was
clean
and
neat
which
I
would
happily
give
5
star
!!
But
the
staffing
needs
a
revamp.
During
last
stay
we
were
forced
to
checkout
in
spite
of
a
new
booking
online.
When
I
reached
to
the
staff
at
Reception,
the
response
was
"All
rooms
are
filled.
try
Online"
and
I
did
online
booking
via
yatra
which
says
my
booking
was
confirmed
but
staff
kept
saying
they
didnt
receive
any
email
on
my
booking.
I
guess
their
strategy
of
"Stop
Sale"
didnt
work
out
or
was
not
carried
out
well
but
till
last
minute
they
didnt
agree
that
booking
happened
Yatra
didnt
respond
and
Staff
from
"The
Lotus
Apartment
Hotel"
were
reluctant
to
answer
and
looked
at
me
as
layman
not
getting
any
jargons
for
hotels
&
booking.
Such
a
nerve
was
not
in
my
experience
from
my
travel
history
US,
UK...
They
irritated
me
and
were
interested
only
in
getting
us
out
rather
answering
our
concerns
on
cancellation
status
of
the
newly
made
booking.
No
one
looked
us
out
to
the
door
If
the
owner
is
reading
this,
try
new
staffing
as
the
system,
software
doesnt
flaw
it
is
the
people
following
it.
There
is
subtle
difference
one
customer's
review
makes
but
it
will
come
back
huge.
No
threaten
but
fact
is
that
there
are
many
experiences
not
reported
like
this
sick
:-(
