    Amazing experience with prenatal yoga. The attention provided in all aspects is very much helpful and appreciated. During the class as well, our each and every move is well observed and Shobana mam helps us to do it right way. In the aspect of diet as well, all the meals are tracked and she gives right inputs to make ourselves better. The best part is our mental health is also taken care along with physical fitness which i dont find it everywhere. The weekly tracking calls are also equally helpful to get our queries checked and stay worry free. Looking forward for a positive birthing experience after joining sidha yoga. I highly recommend this to all the to be mothers.

    The sessions helped me stay active through out my pregnancy. Especially with the various body pains and strains I experienced through the course of my pregnancy. Having been active helped after delivery, in the first few days, as well in my recovery. The instructor is well informed and she helped with various questions and doubts, constantly guiding us with right instructions. Her labor management classes were very well put together and helped my husband and I prepare well.

    I have started my prenatal yoga with shobana mam from my 20th week. She is very understanding and professional she made sure everyone gets in the classe gets atmost benefits, as every body is unique and each one of them goes through different situations. The yoga practice helped me a lot in easy breathing and made me to over come the physical pains caused due to pregnancy through proper guided stretching. Every other class is designed in such a way that you are not over doing or under doing, they are balanced. Thanks for the wonderful sessions so far.

    I highly recommend Shobana maam's prenatal yoga classes.. she's very knowledgeable and gives individual attention to all the participants. I joined her in my 23rd week of pregnancy and felt that my mobility and comfort level increased tremendously after practicing yoga with her. Good wishes to her for her future endeavours.

    Journey with Siddh yoga is been very very helpful till date. Shobana mam is polite and helps me maintain my preggy body well and good in so many ways. She keeps tracking us and our food habits, mental health every and follow us through consultation call every week.

    I have started prenatal yoga with Shobhana in my 4th month of pregnancy. She gave individual attention to all the members who are joining the class. She gave a proper routine to practice. In my personal experience I feel like if I miss the session or routine then I can feel back pain. One of the best decision I took during pregnancy is prenatal yoga. Due to pregnancy complications my baby delivery was via C-Sec, my recovery is too smooth & quick. She is one of my go to person for all queries.Thank you so much Shobhana mam for your timely support😍. Keep inspire mam🥰🥰

    I got to know about Siddh yoga through my sister and joined prenatal Yoga during my 6th month. During my second trimester I had back pain & sciatica pain, shobhana mam suggested some specific asanas, After following her yoga i'm more relaxed. Shobana mam is very supportive and she makes sure that every individual gets equal attention and comfort during each session. Her labour management session was really useful and learnt lots of new concepts that I wasn't aware. From the session I got to increase my confidence and trust on child birth I would highly recommend her for Prenatal yoga and to attend her Labour management sessions.

    Nice place with good and clam ambience. I have joined the prenatal yoga sessions given by Shobhana mam in my early phase of 2nd trimester. Her sessions helped me alot to manage my Hypertension, mood swings ,increase concentration power, gave strength to manage 9 to 5 job hours with household work and most important prepared my body & mind for the labour. Right now I have completed 36 weeks of pregnancy. I'm physically and mentally fit. Thanks alot shobhana mam, for energising me.

    I had joined Shobhana Mam's prenatal yoga classes at the beginning of my 3rd trimester. She has all the knowledge about pregnancy and it's related complications. After joining her class I felt that I'm in the right hands. She helped me balance my fluctuating sugar levels during pregnancy. I had also attended her labour management class which helped me battle pregnancy and childbirth related anxiety. The best part is that she was always available to solve my queries during these 3 months.

    I started attending my prenatal yoga with shobana mam from my 16 week. Currently its been 2 months of journey with her. The most important thing about her class is she pays individual attention to everyone in the class and do regular follow ups on our health and if we have any discomforts.Since classes are flexible timings it is easy and added advantage. Recently attended the labour management session with her, where even first time mommies can gain immense knowledge on various topics.     I have attended Shobana mam's labor management session and it was really very useful and much informative. It's really worth the 5 hours spent. Gained a lot of knowledge which also gives confidence to handle the labor. Thank you so much for this session mam 😀 she really inculcate confidence in everyone which is what is actually needed to remove our fears🙂🤗 Highly recommended this class for all the expectant mothers.

    I started my prenatal yoga sessions with shobana mam from 5th month. It has been a wonderful experience for me. She is very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. Prenatal yoga is one of the best decision I took in my pregnancy phase. It helped me to have smooth pregnancy journey. She guided me to do poses according to my medical conditions. I also attended her labour management session which helped me to know more about childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care. I would definitely recommend this class to all pregnant moms if you want to take your prenatal yoga.

    I started taking prenatal yoga with siddh yogini and im just loving it. Im glade, that I got to know her through one of my friends, who was her student earlier. My body feels so light after yoga class and shobana mam takes care of her students very well. At first I thought I couldn’t even do a single asana but later on with shobana mam’s guidance and instructions, I was able to pick it up. she also tracks our food intake, mental health, doc appointments and inputs given. We will be instructed according to our gestational age, which is good. Breathing exercises that were thought during the class really helps a lot. Thanks a lot!

    I joined prenatal yoga from 18th week. Before joining the class, I'm afraid of mood swing issues, tension, and other body pain. But after joining your yoga class I could able to control my mind and my behaviour in a very balanced way and till now, I also didn't experience any intense pain in my body, so that I could manage my household works by myself itself without depending on anyone else. Thank you mam for giving me such a wonderful gestation period through your yoga. I'm also very eagerly waiting for the smooth experience in my labour, that would be the result of your unconditional support and breathing techniques 💯. Thank u sooo much mam for your guidance from day one.

    I am attending siddh yoga class from my 7th month. I feel active and relaxed throughout the day. Mood swings are also reduced. Shobana mam is doing great work. I would recommend this to any pregnant women.
