If you have just a tiny bit of environmental respect or basic decency, this is not the place for you. If you don't give a dime about the planet and the repercussions of your actions, this place is great. While the services of the hotel are good, and its staff is kind and great (like all Malagasy people), you feel at odd to be in an hotel that does not respect any environmental rule. It does not care about even the basic respect rules that the Accor Group/ IBIS observes in EU, while being located in one of the few remaining bio-diversity paradises in the world. No refillable soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms (only disposable plastic samples)- no water dispensers at every floor/ reception (only daily plastic bottle) - no possibility of chosing of not washing your towels/ sheets - no visibility of any code of conduct or policy by the Management regarding respect of environment, staff and reduce/ eliminate waste, etc. etc.. You get out of the gate of the hotel and you see people begging all around you, incredible soil and water pollution, huge damps, and you should pretend you don't care as long as you sit around the IBIS swimming pool. If you can do it, clearly you are part of the problem.

This was my 5th visit to the hotel in the same number of years. A value proposition. Unfortunately had been given a noisy room for the first night after asking for a quiet room 😞. Moved to 4th floor where it was quieter but the A/C was blowing cool air and not cold😔 after calling reception twice and advising them in person, was never sorted out over the next 2 nights. Plenty of mosquitos in the dining area, this has been noted on the last few visits 😣 Otherwise staff are friendly and polite.

All one expects from an Ibis hotel: clean, efficient and a friendly service, but this hotel offers more: a nice garden with a pool and a good menu to choose from. Very good value for money.

3.8 ⭐️ Stayed 3 nights here for business with my staff for our yearly 2 weeks retreat. Today is our last day here, overall staff was friendly. Room-wise, I took standard with 2 beds. They were small, less than twin size each and more on the firm side, not very comfortable to my taste. Service-wise, staff was friendly but sometimes pushy in buying foods whenever we stayed in the lobby or at the pool while working or just enjoying the outdoor. Facility looks great, nice amenities! To improve: needs Mosquitoes treatment in the lobby those are the number 1 human killer in the world!

Located a few kilometres from the airport with ok rooms, good breakfast and ok service Nice swimming pool and outside sitting area For room, there are no pillows, only cushions, only 01 water bottle for the day, no fluent english speaking staff, almost everything labelled in French, not the value for money

The staff is kind but I found insects and hair in my food 4 times in 10 days - once I fell severely sick after eating their dinner. The problem is there aren’t many food options around either so you’re stuck eating food here - would recommend another hotel.

Centrally placed. Very kind staff and good breakfast spread. The rooms are basic but value for money for the price being charged.

Highly appreciate this Ibis, it is the best Ibis in whole Africa. Very good staff, cleanliness, location, ambience, Gym and spa etc , i always enjoy staying here..!!

Stayed there in 2019, and it was a delightful experience. My room was clean, staffs were super friendly, and the food was amazing especially zebu steak.

It was a quick ov ernight stay that I enjoyed.

If you want to have peaceful night it will not be possible - they have loud music and parties organized and you have to stay up till this finishes!

Despite the city, IBIS has the ambience of clean environments inside. I enjoyed while my stay especially variety of food able to find under this roof. Breakfast is highlight lots of foods to choice in buffet. Receptionists isn’t much friendly comparatively.

More than satisfied! I stayed twice at the hotel, for a short and a long stay. Whether it is the service, the meals, the rooms, or the activities, Ibis is one of the best hotels I have visited. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff was very helpful, kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean, quiet with a nice view overlooking the pool. During my stays, I had the opportunity to go to their beautiful wellness room (sport and spa), a perfect place for a little moment of relaxation. My favorite is the restaurant staff who welcomed me very well and took into account my dietary restrictions by preparing special dishes for me. If today I decided to join the Accord group loyalty platform, it is thanks to them.

Very smart and top class, but casual enough to stroll in your beach wear down to the manicured garden with extra large swimming pool.The rooms are quite compact, almost too small, but very well appointed with excellent amenities. Tge restaurant serves some excellent cuisine such as the Crab Bisque. An oasis within a bustling and noisy part of the main city. Fair value too.

Good hotel with all amenities. Location is good for people visiting the city for business. Tue room is not so big, but it comes at a great price. Carry your toiletries as only shower gel and shampoo is provided in the room. There are many restaurents nearby

It's was hot, hot very very hot in the room, and when you ask is that something wrong with AC, they said no, it's winter here, sure its but not for everybody, so it was horrible, thanks for asking.

Stayed many times at Ibis. It's nice and convenient for shops. Friendly staff.

The stay was good. But when we got ready to pay, we couldn't do it with contact less. Ibis hotel is an international chain and it would be logical to have this service available to its customers, we have been to lower category restaurants, without being international, in some cities and we have been able to pay with contactless.
