It was a wonderful experience when we visited the Naturals Salon Urapakkam near Chennai last week. Their quality of service was really Very Good. Their attitude towards senior citizens customers is well appreciated.

Went with high expectations, and the staff was very humble and gentle. Got an immediate appointment for my requirement. The place was neat and clean. Apart from staff, the quality of the material used isn't suitable for my requirements. They said it was branded one. However, the finishing wasn't came as expected. Thanks for the service.. missed to get his name. Also, please ensure you are saying full amount rather than just say... x00.. tax is 18% and may encounter additional too... please convey the full amount inclusive of taxes 🙏.. Sorry for my misunderstanding on the bill which included a additional work , it's my mistake to know charges well in advance with taxes. MY bad..

I got anti hair loss spa service from Rekha, She did excellent job with care and gave me tips for maintaining it too.its my second time in the shop...She understand my requirement clearly and gave the expected result in threading too. Only shock for me is percentage of GST for the service taken , which I considered too high.

I am not sure why they have appointment system. Called and booked appointment for 7.30 PM. Went on time.. But they didn't start the service on time.. They asked me to wait and started attending other customers. Then what is the point of booking appointment. If we go without appointment l, they say they are busy.. Total frustrating experience. This is not the first time.. It happened during my previous visit as well.

I have been using this place for last two years. Services provided by Manimegalai and Divya were always satisfactory. The new person has always messed up something in each of my service. The last time was all the more disappointing. She caused a severe bruise while waxing. Please opt for experienced people while you visit Naturals.

I visited this branch to do my nails. From the time I was given appointment, the staff were very professional. There was no waiting. Sandhya was my nail technician. She was welcoming, personable and professional from the time she received me at the door. She suggested the right package that would meet my needs and took the time to make sure I was getting the desired results. I would highly recommend her to anyone coming here.

Good service provided here. More than 5 employees are working here. Both male and female staffs are available. Salon is kept clean and neat. Asusal rate is bit more compared to normal. The price is for their service. Do visit the salon if you are near guduvanchery.
