Calm and quite place to stay in. This one is for value for money lovers😄. No much amenities but still a good place to be in. Well guarded by security staffs also.

Its very sad that they are taking extra money in the name of broker even when we didn’t hire any broker. We went there by ourselves to check for the room and now they are charging extra money for broker . I really don’t get this . In the name of society they won’t let us talk with the owner as well. You people as a human you must not be so greedy. Try putting yourself in other shoes. They are coming out of their town to work there and now you are ripping them off. Shame on you people.

Hi if anyone is planning to purchase apartment at Amar prakash, specifically house number F block 507 (owned by Mr. Karthik Rajkumar),please refrain. They are fraud family, taking money from tenants and not returning. We come looking for houses from different parts and get scammed like this.

One of the coolest community with budget apartment. Property in new and very neat and clean. Recommend for family as well individuals.

Very nice apartment..the best one i've ever bought. God has finally blessed with the perfect home with very good facilities. It is very peaceful and awesome. The location isn't very remote and it is close to city. Water and power supply is good. Security is also good and fine here.

No club house present at all. Maintenance is quite high compared to the facilities provided. No pool, no gym, small parking space and a living hell for anyone who don't know tamil as all staff and guard understand only tamil

I was about to book a unit in 2011 but then decided to wait and watch. The project was not making much progress and reason could be basic amenities were quite far off though it is only 5 km from GST. It seems the area still lacks basic amenities such as market, public transport etc.

This apartment located with nature-rich and water-rich. The quality of air, water and light around this building is the best thing. They provide so many amenities and fasilities fits with my lifestyle. I love the club house, it provides gym, indoor & outdoor game facilities.
