Disappointing
Experience

Branch
I
feel
compelled
to
share
my
recent
experience
with
Domino's
Pizza
at
the
Urapakkam
branch,
which
has
been
nothing
short
of
a
nightmare.
If
you're
planning
to
order
pizza
and
enjoy
your
weekend,
I
strongly
advise
against
choosing
Domino's
Urapakkam
branch.
Their
inefficiency,
lack
of
communication,
and
apparent
disregard
for
customer
satisfaction
have
the
potential
to
ruin
your
weekend
and
dining
experience.
I
want
to
caution
potential
customers
about
what
they
might
encounter:
1.
Poor
Communication:
Multiple
calls
made
from
the
number
registered
with
the
app
went
unanswered.
However,
when
I
tried
calling
from
a
different
number,
they
miraculously
answered.
This
inconsistency
in
responding
to
customer
calls
is
deeply
frustrating.
2.
Inaccurate
Order
Status:
When
I
finally
reached
a
Domino's
representative,
I
was
told
that
my
order
had
been
dispatched
and
would
be
delivered
shortly.
Strangely,
the
app's
status
did
not
reflect
this
information.
Upon
inquiry,
I
was
informed
that
the
server
was
down,
leading
to
this
discrepancy.
Such
lack
of
communication
and
transparency
is
unacceptable.
3.
Manager's
Lack
of
Accountability:
Within
five
minutes,
another
person
claiming
to
be
the
manager
called
and
said
that
my
order
would
take
more
time.
No
explanation
was
provided,
and
it
felt
like
a
lack
of
accountability.
4.
Order
Cancellations:
My
order
was
canceled
on
two
consecutive
days,
specifically
last
Saturday
and
Sunday,
without
any
valid
reasons
given.
This
inconsistency
and
disregard
for
customers'
time
are
simply
unacceptable.
5.
Refund
Delay:
For
the
order
canceled
on
Saturday,
I
still
have
not
received
my
refund,
which
is
causing
further
inconvenience.
6.
Unfulfilled
Promises:
On
both
Saturday
and
Sunday,
I
raised
tickets
with
their
customer
support,
and
it
was
mentioned
that
store
personnel
would
contact
me.
However,
as
of
now,
no
one
has
reached
out.
I
hope
Domino's
Pizza
management
takes
these
issues
seriously
and
promptly
takes
corrective
actions
to
improve
their
service.
