Wish we have more option in Machilipatnam. Based on the reviews booked this hotel and got disappointed after check-in. My advice to the hotel management is to improve their rooms quality and service, provide top quality experience for guests and then things will fall in place. You can see the pictures (broken power point, switches) and spider nests inside rooms and washrooms. AC wasn't working and the list goes on.

Good place to stay. Neat and clean rooms. Washrooms can be a bit more clean, though they come and clean every day, but still can find a lot of hard water stains everywhere. They have car parking in this place which is a very hard to find amenity. Remember to ask them to switch on AC at the reception else you'll need to call them; don't know why they switch it off from the outside main switch.

Hotel rooms are clean, bed and bath are well sanitized,staff polite and courteous. When food was ordered ,they fetch from near by restaurants of our choice.Good place to stay,there is car parking also available. I recommend this place.

Ill maintained nice planned room. Even they offer every thing a general lodges might serve none of it has any quality. There is no restaurant. Good parking place exists. Lift was in good condition. Except bathroom no other rooms are illuminated properly. They didn't provide even the towels without asking for it. So better ask for every facility they provide in advance, and make sure you get it. Even hot water wasn't available.

Bathrooms have anti skid tiles. Room is adequate in size. They should subscribe to more TV channels in the hotel. No restaurant but room service is available. Can go to room without stairs

Most probably the best hotel in Machilipatnam. I'd made the booking online on goibibo Good service. Staff allowed early check-in without any extra payment. They were very courteous. I was given a room on the third floor. Since it had a lift it was fine. The rooms have modern locks from Godrej that unlock with an RFID card. The rooms were neat. The bed was okay and not without blemishes. The air conditioning was fine. They also provided a hygiene kit that included all the toiletries. The rooms had enough cupboards and drawers to store things. The cupboard even had a built-in safe to store valuables. The room also had an electric kettle, a small fridge and a 32" television. It also had 24*7 supply of hot water.

Place is not hygienic. Food is tasty.

The damage my car, and simply they are saying it is not our problem that is your problem for the parking of your car. And they are saying why you park your car here.

The location is good and they have some basic amenities. The wifi never worked. The rooms were clean, but some rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. You have to keep asking them for soap, shampoo and towels many times. In some rooms the AC never worked.

Hotel is well maintained and tidy. Located at one of the busy centres of the city.

Value for money. Decent for night stay.

SS grand in,machilipatnam..stayed 3 days 28th to 30th June.. mice hotel..only lodging,,no restaurant,,nearest hotel for coffee, tiffins is RK good times...on 29th the neighbors in room created a mess by drinking, smoking and shouting with nuisance..I wanted to call police...such people should not be given rooms

Overall stay will be good but prices are abit high at the same price we can stay in metro cities

Its only hotel available in machilipatnam with some suit rooms. But cleanliness is not much great. But it is the hotel in city center with suit rooms
