We spent a good time at Jardin du Roy. We’re a group of 7 people. The service was perfect. Nothing else to say. It’s a peaceful place around the Isalo desert. We loved how the hôtel architecture is in harmony with the nature. We definitely recommend this hotel.

A stunning place to stay in Isalo. The grounds are amazing and situated around the beautiful rocks of the area. The staff are incredible and took such good care of us. They catered to our gluten free and vegan needs and made delicious meals. The rooms are comfy and beautifully made. The pool is also wonderful. The internet is great. We couldn’t recommend this place more, we had the best time here.

Incredibly luxurious in a very remote location. Beautifully designed with excellent service, staff, and grounds in a stunning location. Though electricity is not on all day, we felt like we could stay there for weeks. Very spacious rooms with private patios/balcony on huge grounds.

A beautiful hotel designed to sit unobtrusively in the unique natural environment obv the area. Rooms are very spacious, artfully decorated, and well maintained. The complex had a spacious bar and separate restaurant We ate at the restaurant several times and Eric and his staff do an amazing job with their attention to detail and very good meals. Highly recommend.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with good choice of food. Room facilities first class. Disadvantages are that there is no electricity supply between 11-15 hours. Food served is good but not always as hot as it could be. A plated of breakfast fruit tends to be too much for most people. Wine and beer drinks are very good value and service overall very much up to matching facilities at this unusually sited hotel which is somewhat unique and a wonderful experience for the guest. Much exciting countryside surrounds for the walket/explorer.

Amazing place. Beautifully crafted bungalows fit perfectly into the stunning nature. Staff is well trained and friendly. Everyone is aiming to please, and most of the food comes from their own organically grown farm. The owners provide a living wage to the staff and have even built a school for the local community.

So much to do. Fabulous self guided hike in canyon, hike at Isalo National Park, personal tour of botanical & vegetable gardens. Best massage in area
