannot thank the staff enough for all they have done for us. You guys have an amazing staff!

Awesome animal hospital! The entire staff truly care about each and every pet. They are patient, knowledgeable and caring when taking care of our pets! They know how to work with all the different personalities of each pet in a positive manner. I totally trust my pets care with them.

They really were accommodating being that we changed the appointment time a couple of times. Everyone there were welcoming to us and kitty. Dr. Jeremy was very nice and made sure we understood everything about our kitty and made sure to answer all of our questions. Kitty felt safe and comfortable.

This vet is the BEST! I have been going to them for years and will continue to do so. They have gone through the good and bad with me and my furry babies. All the doctors are awesome. The receptionist are knowledgeable and friendly. Everything they do, they do with a level professionalism and compassion that is top notch. I have and will continue to trust them with the health and lives of my fur family.

Wonderful service! Our regular vet was booked and I felt my dog needed to be seen quickly. They recommended Lake Street Animal Hospital and I'm so glad they did. I called in the morning and they were able to get my dog in that afternoon. The entire staff - from front desk personnel to the vet tech and vet herself were all extremely friendly and helpful. They took great care of my dog. Would highly recommend and will most likely make the switch permanently!

It’s not often an elderly python gets the red carpet rolled out but that’s exactly what happened at Lake Street Animal Hospital. Dr Caseltine did an amazing job as always and the vet techs were all amazing. Can’t thank you all enough!

I found ticks on my dog and of course started freaking out! I called the office and they were able to fit me in for an appointment and even got blood work done that was needed. I was so relieved that they were able to take care of her on such short notice!

Dr. Riesterer and the whole team are compassionate and skilled with their care. They treated us and our cat with respect and thoughtful treatment options. We're happy to call them our new vet.

I’ve been going to this vet for 6 years now, they’re always wonderful. They’re helpful and kind. Every time I call, they know exactly who we are and remember my pups. I don’t ever feel like the automatic solution is meds, they ask me to try alternative options first before we go to medicating. I have always appreciated how much they GENUINELY care about each animal they help.

My dog Pinka has been a patient of lake street animal hospital for 13 years now, they never disappoint, The staff and doctors are all great, super friendly and really show concern for my pet, whenever my dog has an issue they always make the effort to see her asap and get her the help she needs! We also love Beata she’s been there for Pinka since day one, seen her at her worst and was always there when we needed her, so thank you kochana!

Love coming here! They took great care of my cat and were so sweet to her. The doctor was great in explaining her findings and how to better care for my cat. Front desk was sweet and so was her vet tech Lisa. It’s also very affordable after her initial visit with her rabies/distemper shots. I recommend this hospital to anyone in the area.
