I have visited Siri Nursing Home many times along with my wife for prenatal check up. Doctors treatment depends on the number of patients visited on a particular day, If the patients are more then she doesn't respond to our queries at all. From past 6 months we are visiting this hospital , but till date doctor didn't give a chance for me or my wife's parents to talk to her about the baby & mom's health status and related to delivery. Sanitizer dispenser is not working from many days , they have made temporary manual dispensing set up , which is appreciable. Weighing machine is not working from many weeks , but staff records the weight approximately as per the previous records. I have asked staff reg replacement of weighing machine but they are reluctant to inform Dr Sirisha reg the malfunctioning of the machine. Weight measurement is the crucial thing in prenatal visits , which is not happening here. In hospital medical shop they are not providing any discount on medicines.The same medicine when purchased in local shop we get 10-15% discount. Suggestions : 1) Doctor should speak with Patients Parents or Husband at least once in Two Months , reg baby's growth & mom's health. 2) Weighing Machine should be replaced immediately. 3) Efficient Staff needs to be appointed for requirements in Labour room and OT.Current staff are juniors to handle many cases. 4) Doctor needs to inform patients reg the Vaccination(TD,BCG etc) for Mom & Baby which is very crucial.

Dear Siri Madam, i hope you much aware of medical ethics… We are expecting minimum common sense from you mam Madam, you should not discuss about the hospital google reviews during patient medical consultation but you only discussed about the review related to medical scam which was posted by my husband…this is ridiculous.. and don’t discuss non medical things with patient, kindly contact my husband if you still wanted to discuss about medical scam review. Please don’t lose your control and if you are not ready to treat don't accept the appointment.

My sister visited this hospital multiple times. Very Spacious and well-ventilated hospital which is located very near to ZP Main Road. They are taking good sanitation precautions due to COVID. Quick response by the reception folks. Prices of the tests are bit expensive. Doctor prescribes good medicines for the better health of the baby and mom. Areas of Improvement: • At least one attendant should accompany the patient. • Bed sheets needs to be changed regularly due to covid or use disposable ones in the scanning area and Injection Room. • Billing system needs to be improved, rather than asking multiple times for various charges (Scanning,Injection,Lab etc) Please make it once before leaving the hospital premises but keep the attendant informed reg the charges. • Doctor need to give freedom to the patient to convey their problems clearly, and she should respond in a positive manner rather than disappointing the patient. • Doctors positive words will increase the morale of the patient as well as the attendant’s confidence in the doctor’s advice. She should give necessary tips related to food, medicines and pre-natal/post-natal exercises for the first-time mothers. • Many moms feel anxious or depressed at some point in their pregnancy, and some may even need treatment for it, so we request Dr Sirisha Garu to speak with the patients to create good vibes for the mom and child. • Hope our review will be helpful for the hospital management to take necessary measures to become the best hospital in the town.Thank You.

She is very rude worst doctor in machilipatnam. doctor should have patience but her patience level was zero. She is not polite. Waiting time too much and staff are very irresponsible with all other patients. Lab technicians are not available in the hospital timings

Eema HP-5000 injection MRP - 433 rupees but hospital management is demanding to pay 550 rupees. I have discussed with management and I heard very irresponsible answer - “don’t come to my hospital if you will not pay the 550 for 430 rupees MRP injection we will charge extra money for injections” please be aware and please make sure check the injections what they are using in hospital and MRP of infection before paying the money at reception to reduce the medical scams/fraud's
