I
am
writing
to
express
my
deep
concern
and
disappointment
regarding
a
recent
experience
at
the
SRM
Hotel
Bar.
As
regular
customers,
my
party
and
I
were
shocked
to
discover
that
the
food
served
to
us
during
our
visit
on
15-Dec-2023
was
prepared
a
day
prior,
significantly
compromising
its
freshness
and
quality.
We
have
reported
this
a
number
of
times
for
your
humble
notice.
Upon
bringing
this
matter
to
the
attention
of
the
manager
on
duty,
we
were
met
with
utter
disregard
and
a
lack
of
respect.
The
manager
failed
to
address
our
concerns
and
provide
a
satisfactory
resolution.
Moreover,
when
discussing
the
issue
with
a
staff
member
responsible
for
serving
the
food,
it
was
admitted
that
the
items
were
indeed
prepared
in
the
morning,
contrary
to
the
information
provided
by
the
manager.
Such
practices
raise
serious
questions
about
the
hotel's
commitment
to
maintaining
food
safety
standards
and
serving
customers
with
integrity.
We
feel
compelled
to
report
this
incident
to
the
relevant
food
safety
authorities,
as
it
is
essential
to
ensure
the
well-being
of
all
patrons.
We
have
been
loyal
patrons
of
SRM
Hotel
for
an
extended
period,
and
this
incident
has
left
us
deeply
disappointed.
We
trust
that
you
will
investigate
this
matter
thoroughly,
take
appropriate
action
to
rectify
the
situation,
and
implement
measures
to
prevent
such
lapses
in
the
