Nice
hotel
with
great
rooms.
Food
was
good.
My
only
complaint
is
the
service.
It’s
a
4-star
hotel,
and
with
that
comes
the
expectation
that
service
would
be
great.
We
pay
a
lot
of
money
expecting
great
service.
Well,
the
service
was
subpar.
They
called
my
husband
while
I
was
out
demanding
that
we
pay
for
the
room
for
my
sister’s
instantly.
I
explained
to
the
receptionist
the
night
before
that
I
will
pay
for
her
room
when
I
check
out.
My
sister
checked
out
before
me
and
they
said
they
needed
us
to
pay
while
I
was
out
running
errands.
did
not
appreciate
my
husband
being
bothered
while
he
napped
and
me
having
to
rush
back
to
pay
these
people.
This
was
an
inconvenience.
If
I
didn’t
explain
in
advance
that
my
sister
is
leaving
before
us,
then
I
get
it.
But
we
discussed
it
the
night
before.
I
would’ve
happily
paid
for
her
room
the
night
we
checked
in
or
the
morning
she
checked
out
while
I
was
getting
my
breakfast.
But
no
one
said
anything
until
the
afternoon.
Also,
when
we
checked
out,
I’d
asked
to
be
taken
to
the
airport
at
11:30
am,
for
a
2:40
pm
flight.
I
know
it’s
a
bit
early
but
I
have
some
concerns
with
my
paperwork
and
wanted
to
make
sure
I
arrive
to
the
airport
while
in
advance.
The
front
desk
people
said
the
shuttle
is
not
leaving
until
12
pm
since
there
are
other
people
sharing
the
shuttle
with
us.
We
ended
up
taking
alternative
transport
for
fear
that
we
might
have
issues
checking
in
at
the
airport
due
to
my
paperwork.
I
just
wish
that
the
team
at
Relais
des
Plateaux
worked
with
customers
better.
This
hotel
is
3
times
more
expensive
than
other
hotels
in
the
area.
With
that
price
point,
please
consider
customers
requests
and
listen
to
them.
