    I lived in Perungalathur for almost four years and tried different gyms. I took personal training from these gyms for 1-to-1 sessions, but nobody assisted or provided proper guidance. I visited DYO fitness page and spoke to the coach. The first thing the Coach said was you don't need personal training. However, all the other gyms were entertaining the personal training. Then I joined the gym ; the atmosphere was fantastic there. The workouts were outdoor. I realized that my movements all these years were wrong, even the regular pushups. They help you correct your movements and teach you the proper posture. This is a group workout, and all of them are encouraging. They will have bi-weekly outdoor activities like beach workouts and yoga. Those sessions are unique. They also have a restaurant; you can have delicious snacks right after the training. I could not continue training with them since I had to move out of town. But from the photos of the people who joined when I joined, they all changed drastically. Pros: ----- +All the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. +This is a group activity where you can meet many good happy souls. +If you are consistent, you will have a long-lasting result. Cons: ----- +Only one, if you are late for the session, the head coach will give you 100 burpees to do lol (No wonder he is an ex-IAF) Thanks everyone; you guys are unique, and thanks a lot for your help.     The faculty is very friendly and beyond words. They have personalized workouts for everyone. The environment is great and the workouts and mobility are efficient and than what most of the gyms provide.

    Happy to share my experience at Dyo fitness club ,Well equipped coaches are always a great inspiration.Their dedication and passion towards training is absolutely commendable. One hour of training five times a week just flies leaving us feel energetic, youthful, confident and bubbling with positivity. It is a friendly atmosphere with people around encouraging one another and progressing continuously.I strongly recommend "Dyo fitness club “for the fitness population as it is value for money.

    I got introduced to DYO fitness through my friend in the month of June 2021. I was pleased to see the effective outcome for my friend after she joined the fitness classes. This has motivated me to join DYO fitness. I live in Charlotte, USA and I am a mother of 2 kids and both of my deliveries were c-section within a gap of 2 years. Due to this, I have gained postpartum weight and felt weakness in my overall body. I have never visited or been a part of Fitness groups in my entire life and this is the first time I have enrolled myself in such a program. Initially, I was a little hesitant because I was worried about how my body would react. However, after a few initial classes, I gained confidence in myself and I was able to flex my body and do all the workouts provided by my coach. Within a few weeks time, I saw gradual differences in my body's flexibility and started seeing the output slowly in a few inches. My trainers were knowledgeable enough to teach me the in-depth technicalities of different workouts. Even though there was a time difference between India and USA, Coach was flexible enough to arrange for classes at a comfortable time. I am extremely happy to be a part of DYO Fitness group and thankful to my coach and other trainers. I am excited to witness my transformation in the upcoming months.

    DYO Fitness club is the place which is filled with positivity. The trainers are very kind, friendly, caring and easily approachable. Both physical health and mental health are given equal importance. Everyday new workouts are designed so that we don't feel bored as like sticking to particular sets of movements. Fun filled sessions are the added values. If you are looking for a place to transform your mind and body, I would strongly recommend DYO without a second thought. DYO will teach you on how to get addicted to a healthy lifestyle. It is better to be late than never. Join DYO and witness the fitness 💯

    One of the Best place in town to join if you really want to transform yourself and stay healthy. Great motivation from the whole team. Trainers are super friendly, well experienced and genuine. They train and help every individual "Personally". Every day a new work out is designed to suit everyone. Friendly environment and suitable for all ages. I'm really happy to be a part of this DFC family.

    It has been a month since I joined and I'm loving the positive vibes at this place. The coach and gym members are friendly and extremely professional. Coach Mareeswaran guides and trains us really well and is super friendly. He is building this as a community rather than mere place for working out. Best place for people in and around Tambaram! I'm really happy to have enrolled myself here after many failed attempts at looking for a good gym. Thank you coach and team !

    If you really want to reduce your weight, increase your stamina, or see the best version of yourself then you just need to join DYO fitness club and blindly follow our coach's instructions. The workouts are designed in such a way you really get the best out of it. No need to spend hours and hours of time in gym. Even if we spend 30 minutes of time in an effective workout schedule that is more than enough. There is no short cuts to get fit here, we just need to do what it takes for it but the coaches are there to channelise our energy and efforts in the right direction. I joined DYO fitness club in 2017 and thoroughly enjoyed working out adapting lifestyle changes. I had to take a break for my wedding followed by kid but what can stop when you are truly interested in getting fitter. Now I enjoy my workouts at home following the instructions of my coach online. Am in the process of reducing my pregnancy weight which i almost lost 70 percent in the most natural way. The energy, aura and positivity in this place is so contiguous. Online training is no less to onsite training. Special thanks to our head coach Mareeswaran, keerthana, Hariharan for all the hardwork and motivation you give. You guys are best and I can keep recommending this place for anyone anytime. Cheers!

    Hi... here I would like to share my experience about my fitness journey at the age of 42 yrs....Four months back I joined here hoping to lose some weight. I didn’t have any workout experience before. When I joined here, I was not very self-confident as a woman in her 40s. I had some hesitations.but I feel more confident now and I also feel much active these days. Weight loss doesn’t happen overnight but will definitely happen if we keep grinding. Here in DYO fitness club their way of workouts and of course the friendly coaches are a great way to start your fitness journey. Successfully ... 💪👍👍

    I joined dyo during my post partum when i was battling to get adjusted in to annew regime. I had not been into any sort of sport or rather work outs and exercises were very new to me. So i was skeptical about my ability to cope up with a gym or a fitness club. But to my surprise i enjoyed working out and the results were surprising. My body adapted so quick and my eating habits were made healthy. The workouts are monitored by highly professional personal trainers who chart workouts and diet according to our needs.Trainers would motivate you everyday and make you better than how you were yesterday. So joining dyo made fitness as my lifestyle.

    The coaching program over here is the most professional one with best coaches👌. I personally experienced it, the ambience, place and people here are the fabulous💫. They analyze and train you accordingly with paying individual attention. Fitness for all ages, the members of DYO fitness club always prove age is just a number 💨. If you are thinking about maintaining the body 💃🕺or train accordingly 🏋️with the your own requirements this place is the best one💯. Stay fit with Dyo fitness club 💪.

    Dyo fitness club changed my life style completely positive , I spent almost two and half years here in Dyo Fitness Club, when I Joined I was with hefty knees ,YES, my knees were seriously injured due to wear and tear of prolonged usage right from school days till my late 30s playing basketball , though I was a sportsman ,due to lack of knowledge on stretches I was suffering with 'acute jumper's knee problem' (patellar tendon injury) at my early 40s. When every other doctors put me down physiologically DFC gave me the ray of hope. Only because of Mr Mareeswaran I am now lifting weights , am swinging kettle bells and am doing challenging workouts almost equally with the youngsters . This place gives you the strength not only to your body , to your soul as well. For any one reading this review other than DFC members pls pls pls pls understand this place is not any so called templated gym . Here they build strong not only your muscles ,they build your self confidence , decision making power increases ,you will become a team player , you will get enlightened about your own self , you will feel majestic, you will become more positive. The environment where we do workout is unique and you can not see this kind of ambience any where . I have tons of positive words to write about DFC and my master Mareeswaran. It's a boon for us to get trained in this heavenly ambience by our beloved master Mr Mareeswaran who got so many fantastic international accreditation in fitness as a trainer . Special mention to Hari who also built me strong in this two and half years journey...... A lady trainer in DFC who had made a tremendous transformation for her own self and sets example for every other girl/women is our beloved trainer Keerthana.....     It has been almost 2 years since I joined Dyo fitness Club. Before joining here, I was always of the assumption that fitness means only reducing weight and looking slim. After joining here is what I realised that fitness is actually a complete lifestyle change. The main USP of dyo fitness club is that it makes you like to go there and motivates you a lot to stay fit. Apart from this, there are lot of fun activities which add spice to the training program. The various workouts like functional training, HIIT, strength training etc are carefully planned so that the workouts don't seem monotonous but kindles interest to participate in the workout.

    Dyo fitness Club has played major part in my life and lifestyle . They made me realise what really fitness , being active and eating healthy & right does to our body. The wonder that dint happen with 5 yrs of fertility treatment happened with 6 months of proper training n eating.Post patrum I lost gradually with consistent fitness program n diet.Thanks to the coach , he s always been a pillar in my fitness lifestyle And DYO is like family to us.

    It has been four fruitful years for me at DYO FITNESS CLUB. Coach P. Mareeswaran and the trainers are professional and their communication is good and on point. He advises to have a transformation by building sustainable habits. His constant motivation and initiatives help us be on track to reach our goals. Group training sessions are perfect. When lockdown was announced and gyms were closed, Kettlebells were given to us and Live interactive online sessions are happening through FIT-X DYO FITNESS CLUB APP.

    I feel lucky to join this GYM!! I have never been to GYM before this! I have always thought going to GYM means running on treadmills, lifting weights, strict salad diets, protein shakes etc., But I was taken by surprise with the approach that our coach follows! A very practical way of transforming your body and mind! Understanding your body, embracing it and transforming it to the best of yours! I really love the environment! It's more like a family! Everything here is systematically organised, Be it offline sessions, online sessions, boot camps and special mention to the DYO FITNESS APP!     One of the great place in Tambaram locality for transforming yourself and staying healthy. The Trainers have in depth knowledge about various exercises and its impact. Interesting workouts given everyday to keep the members engaged. Saturday boot camps are competitive & fun. Vera level motivation is given by the trainers here..!! Delighted to be part of DFC. 👍
