Booked 3 Units in SRP The Pavilion for a night's stay for my relatives and friends during my sister's wedding and it was really a wonderful place, catered to the needs of both youngsters and elderly people. The units are very clean and well maintained. Our friends were very happy that they will prefer to stay henceforth in SRP in future during their stay in Chennai.. Our special thanks to Sharan and his team for his constant followups and 24/7 availability to address all our needs. We would really love to visit and stay there.. Best wishes Sharan!

The service apartment were very good. But a couple of issues were experienced in the 2 rooms I stayed. First was that the AC remote was not working but later they fixed it. Second was that both the rooms had water logging issue in the bathrooms. Rest all was fine and the stay was comfortable.

Sharan was a great host. The place was clean and sanitized well. Peace full place and i had a great time during 25th March 2022 to 28th march 2028. Like to visit more often.

Great place to stay either with family or with friends. Affordable and comfy, It’s neat and very tidy, makes us feel like home. It’s best for lengthy stays as we can self cook need not depend on hotel foods. There’s washing machine, power backup, fridge, utensils to cook, TV, WI-FI, iron and iron board. The rooms are air conditioned with private bathroom. At last I found the one.🥹🥹

SRP Pavilion was a great stay. Stayed with my partner. So yeah, unmarried couples are allowed, with proper Id. Rooms including bathroom, were clean and neat. It's a apartment, but the living room and kitchen and balcony are shared with another tenant of the other room. So keep that in mind. They have all the amenities like wifi, fridge, washing machine (didn't use as it looked old and gross) maybe other rooms had better ones. Kitchen utensils, induction stove etc. Rooms and ac too. The hotel itself is a bit inside, 10 mins walk from Perangulatur station. Overall the stay was great. Thank you SRP. ❤️

Very clean and comfortable stay with cordial and polite staff. It was homely, markets nearby in 10 to 15 min walk. Transportation is also convenient.

We stayed in SRP The Pavilion for couple of days and it was really a wonderful place with calm surroundings. The units are very clean and well maintained. We stayed at the Pavilion for two weeks and it was an absolute pleasure. We felt at home and so relaxed. The ambience is peaceful, lush green and cooler than the rest of the city. The apartment is brand new and well maintained. A big thank you to Sharan for taking such good care of our needs and being so particular about the tiniest of things, it reflects the standards of the place and the service. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sunset and sunrise to enjoy if you can spare the time. All amenities needed to run a household are provided so you can do your own cooking, washing, etc. without having to rely on any external help. The locality has all needed shops to get your groceries as well. Zomato, Amazon, Myntra...we tried out all these services too during our stay there and the place is easily accessible by all. We would go back without a single doubt if we need to stay in Chennai again for a long period. All the best, Sharan.

Had wonderful stay at SRP pavilion. Very clean , modern look and interiors with kitchen, tv, cleaning services. Residential location and nearby to my house. I stayed here for almost 1 month and felt like home and peace.

Neat and good for the price. However accessibility can be a huge problem. Decent restaurants and eateries are difficult to find.
