We ordered Chicken fried rice, rice is not cooked properly, place is not clean enough. I would recommend to go to RK Paradise instead which is a few minutes away.

One of the best places in Machilipatnam for good meal .... RK Family Restaurant is a renowned Restaurant chain in Machilipatnam. Food is good , you will definately like the taste and also have options to try from. Affordable pricing , and good taste. Ambience is not that hi-five like top most restaurants.... But have a quick meal and it's Air Conditioned AC Restaurant. This Restaurant... Does not accept App Wallet payments ... Card payments also do not work most the time . Only Cash Restaurant..... ATM is just opposite to the Restaurant, so no worries if you have your card handy. All in all ... Something good to eat

This restaurant is very famous in machilipatnam which is known as bandar. Biryani is good but it's oily, starters are okay. They have RK special menu which offers a different variety of items. Prices are very reasonable. The staff was very good and responsive. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for authentic telugu cuisine or value for money. There are many other better options and they also have a good parking place.

I ordered kaju curry veg fried rice and butter naan but kaju curry it had so much of turmeric powder taste I didn't feel much good about it I love fried rice it's so good in taste

The food was delicious, (I'm not sure about sea food though) and the place was clean . And service was average it might be that we have arrived an hour before closing the day.

We dined at this hotel when we went to machilipatnam beach.We went there to see my brother and sister who were in the hostel in gudivada. Our local driver has suggested this restaurant. The food was tasty and well cooked. Went with a family of 8 members and all were satisfied. We didn't reserve it in prior but got a table easily. You must visit this hotel when you are near, We didn't go to other restaurants but this is better in surroundings. We all were planning to visit this restaurant once more. We tried prawns which are good 👍, as a person from Kurnool flavour was a little different but liked it.

Had a blast going from Gudivada to Machilipatnam just to grab a bite at RK. Totally worth it, the food was amazing. Loved the veg meals and the chicken lollipop biryani was out of this world.

Not accepting phone pay and Google pay which might impact losing regular customers. And now a days the staff behaviour is something hard to customers as they are feeling in comfort zone. Taste also not consistent. Hope this feedback helps RK management to improvise the system otherwise there are few competitors as alternative to customers.

They are one of the best in Machilipatnam, but my experience was separate, I reached there by 1:30 pm and almost waited 40 minutes because they are lacking of servers.

Starters are too bad. Used more tasting salt. Paneer and kadai veg curry are not at all good.

The only thing I found okay about this restaurant is the food (taste). Everything else, I didn't like at all. Firstly, there is no dedicated parking but you can find a spot on the roadside easily. Secondly, there is a lot of waiting time. The waiting area is not well maintained. Then, the ambience inside is not as good as it looks from the outside. And it took 5-10 minutes for them to take an order or to even look at us. Not good for quick bites. The food itself is okay but the quantity is less for the price. There are not many starter options available too. The starter we ordered was also bad taste. Lastly, there is no UPI payment method. Only cash and cards are accepted.

You will get good food here. We went for meals but found they don't serve means and took starters and biryani which turned out to be quite good. Only issue we faced was of availability of seats as we went on Sunday. Less parking options for 4 wheels.

Quantity and taste of food is good. The reason for my low rating is they are looking for regular customers with specific menu only. If we ask for any item which will take some time, they will say it is not available. We asked for soups and starters, which are in their menu but they are not available. Same with some other items which are not ordered regularly by others. Only go there if you want regular chicken and biryani items. But, the taste, quantity and quality of the provided items are good.

One of the worst biryani I had in recent times. The rice and chicken didn't cook properly and also a bit salty... gravy and raita is superb saved me without wasting the rice.The ambience and service are the best. Starters are just ok.

It was a good experience, the food was soo tasty & fabulous and mouth watering. We have a lot of options in veg or mon veg and it is worth the money, quantity one can eat one full plate. I felt somewhat less quantity, but the taste is good. So i rated 5 stars. We tried fry piece briyani and tandoori chicken. Tandoori was smoky flavoured and crispy and tasty. Briyani is good enough tasty but not sufficient as per the quantity. But overall i can suggest this place to have a quite good environment for families as well as. Good ambiance. I loved it. Must and should try at least once.

Food is okay....but service so BAD.....they make visitors( tourists) for too long...we were 7 members and they made us wait almost an hour and serving after order it took another 30 min...none of the sea food was available..we had to eat the chicken and most of the items we ordered weren't available...this was at the peak hour...worst part was billing rates were hiked from the printed menu and we weren't informed of that...they miscalculated the dishes we order and added unnecessary 300 rupees to the bill...which we had to discuss to get it off....despite of mentioning they still didn't cancel the extra charges...they even switched off the AC in the extremely hot weather. Pease don't go here if u want your food served at right time. And charged exactly for what you eat.

Biriyani was pathetic. So much salty that we were not able to eat it. Not expected from a reputed restaurant like this. Tandoori chicken too over burnt. Thank God I picked it on the way to my relative's house which is faraway, if we're to had it in the restaurant, I would have thrown the food in the face of waiter or cook. Are they servicing free, not being tastier is something else, But serving briyani which was excessively salted is not at all acceptable !!!!

Superb is the word. What a taste? Abundant rice was served, followed by delicious side dishes. However, the price is pretty much affordable.

We have ordered food for 250 People from RK Mess, not even 1percent of people satisfied with food, same information given to Supervisor, he simply said we will enquire...we have paid 145/- per plate, as per the quality we have give 50/- per plate.... So I request you people don't go for RK Mess for orders

It was the first restaurant in Machiliptanam and it used to be very good during our colleges days and now the quality has become average.

Wow what a taste, i can say less or no spicy but heavenly tasty 🍗 chicken biryani. Must try their food when in bhandar/machilipatnam.

Food is only good. Rest all pathetic, in these days of UPI transactions everywhere. They only take cash .for which we have to go to atm get money and eat food... That is the worst part there. Even card is offered only few times while taking out food. So if they rectify this. I'll be more than happy . Even with above fault food is tasty. Best in bandar I can say (imo)

Good restaurants for non veg lovers. Ambiance is no so excellent. But worth to cost. The above review was written last year. I went there on last Thursday, the food is pathetic. Soup is like water and veggies are taste less. Naan is some what like chapati made with maida. It is understood from friends day by day the quality is going down. Waiting time is much higher. Cleanliness is zero. And staff is very slow and non professional.

Excellent taste. We requested dishes with some modifications and it was prepared with care. Service is also very much improved. I personally didn't like the atmosphere before interior modifications but now it's very much improved.
