Nice amenities and clean hotel. I would not eat here if possible. Food is mediocre at best, and generally your order is not going to be correct. Communication is a problem. If you need, say breakfast brought to your room at a certain time, make sure you talk to someone who can this repeat back to you. Same when you order food. Probably should have known this in general, do not order sushi - California roll, which was I thought a safe bet had no avocado or California mix, was just a lot of rice and odd tasting fish. That was it. Very safe and clean and kind of a compound, but I'd way rather have stayed somewhere else. Keep your receipts. Prices are generally very high for what you get.

Rooms were clean but service was pretty terrible. They say the offer room service but there is no menu in the room and the room service people are very rude. We went for a friend’s party and they couldn’t even provide plates for a cake. For the price we paid would expect much much higher quality of service. There seems to be no accountability in the hotel. I would not recommend it.

Great place for business meetings and one of the best recommendation to clients for a stay in Madagascar's capital city. Film crew will find a real place to rely on before shootings and for PPM purposes. Spacious rooms and efficient services. Very comfortable bed and splendid view of the city if you stand at the top floor rooms. Didn't try room service Top breakfast with great service but meals are too expansive and not enough options. Coffee corner is kind of fancy. We selected the location as one of our favorite business spot. Gym and swimming pool really need to offer subscriptions for clients not staying at the hotel.

Perfect place, truly 5* Western standard with everything you need. Stylish and very spacious rooms, very friendly staff, great roof top bar. I asked the hotel for an airport pick-up which they arranged very reliably at a fair price.

Had a conference in Novotel Convention and Spa Madagascar. It was a lovely experience. Manohy, the conference manager is very warm and welcoming. She managed to work with us beautifully. The sound is very good. The projection worked perfectly even though it was bright daylight in the hall. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I recently attended a workshop at the hotel and while I didn't have the chance to see the rooms, the service was impeccable. The hotel is situated in a stunning location and the conference rooms are well-ventilated with complete and high-quality equipment. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel for any business or leisure trip.

We had wifi issues but technical employees came to our room at night and fixed them and where oh so kind food is excellent even though a bit overpriced all staff is kind and especially members of the catering and technical service same applies for the gym coach even tho the gym facilities are missing some equipment

Rooms are brand new and very confortable, with good space. Staff is very welcoming. For business stay, it is really, really good.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff, way above Novotel standards. It’s a pity that the bathroom soap and shampoo are Made in China, I would have expected something more local.
