Today me and my son visited kalyan restaurant by 2.50 pm. I experienced a very worst service. The staff were showing busy, but no one is efficient how to handle a customer. For more than 10 minutes they have never turned up. I stand up and approached a lady staff for order, and she came after 5 minutes. After a 15 minutes of my order a man came with the tandoori chicken till no water and plates to eat and other orders awaited till then. Very very worst

Booked thru MMT. I had done a wrong booking but this hotel was nice enough to refund me for the lost money during revised booking. The hotel does need some maintenance. Cigarette smoke was a bit strong in the hallway. Breakfast is OK. The veg restaurant outside was a bit ordinary. But the service and hotel staff were good overall.

The restaurant named FLAVOUR just sucks. If you have any special request, don't expect anything here. Even you have to struggle to get a glass of drinking water, to be served by a waiter. Avoid... Avoid... Avoid... Mr. Gopi is manager at FLAVOUR, but he is a real damager.

Ambience is great for a small event. Rooms were also clean and perfect for 2 people. It's in the prime location and car parking space is also sufficient for 20 cars. We can park outside as well if required. Food was decent and they served it even if it was a buffet.

The hotel is well located and convenient. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable. Any issues were resolved immediately and requests were promptly actioned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kalyan Grand and would stay again on our next visit.

I loved this Hotel. Clean Rooms! Staff are very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really nice and too have many choices. Room service was very very friendly. Guys from Reception are very helpful for all. It was a great time. Definitely we go back soon

Just went for a function . The Hotel Ambience is really great. Party Hall is excellent and Food was Okay. But Staffs are bit rude in handling customers. They will not allow to sit in lobby for emergency phone calls .There is no signal in basement and sat on lobby to make calls. The lobby have empty seats and their staffs asked me to go out of Hotel to continue phone calls.

A business-class hotel, rooms are clean and Hygienic. Keen on service quality but the food taste is not very good despite of quality.

Great hotel near Perungalathur. Restaurant and rooms are good for a couple of days stay. Next to Kilambakkam bus stand. Fully recommend. Restaurant in the front(thiruvasantham) is not that good. Go to flavour restaurant inside the hotel.

In room dining is very slow service. I am traveling senior citizen no hot water in the morning. I have to inform get it done. Over is good.

Business class hotel. Courteous staffs. Parking is easy and next to the new bus stand in Urappakkam. Nominal price on buffet and tastes good for the price you pay. Vegetarian varieties are good as well.

I recently stayed at the corporate guest house and had a great experience. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best place for eating at dinner. Food was really great, had a lot of different cuisines as well as different dishes, starting from soups,gravies,cakes,beverages and a lot more. Only problem was that buffets are kept only on selected days, would like it more if it had buffet daily. Anyways, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Good experience..... It offers a lot more you expect. Many complimentary facilities are given and their are no hidden charges. It has beautiful and large rooms. With that the room service is very polite and also prompt. It has ample parking space.

Little over priced for the service provided. One and only disappointment is Centralized AC. We couldn't change the AC temperatures 🥲 Hotel is having a constant temp of 24°. Room service is good. In-Room dining is not worthy, try different restraunts.

We went to this Hotel first time, we really amazed with the experience. Fantastic food and good varieties. My daughter enjoyed the sea food. It was a nice memorable moments. Good place for weekend stay with family and friends with good food!!!

It has been a Great Experience. I had gone for a stay of 30 days in this hotel. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and caring. It has very good facilities(gym,dining area). They also provide delocious food in the form of buffet.

My friend took me for a late weekday treat. First I thought it must be normal bar kind of stuff but with time I enjoyed everything there. Loved the ambiance, food was terrific, service was even quicker. Overall 5💥 for everything. Unexpectedly there was a DJ too .
