I
lived
in
Perungalathur
for
almost
four
years
and
tried
different
gyms.
I
took
personal
training
from
these
gyms
for
1-to-1
sessions,
but
nobody
assisted
or
provided
proper
guidance.
I
visited
DYO
fitness
page
and
spoke
to
the
coach.
The
first
thing
the
Coach
said
was
you
don't
need
personal
training.
However,
all
the
other
gyms
were
entertaining
the
personal
training.
Then
I
joined
the
gym
;
the
atmosphere
was
fantastic
there.
The
workouts
were
outdoor.
I
realized
that
my
movements
all
these
years
were
wrong,
even
the
regular
pushups.
They
help
you
correct
your
movements
and
teach
you
the
proper
posture.
This
is
a
group
workout,
and
all
of
them
are
encouraging.
They
will
have
bi-weekly
outdoor
activities
like
beach
workouts
and
yoga.
Those
sessions
are
unique.
They
also
have
a
restaurant;
you
can
have
delicious
snacks
right
after
the
training.
I
could
not
continue
training
with
them
since
I
had
to
move
out
of
town.
But
from
the
photos
of
the
people
who
joined
when
I
joined,
they
all
changed
drastically.
Pros:

the
coaches
are
knowledgeable
and
supportive.
+This
is
a
group
activity
where
you
can
meet
many
good
happy
souls.
+If
you
are
consistent,
you
will
have
a
long-lasting
result.
Cons:
-----
+Only
one,
if
you
are
late
for
the
session,
the
head
coach
will
give
you
100
burpees
to
do
lol
(No
wonder
he
is
an
ex-IAF)
