Room & Place was clean and neat which I would happily give 5 star !! But the staffing needs a revamp. During last stay we were forced to checkout in spite of a new booking online. When I reached to the staff at Reception, the response was "All rooms are filled. try Online" and I did online booking via yatra which says my booking was confirmed but staff kept saying they didnt receive any email on my booking. I guess their strategy of "Stop Sale" didnt work out or was not carried out well but till last minute they didnt agree that booking happened Yatra didnt respond and Staff from "The Lotus Apartment Hotel" were reluctant to answer and looked at me as layman not getting any jargons for hotels & booking. Such a nerve was not in my experience from my travel history US, UK... They irritated me and were interested only in getting us out rather answering our concerns on cancellation status of the newly made booking. No one looked us out to the door If the owner is reading this, try new staffing as the system, software doesnt flaw it is the people following it. There is subtle difference one customer's review makes but it will come back huge. No threaten but fact is that there are many experiences not reported like this sick :-(

This is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of chennai. Conveniently located in the center, the lotus service apartments are an ideal place for a comfortable stay. They have regular rooms as well as suites. The suite is ideal for a family stay in the main hall cum bed room + a working room. Food is reasonably priced (see the pic of a portion of curd rice) and tastes great. Breakfast spread consists of a few really tasty items (mostly veg). This place is well maintained with friendly, and responsive staff who cater to your needs 24x7. I would definitely recommend this place as compared to others in the vicinity.

Overall the room was ok. Water heater wasn't working and had to take cold shower both days. Amenities kit missing toothpaste and toothbrush. Restaurant service was good.

Very nice place to stay under budget. The staff was very courteous and food and restaurant was delicious and being a North Indian, i enjoyed it

Except for the fact that they don't entertain guests in the room the rest of the stay was good. Good staff in the dining area. I request people to respect them while they serve us. Being disrespectful shows our character.

The hotel's charges (tarriff) are not justified by the room or service. They have average rooms, but the tariff was equivalent to 4-star hotels. Basic amenities and just decent service (not exceptional) I would recommend this hotel only if they are offering rooms for Rs. 2.5k to 3k.

If you like railway compartment room, tiny washrooms, dusty tables, non responsive staff ...all in the name of 3 star ⭐✨ thooooookkkk

The room, the staff attitude everything was amazing, I would've given 5* but the breakfast kinda disappointed me. No, it's not like it is bad or such, but didn't meet my expectations.

Rooms were very neat. Good supporting staffs and cleaning crew. Complementary breakfast was too good. Easy Check-in and checkout. Worth the money. Didn’t face any probs during my stay period. Definitely recommending this for all solo travellers or business visits.

I thank the Lotus Apartment Hotel - Venkataraman Street for their service and rooms. I had one night and two day stay in the superior rooms, The rooms were quite spacious, ventilated, and air conditioned. The rest room is also good, clean and obviously usable. They provide a complimentary breakfast which I enjoyed the most 👍

Situated at a very prime location, however the rooms are too small and compact. Service is okay, and food is decent although you don't get any non veg options

Good Or Bad Room is good and clean but staff are not responding to our complains as I faced wifi issues until my stay they did not help to sort it out my wifi issues. If you really need wifi please don’t go to this hotel.

This place is a scam. I checked online and booked a single occupancy room. They charged me 2,900rupees and gave me a horrible room, it literally is like an oyo that we could get outside for 1500.

Best place to stay if you want to cook your own food and looking for a hygienic serviced apartment. Apollo Cancer Hospital is nearby. T.Nagar and Pondy Bazaar are also at a walking distance We stayed there for 3 weeks. Hotel staffs and manager are very humble and polite. 😊✌

Pretty Nice & decent . Helpful & Friendly front end staff . Only problem i feel is the pricing. Appx 3000 for a room without bfast is quite expensive even if its centrally located.

Decent place. Courteous and professional executives. Vegetarian restaurant ( previously used to have non-vegetarian dishes) on the menu. The food especially the dal kitchdi is really good. Overall good place in good locality.

Have to improve your service. The towels were not changed for the next day. 27-07-2022 -> No hand towel, wi-fi credentials expired, room inner lock not working, fan didn't work, poor shower nob. All becoming worsen. Because of the location, Iam forced to stay here.

Rooms are not well ventilated, it felt compact.. it's a veg hotel... You can order non veg from outside.. But overall experience was not good.. Only good thing is the location, pondy bazaar is just 1 km away maximum.

Home away from home. Clean room and linen. Safe place. Restaurant serves basic vegetarian food. Friendly staff. In my last visit Chef made special food for my wife for almost 3 days. So nice of him. Waiting staff did took care. Appreciate it very much.

I had an online booking for 1st July 6AM Checkin. I went to the hotel and the receptionist simply said they don't have any booking in my name and there are no free rooms as well and to check with the booking website, bag2bag.in.. There was no support from bag2bag.in as well, no one answered the phone call. I had to go out and find another hotel and pay higher price since it was an immediate booking early in the morning.. At 9:15AM, the hotel guys called and informed that they haven't checked properly and asked me if I'd like to checkin to the room! After such unprofessional behaviour even after asking them to recheck, I will never book with this hotel again! And never from bag2bag.in as well as they simply gave ZERO support at that time though their website says 24x7 support!

Here gave me such a great experience for three nights. The room and linens were always clean and comfortable. The only disappointment is that the air conditioner in my room (standard single) didn't work for two nights. The restaurant was also good. Sensitive Japanese travelers also must love here. I'll definitely visit here again. Nandri!!
