Had a smooth customer experience at Urban Ladder. Had shortlisted few options online and visited the store. Mr. Farhan guided us well with the same in person. Professional, courteous and process oriented staff. Post delivery assembly was also done well. Would recommend a visit mainly for their varied options.

I bought a shoe rack from urban ladder and within 3 months the shelf has been bent. When I raised a complaint regarding the same they are telling it happened because of usage and they cannot fix this. They have give a very bad quality product and refused to fix this...

Very bad experience with this company. Had bought a bed in September 2022, which was said that it had warranty, but now when we had problem with the bed they are saying that there is no warranty for the bed and it can be repaired with paid service only? Like it’s not even a year and the bed is broken we don’t even have kids at home who will jump on the bed, please don’t purchase anything from the company it’s utter waste of money, please go to you local shop to purchase a bed with will be strong enough. We had shifted to a new apartment and were looking for furniture stores with good quality and design and affordable prices. Especially during this pandemic situation, it was very difficult to find a good furniture store. Finally we found UrbanLadder’s website and went to the experience centre, where we were really impressed to see that the furnitures looked exactly the same as the ones we found on website. They have well trained staff who walked us through the options with high professionalism and filled us with necessary details, while granting us privacy to decide and discuss. We purchased all the furniture we needed and are really happy with how they enriched our home. They also delivered the products on time and the installation technicians were highly professional and carefully handling the furnitures. We appreciate they wearing masks all time. Good furniture shop and has enough options in all categories. The staff are polite and well trained. They have very good knowledge of the materials used and the durability of the furniture. Even of the piece of furniture is not available on display they will show what you are looking for in their tablet. Billing is much faster than other furniture stores.Parking is available

The staff are merely puppets which breathe, Absolutely hopeless. The staff took order and full payment,I placed an order in trust that it's a RELIANCE group brand. On the day of delivery (5-6days later)the executive didn't pick calls,When I went in person to the Nungambakkam outlet they said order got cancelled as they were out of stock When I asked for a refund they agreed without a wink no effort (Absolutely zero) to retain the client who waited for 5-6days. Worst part which I am a bit scared is that I had to place the order again as we liked the model which we saw in photo and video.Hope we get the product and the product is of good quality as it looks in app photo and video. Very disappointed with the experience and the executive 😔😔😔😔😔

Today we went to shop to purchase sofa but the store staff behaviour is ridiculous. The sales person judging the people by their attire and what you are wearing. If you wear Western outfit and you look trendy they would please you and do their service, if you are in traditional and normal wear they don't even consider you as a customer. You can just go and come without any response from store staffs. It would better if you buy some western clothes and then go to the shop and buy sofa. So that you can get some proper response from the store staffs. NEVER SUGGEST URBAN LADDER TO ANY BODY STRICTLY, IN UR OWN COUNTRY IF YOU WEAR INDIAN WEAR THERE IS ZERO RESPECT, ALL RESPECT FOR WESTERN OUTFITS HOW SILLY PEOPLE LIKE THESE DOING BUSINESS IN INDIA. Kind advice to management who appointed this staffs would better recruit some staffs from road side shops they can even do their duty without judging the customer based on attire.

A wide range of products were available to suit different tastes and comfort levels. It was a very impressive selection of products and the quality was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service. Every detail we needed was provided to us right away, and staff members were polite and courteous. Bought some beautiful chairs, dining table and dining bench from Urban ladder. Their solid wood collection is ready good and budget friendly. Highly recommend them. Alfaran their executive there was knowledgeable and truly helpful in ensuring the delivery was on the date that was suitable to me and even rearranged the installation to suit my schedule. A lovely purchase experience overall. Would definitely buy in-store over the website for this superb service.

I bought a wall clock (john wall clock) for 1500 which was faulty (it was running very slowly, as if it was tuned for 36 hours a day) when asked they said it was third party product & it does not carry warranty. It is sad Urban Ladder sell such low quality stuff. Let's be aware of buying anything since they sell third part product which is of low quality

Fabulous furniture's and a great experience purchasing... furniture's what I was looking for is exactly what I had found in urban ladder.. I had no problem with the delivery timing and the people who came in to fit the furniture had done great work they didn't even ask for extra pocket money... kudos to the team urban ladder...

Don't buy from urban ladder, they will not send the one u ordered... Actually we don't like to buy in online so we visited store here and after seeing the coat we booked even though it's above our budget... They simply took order with full payment and after 4 days delivered directly to our address... With full trust we paid and booked but they sent totally different wood color which looking so cheap wood.. We complained and asked to take back aa we ordered real teakwood one and they said keep it for now we will raise complaint and change it but later changed the words simply only damage one comes under warranty to replace... We complained at the delivery time itself as it's not wat we ordered.. Also we didn't buy it online, it's ordered in store and assured us for same... Now simply changing words after payment... Wen we spending 25000 on a product without satisfaction how could you people cheat customers... Better close ur business... Otherwise we check it once stock ready in store then only we pay and buy if it's good quality wise and look wise... I had visited the Nungambakkam showroom to purchase for my new home and the sales executive there Mr. Karthikeyan was extremely helpful and patient when I was choosing my product he guided me to purchase the best bed for my use I purchased a total of three beds from them and I’m planning to buy other products from him as well. Overall a very satisfying experience.

***UPDATE*** It took a few days, but Urban Ladder refunded my purchase and took back the item. So made it 3* for them doing the right thing in the end. DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE this time. I had gone to the Urban Ladder store and had a look at the Bruno study table. The product I saw in store had great Sheesham wood finish and matched very well with all the other Sheesham furniture in store. I had asked if I will receive product with same finish and was told yes. I ordered the product via store after a few days. I was supposed to receive on 11th but got product only on 16th and to my shock I received product with UGLY and DARK Wenge / Walnut finish. I immediately asked them to correct this and was asked by Urban Ladder to send photos on email. They took 3-4 days, had a look and then told its "minor" color differences. Even a half blind person can see the color and finish are completely different. When I asked for a refund, they now say they will only send another piece of product but with same "fake Teak" finish that doesn't at all match what is available in Store! A total waste of almost 9000 Rs., I will have to throw away this table as it doesn't match with any of the furniture in my home

Absolutely poor customer support. I've been trying to return a low quality cot for the last ten days, still no one has come to take it back. This despite telling them repeatedly of a medical emergency at home. Disappointing to see this kind of customer service and inaction. Would not recommend to purchase from here. They're putting us through insane levels of stress as a customer.

We had visited Nungambakkam showroom.pn 9th Oct 2022 for ordering Sofa and Queen Cot. Was Greeted by Mr.Zahir Sahil. He was very soft and had good knowledge of items. Based on our Budget he guided us properly and gave us good selection. Delivery was before time and materials were packed and delivered carefully. Thanks to Entire team for their support.

Great service. We wanted to order a wooden sofa that they didn’t have in display, but Karthick at the store walked us through everything so knew what to expect (cushion firmness, cover color, wood finish). He also explained the discounts available and there was no pressure to make the purchase same day. When I reached back after few days, the sale discount had reduced - Karthick made sure we got the same discount as offered during our store visit.
