Very poor customer service. We wanted a low-budget beginner racket and we went there because of they seemed to have a good collection. Didn’t attend to us and after wasting our time for 10+ minutes, he informed us that the racket was in the godown with no intention of making the sale.

POOR SERVICE!!! I visited Surya sports zone to change string for few of our racquets. Owner said that one of the racquet doesn't require string change. when i asked for reason, he replied "Good players can play well with this. You can give to others and try". Do you mean only pro players can update the string to their racquet?. Even then i have given it to you to change the strings which you refused to do. I will NEVER visit your shop again for your ATTITUDE.
