Not as big as the other outlets but has everything you need for your weekly groceries and some household items as well. Friendly and helpful staff.

Best grocery store in the area. Plenty of parking spots, and great selection.

The cashier forgot to give me the fish after I paid the money, then when I arrived home I didn't find the fish , I were against to get my fish. The cashier need to be trained well!

Carrefour is good, but i dont feel comfortable there. It feels like there is something missing. Something is not present there.

A good supermarket. Not the best service, but it serves a need. A lot of commonly available items aren't available unfortunately, for example, they don't have a variety of water bottles' boxes, some essential serials aren't available, along with other items. On the other hand, parking is plentiful, and it's not packed on weekends.

Very bad service 👎🏻. I waited about 10 minutes just to buy meat. No body assist me even I’m trying to call them.

It's a very nice department store for shopping. I like this place, because it's very convenient for me. Moreover, this place is very clean and you may find all your grocery needs. The staff is very helpful and polite. I also tried their online shopping and the experience was very satisfying.

This Carrefour is in Emma mall. Here u have all house hold items. U can buy groceries, toys, bathroom products, kitchen stuff , vegetarian, vegetables, dairy products and many more, u have parking facilities and mall also god to visit. Go and have a look.

Happened to visit for some basic grocery shopping few days ago. We did reach there around 9:40. Not only were the gates still open but we were not told by anyone the shop closes soon, at 10pm. The staff in charge of disinfecting the trolleys were already off, the person at the vegetable counter was also missing. The security guard was screaming at the top of his voice from across the store asking us to leave as they were closing. At the cash counter it was no different as the cashier seemed frustrated and was questioning the security guard as to why there were still shoppers inside asking him to make them leave. If this was the case the doors should have been closed way before letting the shoppers inside rather than treat them like cattle asking to leave. Such a poor customer service experience. We do respect the staff for being there during a difficult period but such behaviour is totally unacceptable. Never going back there again.

I have had a very bad experience. The cashiers area service is very annoying a very slow in servicing the customers. All customers are waiting in a long queue just for ONE MAIN REASON ,,, two cashiers... it's really was very bad experience for all customers. I prefer NOT to shop again at Carrefour.

Please carry your own carry bags. It costs 300 fills. The steel push trolley costs 100 fills. Products are a bit cheaper when compared to Lulu hypermarket.

It's a great visit at Carrefour in Enma Mall. One of nice place to shop and visit in Riffa.

Good shopping experience but when ever Carrefour runs promotion, they always have shortage of staff and few counters are working. Need to improve this practice as customers waits long before been attended... Alfirdous_media-Sajjad Haider
