But ..Show room to house..Instalation is first floor asking Delivery van driver staff 2000/- But i purchased before ask exctive what isthe delivery process he said sir devliveryfree but first floor shifting charges 500/-..i agree with the 500/- amount...But delivery van driver refuse staff refuse the 500/- amount... Demand 2000 ten minitues later 1500--again ten minutes later 1000/- i argue the staff i will give 500/- only ..staff also argue 1000/-final amount my amount 500/- after half hour nighbours settel myself 700/- ..i pay delivary van driver 700/-.. pls all custmers before buy croma any produts Pls give your instalation details first floor .second floor etc.. fix delivery van amount...

Great collection of electronics but horrible service. They take 30 - 45 minutes just for billing and if you take finance the staff will tell to you that they will give you zero interest, but at the time of billing they will charge intrest. I tried buying Macbook, they told me it's zero interest financing but after making me wait 1 hour and completing the billing they have charged me 11 thousand intrest and the attitude of the financing staff was horrible, the person who processed my finance was rude and made a face like he was giving me money out of his pocket. The billing staff doesn't know how any process works, they have to call somebody every time they get a doubt. They are not trained properly about procedures and are completely clueless.

very bad customer service ,most sales people are scammers don't get fooled by the fake reviews, this store sells without offers at higher cost than croma website, the sales agents outright denies to match the online price in croma website, also they won't stamp the warranty card but say that the service person will do the stamping when claiming warranty fooling ignorant customers.

Staff has zero training on product features, Selling and customer dealing experience.. They made us sit for an hour to check on stock and updated prices.. We compromised for our needs and purchased product but billing was another problem as most of them doesn't know how to do billing!!! Lost couple of hours just to buy a small product.. My God! I request croma team to train staff first to make them know about the product they are selling and how to deal with customers and do the billing. I believe that is the least any employee should know.. Writing this detailed review as I respect Tata and can't see croma ruining it!
