Food is average, ambience is average, but instead of asking for a review it is not correct to take our phones and post a positive review. It is a violation of privacy by the staff. The staff asked my phone and rated themselves in both zomato and google play store. Without my consent.

Update: The cleanliness of the place has deteriorated. You can see Flies on the tables and we had to drive away the Flies by swaying our hands. Even the disposable paper glasses used to serve the soft drinks have become flimsy. -----------------‐------------------------------ Very glad to have another World Famous Food Brand in Machilipatnam. Great ambience, good seating, friendly staff and delicious food give the place 4 star rating. It loses 1 star as the French Fries were not of the regular size and were not properly fried. On the whole, a good place to visit with family and friends.

Chicken was good, tender 😋 and tasty mainly the crust. Good decore and seating. The thing I didn't like was the chicken burger, it only tasted mayonnaise. Most important problem ' Parking Space '. There no parking space only few bikes can be parked. Can't think of parking a car there.

Worst KFC I have came across.. Don't go here.I tried all the items almost ..Too worst chicken.not even properly cooked..Road side Chicken pakodi is far better than this..If you have hunger to taste KFC.check in Vijayawada ones.but don't try here..

Bad experience with choco lava, They served just a heated dark cake with out any lava & clame that is what chaco lava is.suprised by the staff answer. Not a happy experience

No ac full suffocating asked twice to switch on the AC but didn’t Un hygienic and delivered wrong order Taste is also very bad

Must Try Chicken Chizza who are interested in Cheese, the staff here were so friendly and they even serve you at the table. Good Experience Here.

Worst service, very bad food quality ( food is not cooked properly) and none of the utilities are maintained well.

It's g8 to see this outlet in machalipatnam. But hygiene has to be maintained, as you park the car huge dump of stinking garbage. The A/C doesn't work most of the time. It can be improved in many ways.

Ambience is gud but they don't even provide packed water have to get them from outside and chicken doesn't taste fresh a bit of odd 1

Options in the menu are less but mostly are fresh. KFC is new in town and it seemed good to hangout with family and friends. Reducing a star because chicken burgers were given with old stock of chicken. Otherwise most items are fresh. And there is always crowd hanging in.
