I
started
out
with
Dr
R.
who
stated
she
needed
to
establish
care
the
first
visit.
I
understood,
however,
I
was
there
because
my
10
month
old
puppy
had
been
limping
for
a
couple
months
on/off
with
occasional
screams
of
pain.
I
told
her
she
could
have
the
records
from
previous
vet
regarding
establishing
care;
coco
just
had
a
physical
plus
up
to
date
on
all
shots
etc.
No
that
was
not
good
enough,
long
story
short
a
serious
fracture
was
missed
because
she
was
ignoring
the
reason
I
was
there
to
begin
with!
Then,
I
returned
a
couple
months
after
paying
$200
to
"
establish
care"
to
have
her
looked
at
for
what
I
initially
came
in
for
on
the
"
establish
care
visit"
Despite
the
fact
of
above,
the
medical
director
did
a
good
job
of
diagnosing
a
fracture
and
peered
in
to
the
issue
that
she
must
have
something
more
wrong
with
her
leg.
I
really
did
like
the
medical
director.
I
will
come
back
and
update
further.
I
don't
like
the
cost
of
the
two
visits
etc
for
something
that
could
have
been
found
in
one.
I
understand
as
a
provider
about
establishing
care,
however,
I
always
always
address
the
issue
of
most
concern
to
my
patient
that
day.
I
was
impressed
by
the
Medical
Director
