Thinking
Fitness
(FTF)
was
reccomended
to
me
by
a
friend
when
I
was
lamenting
about
struggling
with
consistency
and
stalled
progress
in
my
fitness
goals.
Prior
to
joining,
I
ran
three
times
a
week
and
lifted
inconsistently.
I
booked
a
kickstart
trial
in
September
and
haven't
looked
back.
My
goals
in
joining
FTF
were
to
be
more
consistent
with
lifting,
improve
my
physique,
and
increase
my
running
speed.
I've
been
coming
to
FTF
for
around
five
months
and
I
usually
book
two
of
the
semi-private
and
two
of
the
small
group
classes
each
week,
as
well
as
the
occasional
yoga
class.
The
workout
spaces
are
spacious,
clean,
and
well
maintained,
with
a
darker
atmosphere
and
spots
of
colorful
lighting.
The
classes
are
engaging
and
genuinely
fun
regardless
of
which
class
size
you
take.
Evan
and
his
team
are
always
switching
up
your
workouts
and
pushing
you
to
reach
your
potential,
while
being
understanding
and
supportive
of
different
client
needs
and
ability
levels.
They
are
also
excellent
at
providing
modifications
as
needed.
Evan
and
the
other
trainers
have
cultivated
a
friendly,
supportive,
and
positive
environment.
I
have
never
once
felt
uncomfortable
or
unwelcome.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
somewhere
that
will
work
with
you
on
your
goals
and
support
you
to
reach
those
goals,
this
is
the
place.
In
just
a
few
months,
I
have
made
such
significant
progress
on
my
goals.
I
cut
nearly
a
minute
off
of
my
average
running
pace
after
being
stalled
for
nearly
six
months
and
I
have
so
much
more
confidence
and
strength.
I
am
so
appreciative
of
the
team
at
FTF,
thank

guys
for
all
the
support.
