It's a compact apartment from the Mahindra group. Even 2.5BHK feels like 1BHK.. Bathrooms are tiny and not ventilated properly. May be suitable for bachelors who work in and around MCity.. For shops we need to go till Veerapuram which is some 2-3 km away.. Groceries can be bought from vendors who sell outside the gate around evening time and Food delivery options are available. Another big issue is not all flats have covered car parking, Some flats you need to park in open space which is inside the community. If bachelors stay else think twice.

Stayed here for 5 months. Society is decent as compared to Pune and Bangalore but it's very good when compared to Chennai standards. The place is well managed with good support from management round the clock. The security guards are also well mannered and good at their job. The main advantage of living here is the close railway station, which is a lifeline to go the city.

The best family place with decent price within a well maintained business permiss with high standards security world class level amenities near to railway station, best climate and nature , pure air within a reserved forest good maintanence staff , club , sociality, and other vicinity to primary education like Mahindra world school, college, parks, shopping mall near by canopy , this Nova is comparatively cheaper with other ventures are villas like the sylavan , the best place for peace , love happiness

Construction engineer doesn't know to design the basic things, rest room's very much tiny, and quality is very bad with in 5 years water leakage from drainage lines. More over maintenance team is worse team I never seen, no proper maintenance, multiple times of follow up also they won't response. People bought this flat for investment, most of the people are rented. House owners never interfere with maintenance team to sort out the issue. Suggested don't opt nova for the rent.

It's a pleasent place ..very near to the paranur railway station . With around 700 flats . It's a very good ecosystem. All company buses have stop here. Vegetable and fruits vendors available at all times at the gate.. Friendly housekeeping and security staff who are doing a good job. Society management politics is there but if you are renting it's a perfect place , particularly if u are a batchelor or young couple.. the view from the terrace is breathtakingly beautiful. There is a community hall, gym and children's park. No show off features and unnecessary ameneties.. ample parking space available for guests. Big basket, fresh to home , swiggy and Zomato supply at home. Lot of local milk vendors also are coming. House Maids can be hired easily . It's a good place to stay in Mahindra world city.

The amount of confusion created by the association office bearers is quite disturbing and it is high time they do something positively to redeem themselves

It's a nice place..to stay with good ventilation and space...

Good for bachelor's, little costly Sharing is a better option
