Nice environment to purchase and average price.

Really terrible shop with no intention of customer care. Most of their stock are expired goods and when asked for help, they turn outright abusive and use bad words. They don't have time for anything other than gossiping between each other. Please take your business elsewhere and save yourselves from insanity

The store is really good and well maintained . You get all kinds of provisions, stationery to grocery, chocolates to decor and kitchen items to dresses ... The pricing is nominal. And always below the mrp. I have compares prices with Amazon, big basket.. Here mostly all the items at sold at lower cost without compromising the quality. Gave two stars low just because of the service. If you go to the fancy items section, you need to call for the salesgirl and wait 5 mins. Also the bill counter is too slow. That guy is either on the phone Or chatting. With othe sales girls leisurely and making us wait intentionally . No seriousness at all.. This has happened everytime I go there. The staff need to be replaced and customers need to be given attention to.

There the workers were very kind and helpful. But some of them are not wearing mask. They are maintaining the shop very clean and tidy. They have more offers in provisions. There are provisions, toys, house materials etc... I really liked their maintainece of shop

They are not providing any response for home delivery and we need ask frequently about delivery status

Service here is worst. Bought a mirror and other products here. The mirror was full of dust, we asked them to clean, they said at billing counter they will clean, if I head to billing counter for cleaning, they are giving instructions on how to clean after going home, really BAD. They should have clean that mirror when we asked for that. NOT RECOMMENDED. ZERO stars for service.

A relatively big all in one grocery shop and they also sell some household items, baby needs. Two stars down, because they have only two billing registers for such a big shop and you need hell lot of patience during weekends when the store gets lot of crowd. People behind the billing registers are terribly slow all the time. I recommend going to this shop (if you plan to) during off peak times - around noon to evening so that you can be safe because the aisles are narrow and it is difficult to maintain a safe distance when lot of people moving around. Just my opinion.

Location centre place employees are good cheap to buy all the thinks

Never buy any electronic item from here. They all refurbished, used and renewed and sold as new. They are fraud. I bought a Calc, which comes with one year warranty, it stopped working in 2 months. When I took it back, the manager clearly denied to accept the product. He didn't even bother to respond to his costumers. Shame.

Response was slow in billing for small shopping and charged 7rs for carry bag

Today I brought one product. That is damage product. Don't buy any products that store. Those employee not responding me so they doing worst response. They are cheat me. Really waste this is my experience at today.

The only disadvantage is we need to keep our bags outside and then go inside supermarket and while coming out we need to keep our bill sealed from security which I feel is old method.

Ok .It is available in west Tambaram near Market and by the side of Shanmugam road. Medium level shop.Almost all items used for Home available.I purchased plastic items like brush,bags,buckets etc after I finish my shopping at the vegetable market on shanmugam road.

We are the regular customer of this store for the past five years.Products they are selling is too good and really satisfied with their products.

We usually purchase from here. There will be no offers or reduction below mrp. They sell some of the items with thier brand. Those items are little expensive.

I came to know that this business or those who run this business has been abusive to certain people deliberately without provocation. If you guys think that you can get away with that, you're mistaken. Learn manners and treat others with respect or else shut shop & get lost.

Dont have option for minus stars, lacks basic ethics for business, need to respect fellow humans and particularly ladies, have witnessed a worst behaviour of the rude staffs when vehicle parked outside the shop that too on the Govt. Laid main road, They have the worst goons as the staff to make sure they use all sorts of abusive language to shame them. Not recommended for decent and safe people to visit this shop. Try avoiding visiting so that you can escape from abuses

Things are ok. But customer service is horrible. On guy was talking in phone about some girl running away. I was waiting for billing for more than 15 minutes. If such people are employed in billing section who can do business with them?

They say there is a reward points program but it's been more than a year, no use of those points. Sometimes the people in billing counter add their own number and we could see more than 50k points in the bill but it's not ours 🤣😡

SANTHI DUBAKUR STORE Worst experience ever !!! Counting the days for the store to get shut down seriously. First it was their staffs attitude despite asking multiple times to figure out a product location all I got was number responses and I was ok with that too since I know they would be underpaid. Next was the real shocker THEY DEMANDED 25 Rupees SURCHARGE TO USE UPI (GPAY,PHONEPE) . Thank God that Amazon & Walmart are here for our rescue else we would be swallowed by these people.
