    Before coming to Forward Thinking Fitness, I was hesitant and very self-aware about my ability to go to a gym. When I started looking for a gym for me, I was very specific about what I wanted out of the gym and about what I was going to put into it. From my first night with Evan discussing the possibilities and choices for programs here, I knew I had not only found a gym, but also a support system. Evan, Joel, and Jamie have all taken the time to get to know me, my concerns and my goals, and have stopped at nothing to work hand-in-hand to get me to where I want to be without pushing me into a place I didn’t want to be, but also holding me accountable for my progress and my decisions. I have never felt more empowered to take care of myself and better myself than I have with everyone at Forward Thinking Fitness.

    I love the overall atmosphere of the gym. Not your typical gym. The trainers are there to ensure you are doing everything correctly and push you through the sessions. The semi private sessions are amazing on how much attention and reinforcement you get while working out. The small group sessions are just as good and enjoy pushing others and others pushing you to better yourself. Truly one of the best gyms I have ever been a member of. The entire staff rocks and is always there to help you out and give you advice on how to be your best.

    Such an awesome fitness studio! Forward Thinking Fitness is more than just a gym. From the minute you walk in, you feel such a positive vibe. Evan and his team are completely dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. The smaller class sizes allow for more individualized instruction. FTF has truly motivated me and helped me to feel more comfortable going to a gym.

    I’ve been a member of Forward Thinking Fitness for about 4 months. I’ve belonged to bigger gyms with lots of machines, and also worked out at home with a personal trainer. FTF by far is a great fit for me. I work out in the small group sessions and semi private sessions. They both give me personalized attention, help with making sure my form is right and don’t hurt myself. Plus the positivity you get from all the trainers as well as the other people working out makes it an amazing community. Highly recommend!!!

    Forward Thinking Fitness is like no other gym around. The atmosphere and community makes this place unique. The consistency in workouts is a huge motivator to keep pushing the pace! The staff is super encouraging and motivates everyone on different levels to help achieve their fitness goals. I highly recommend if you are looking to switch up your fitness routine! You won’t be disappointed 😊

    My experience with Forward Thinking Fitness has been stellar, to say the least. Evan and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are supportive and encourage you to push yourself while also helping you with the proper form. The facility and exercises are set up in a way that has everyone engaged and I never feel self concious. The classes have many varations of exercise and yoga is also offered(I'm excited for that to become more available). They are also adapted specifically for each persons strength and skill level so I never felt like I was out of my depth or struggling to keep up. There was a new nutritionist hired recently and I had only been with the previous one briefly but she was extremely helpful in getting my diet in line and helping me understand what I need to fuel an exercising body. I look forward to meeting and working with the new one. I highly recommend Forward Thinking Fitness if you are looking for an excellent exercise and diet program. I truly feel like I am being pushed to do my best and learning that as long as I am willing to put in the work I will see results. And of course, Link always makes the day better!

    Before joining Forward Thinking Fitness I truly struggled with getting to the gym. I had zero motivation to attend past the first month. Now that I have joined Forward Thinking Fitness, I have come to realize why I lost that motivation elsewhere. No other gym that I have attended made it point to know my name or correct me when I would be doing something incorrectly. During any personally training classes the FTF staff makes it point to make sure you are doing everything correctly and they will continue to correct until you have mastered it to ensure you don’t injure yourself. All the members that I have interacted with have been amazing. Evan and his staff are the greatest, they treat you with respect, they acknowledge your presence, and are always willing to help with anything. It has been such a positive experience for me. The progress that I have made since joining definitely made my everyday life outside of the gym more productive. For that I am truly grateful! I highly recommend this gym!

    Forward Thinking Fitness is unlike any other gym I've ever been to. I truly feel valued and cared for the second I walk in the door when I am greeted by name and with a smile! All the trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly and are always willing to answer any questions I have. They work closely with you to ensure you're keeping proper form throughout your workout, encourage you, and (most importantly) cheer you on!! I never feel self-conscious and I'm always motivated by the upbeat music. The workouts are fresh and different day-to-day... and some even include fun games! I look forward to my early am workouts!

    I finally started going to Forward Thinking Fitness consistently 4 months ago and wish I had started sooner! Even doing the program mostly virtual in Philadelphia, the team keeps me accountable and helps me through my workouts! The days I do get to work out in the gym are the best, nothing beats the environment, community encouragement, and top of the line equipment and facilities! I usually have gym anxiety but it could not be a more welcoming group of staff and members! This isn’t like any other gym, it is individually focused on each member. Evan and his team are the best of the best!

    Forward Thinking Fitness is not a gym but a fitness community. It has changed my life! I have muscles, endurance, flexibility and more importantly, confidence. Evan and his team of trainers are phenomenal. The daily fitness sessions can be viewed the night before on the app. All I have to do is SHOW UP and keep up! It had been quite awhile since I did any fitness programs other than walking. There are different levels of programs, so like me, I jumped in at my level of fitness and did the sessions based on my abilities in hopes of working up to the next level. Others are moving mountains but started where I am. Go see Evan! Get a consult! Maybe try a session! You will get addicted!

    Unlike any gym I've ever been to! I enjoy working out but needed help with accountability. The team at Forward Thinking Fitness does just that. I appreciate the choice of sessions between semi-private and small group classes. With their incredible app I can even check in and work out at home! The gym is super cool, fun and very clean. Workouts are customized for any fitness level. Go talk to Evan now and see what he has to offer, you won't be disappointed! 😉

    Forward Thinking Fitness is amazing and so much more than a gym…it truly is a fitness community! The team really cares about you and your individual health goals and guides you toward the best way to reach them. The workouts are challenging and fun. We are always encouraged to push ourselves and the trainers are right there to be sure that we are using good form and an appropriate amount of weight. And it is definitely not a one size fits all workout. The people who go there are really nice too! FTF awesome and you really should be there!

    I was really hesitant starting my post-partum fitness journey and looked into many options before I came across FTF. After meeting with Evan, I felt comfortable starting my journey here and it has been a great experience. I was able to work closely with the trainers and let them know my limitations and hesitations and they catered workouts to my ability and pushed me when they thought I could handle a tougher workout. I am 4 months into my journey with FTF and I feel stronger and healthier than ever! I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is hesitant about starting their fitness journey or wants to learn more about strength training. It's a safe environment to work out in, and everyone is really kind and helpful!

    My interest in joint Forward Thinking Fitness occurred after I saw an ad for a fitness program for women over 60. I was experiencing difficulty getting up off the floor and knew it was due to muscle weakness. So I signed up and began my journey. I am SO happy I joined. I can see positive changes in my strength and outlook. The workouts are challenging but effective. The staff are always helpful and one of the best parts is the participants- have had some great laughs. So if you are looking to get yourself in shape and have fun-this is the place.

    I have joined many different gyms over the years but never stuck it out. Forward Thinking Fitness is definitely a different experience and I have really enjoyed the small group classes. The trainers are great and super helpful ensuring that you get the most from your session regardless of your abilities. The other members are all super friendly making it a fun and comfortable environment to work out.

    Forward Thinking Fitness has been a great community to work out with for the past year! One of the things I like the most is having check-in sessions to measure body composition, not just body weight. This has been a great way to keep me on track and work towards my fitness goals. Also, the workouts have a good variety so I never get bored, like I do with traditional gyms. Evan and the FTF team truly care about each individual and helping them work towards their own personal goals. Highly Recommend!

    I have been a member of Forward Thinking Fitness for about 4 months and I have to say I absolutely love it. The trainers are very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. They make sure each person is using the correct form and appropriate weight for every exercise. The workouts are fun and effective. I really like how they check your body composition every 8 weeks so you can see the progress you’ve made and see what changes need to be made to help you achieve your goals. I’ve never had such a personalized experience at a gym. That’s what makes FTF such an amazing gym!! So happy I joined!

    I love the atmosphere of this fitness gym. It is tucked away on Iroquois Trail, unassuming but perfect for my daily workouts. The team of professionals are wonderful, they personalize your workouts to make sure you are challenging yourself in a safe manner. You can't help but get stronger! It is also a place to meet new people as everyone has been very welcoming and positive. What a great place!

    I reached out to inquire about Forward Thinking Fitness after a family member “liked” them on FB and started my journey 3 days later. After four months, I’m amazed at what I’m capable of achieving. This gym offers an experience like no other; the workouts are challenging and meet everyone at their individual fitness level. If you are looking for a clean, well equipped, welcoming place to get in shape, this is the place!

    I’ve been a member of this gym since March. I was like everyone else - didn’t think I had the time to workout. Tried other programs but never stuck with it. Thought the $10 gym was the way to go. Since joining, exercise has become a part of my everyday. I’m working out 4-5 times a week. The trainers are so friendly and helpful and so are the members. The members range from those just starting out to people who have been members for years. The classes are the perfect length of time and I love seeing the exercises ahead of class on the app so I can better prepare myself for class. I’m thankful I found a place like this.

    A gym that truly personalizes your workouts! I joined Forward Thinking Fitness after ending a 14 year membership at another local gym. I was immediately impressed with Evan's enthusiasm and knowledge of best practices in the fitness field. I love how the workouts are always different, challenging, and fun. I am currently dealing with some shoulder issues, and both Evan and Jamie will adapt the exercises on any given day to accommodate my injury. They are totally present during both semi-private and small group classes, offering gentle tweaks and corrections so the benefits of each exercise are maximized. The equipment is top notch and well maintained and the unique lighting in the facility allows you to focus on your own work during the session, while still sharing a communal exercise experience.

The staff here is top notch; patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. I’ve never had an experience quite like this at any other “gym”.     I have been to different gyms throughout my life. It's important to evaluate your motivations to foster a supportive, healthy mindset within yourself. The team/community at Forward Thinking Fitness provide an environment where one can grow towards being a happier, healthier person for all the right reasons. I cannot recommend this place enough!

    Forward Thinking Fitness (FTF) was reccomended to me by a friend when I was lamenting about struggling with consistency and stalled progress in my fitness goals. Prior to joining, I ran three times a week and lifted inconsistently. I booked a kickstart trial in September and haven't looked back. My goals in joining FTF were to be more consistent with lifting, improve my physique, and increase my running speed. I've been coming to FTF for around five months and I usually book two of the semi-private and two of the small group classes each week, as well as the occasional yoga class. The workout spaces are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a darker atmosphere and spots of colorful lighting. The classes are engaging and genuinely fun regardless of which class size you take. Evan and his team are always switching up your workouts and pushing you to reach your potential, while being understanding and supportive of different client needs and ability levels. They are also excellent at providing modifications as needed. Evan and the other trainers have cultivated a friendly, supportive, and positive environment. I have never once felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. If you are looking for a somewhere that will work with you on your goals and support you to reach those goals, this is the place. In just a few months, I have made such significant progress on my goals. I cut nearly a minute off of my average running pace after being stalled for nearly six months and I have so much more confidence and strength. I am so appreciative of the team at FTF, thank you guys for all the support. And I can't forget to mention Link! The best part of coming here is when Link greets you at the door or joins your workout!

    I’ve been going to Forward Thinking Fitness for a little over 4 months now and I love it! This is the most consistent I’ve ever been with my fitness journey because I don’t need to think about anything - just sign up for the time that works best and show up, everything else is already done! It’s a great community with supportive people of all fitness levels and ages - I’ve never felt judged or out of place which was a fear of mine when I started. Evan and Jamie are so helpful - correcting your form so you get the most out of a move, encouraging you along the way, and giving alternative exercises if needed. This is the strongest I’ve felt in years and can’t wait to keep progressing in 2024 - if you’re thinking about joining just do it, you won’t regret it!

    I’ve been going to Forward Thinking Fitness for about six months now, and I must say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding my health. I went from being completely inactive to working out 4-5 times a week, with some yoga sprinkled in once or twice a week as well. The workouts are challenging but fun, and are different every day. The trainers, Evan and Jamie, are very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient (which I very much appreciate!). Everyone is very friendly and non-judgmental. If you are looking for a non-traditional gym, look no further!!

    A few months ago, I was looking for someone to push me into the right direction when it came to bettering my health and fitness. Forward Thinking Fitness was recommended to do just that for me by my massage therapist. Evan and Jamie are fantastic when it comes to pushing you to your limits (and sometimes past them, because we all can do it!), it definitely counts especially on the days that you feel like you can’t, they are there to remind you that you can. Along with the trainers, the members of the gym are very supportive as well, as they too are working towards a common goal. Together we keep each other accountable!

    I joined forward thinking fitness to get back on track with my health journey with some guidance; little did I know I would come to find an awesome community committed to change. I never thought that I could look forward to workouts but the trainers here have an infectious energy that get me motivated and help me push harder! If you are looking for a place where everyone is welcome and all are working towards a same goal, look no further! Evan is incredibly approachable and the best cheerleader. I’m still surprised at my progress in only a few months, I find myself being able to do more with each session and my energy levels is so much better!
