Worst dominos ever! To make it simple, you will be eating just bread with toppings. Be it normal or extra cheese, it just make a difference of 100 bucks. Nothing else! Not once, not twice, tried thrice in this place and worst domino's ever! I have eaten domino's in 4 counties and this outlet is worst ever! Just drive few kms to Sanatorium shop where it is completely different taste.

The food they provide met expectations. The ambience and clean environment is good. The quantity of ingredients is not what I expected from @Domino's. No seperate bike parking, have to leave it outside in hot sun. The most essential water wasn't provided to fill the thirst. Instead you'll get a 750ml coke cup filled for Rs.65, which is way bit expensive. If planning for a day out, it's OK to dine here. If you're a non expensive person you can look out for alternatives.

Either india or USA, my 1st preference for pizza is for dominos only. In this shop what ever pizza i tried were good. But most of the time orders gets delayed rest all good.

Ordered Pizza with 30minute delivery. I ordered by 07:57 pm received my order by 08:45 pm. When I checked with delivery boy he simply informed next time will bring on time. I asked him about 30 minute delivery or it's free. He called to the store manager and the store manager replied will refund the amount. But till time I haven't received any refund from them.

The food was very tasty as it is domino’s. The ambition was also great, we were dine in around 10 pm at that time there is no one to clean the tables and the rest room is not so hygienic.

Waiting time is more than 45 minutes and the store price is way cheaper than online price. Sales person insist to place an online order even though we were right there in the store. Not sure why? May be because of the price difference. If you are hungry need an immediate bite then don’t prefer this place.

This is a nice little outlet located in 1st floor. Garlic bread stuffed is my favourite here. Pizzas are of the usual taste. We can view the pizza making process. Dominos keep updating their menu. I have been there many times and its never crowded.

1)Taken more than an hour for preparing. 2)All which I have ordered is not hot,with in a time of 5 mints from store to my home. 3)Around 8 pm they closing the orders. 4)Worst Hygenic.

Today made order using your app got the delivery in time, but the boxes received was not sealed. None of the pizza boxes sealed. when we spoke with the store manager she said apologize, she mentioned sealing has problem. Im not happy how the package was delivered . StoreManager informed as a gratitude she will refund the payment. The gratitude Refund has not been made so for, is that a fake promise to customers.

I had a dine in here. Food was really good, however the place wasn't well maintained. We had the insect repellent/killer machine just above our dining table and we had to have our dinner amidst of the flying pests. I won't recommend dining here. Better to get a take away order or get it delivered to home.

I love this small Dominos outlet at Urapakkam. They make the pizzas so cheesy . My most favorite had been the non veg loaded for a long time along with chicken zingy parcel . Domino’s Pizza , you pride yourself in being great pizza makers yet you cannot even take care of the cleanliness of the place. Dirty tables and worst washrooms ever. Why can’t you have an unattached hand wash area alone? Please address all this.

Poor service and products. Nuggets were given for wings. Garlic pizza crust was given for garlic bread. Not to mention staff over the phone all the time while making pizzas, order taking staff least bothered when we wait to give order.

It was quite decent and ambience was too good. With lesser crowd. The order was placed very soon and I waited for 15 mins to get my order delivered for take away. It was soooo good and delicious. With that unique Domino's dough it was sooo perfect with the toppings and crust was sooo good. Preferred Domino's always than pizza hut where I always feel some lag in pizza but. And this Domino's didnt disappoint me..

Recently dined in this place .For 6 people we ordered 3 pizzas. We were not given plates. How are we supposed to eat ? At least provide some paper plates so that your customers could eat with dignity.

Nice place that serves quality pizzas. The taste and quality is same as other Dominos. The negative is that the AC here not functioning properly and in the evenings insects get inside the shop. Could maintain better.

Quality of pizzas while dining in are far far batter than the ones you order for take away or home delivery. I am not just commenting on the heat and crispness when you get it straight out of the oven during dine-in. But the couple of medium pizzas I ordered as take away were lacking sauce and toppings. It was very scarce. There was almost an inch of only bread in the border plus very less toppings. So I would suggest anyone and myself for that matter to prefer dine in at this place

Had chicken keema Paratha pizza it was not at all good and the stuffing was not literally not there

Was waiting for the order for dine in for more than half an hour for a regular pizza and a set of garlic bread. The store executives were least bothered about the order and when asked about the status the response was not good and i asked for refund and left the store without taking my order which was not ready. As always Domino's Pizza has a special fan base for their cheese and taste...but Domino's have to treat all their customers same...even if we order just a pizza mania pizza....I c if we order a small pizza the amount of cheese added varies in different outlet...here in this store the cheese was so less ... which reduced the taste...

It is a pathetic envirnonment and service. And such a tasteless offerings that too with exorbitant ...yes sky high prices. Staff do not exhibit a behaviour suited for a n internation BRAND. They lack courtesy or customer friendliness. Overall their behaviour is rude. Unhygienic conditions everywhere inside. And for the pizza offerings, they are such a worst kind of total disappointment. I this establishment thrives on online orders. Hence they don't care about diners who visit. There is no proper menu card which quite surprising. And when we look at the menu display behind the order counter, they say that is OLD...! Can you believe it, big menu display at the order counter and yet it is old. The people are always chatting with each other and enjoy their own routine. They show zero respect to the visiting customers. And it is horrible to note that their dress and outfits are dirty and unhygienic which disgusting to look it. There is no prejudice in putting this review but this is exactly the scenarion at this place. As it is a BIG BRAND people visit with high hopes. But with such a high prices and poorest standards in taste and service, this is a big cheating. BEWARE, and walk out immediately. (and they won't care anyway)

I had ordered Indi Chicken Tikka Pizza - Medium yesterday. The pizza got delivered to us literally after 2 hours after multiple calls. Once it arrived, we were shocked to find out a different pizza as opposed to what we ordered. We had asked for a refund since the delivery partner was hesitant to take it back and they promised that they will initiate. Today when I called the store manager, the replies are very casual. Is this how you treat your customers? Need confirmation on my refund with immediate effect. I have all proofs required.

You have to wait 5-10mins and call someone from inside inorder to place the order. When you're ordering they'll attend another customer. Worst thing is that, they'll take 25/30 minutes to prepare one single pizza. Very poor service.

Manager's Lack of Accountability: Within five minutes, another person claiming to be the manager called and said that my order would take more time. No explanation was provided, and it felt like a lack of accountability. 4. Order Cancellations: My order was canceled on two consecutive days, specifically last Saturday and Sunday, without any valid reasons given. This inconsistency and disregard for customers' time are simply unacceptable. 5. Refund Delay: For the order canceled on Saturday, I still have not received my refund, which is causing further inconvenience. 6. Unfulfilled Promises: On both Saturday and Sunday, I raised tickets with their customer support, and it was mentioned that store personnel would contact me. However, as of now, no one has reached out. I hope Domino's Pizza management takes these issues seriously and promptly takes corrective actions to improve their service.

Food here is of excellent quality. Usually it's difficult to see dominos branches that actually delivers authentic Domino's taste. This one does. Service and atmosphere is same as all other dominos. Below average.

Urapakkam Dominos..I placed order for a Pizza .. Chicken five in one but she booked chicken fiesta pizza .. toppings are missing very very worst pizza .. my money waste 1029 ..cheating that show room... Worst Domino's experience ever! The dirtiest Domino's outlet I've ever been to...and the service was at it's worst. The employees do not know their own offers or any proper details and we got exhausted explaining things to them. All the tables were dirty and the table we sat had hairs on it. It was soo disgusting. I will really not recommend this outlet to anyone i know!

Worst ever service from Domino's Urapakkam. My house is in arungal which is around 5-6 km from my home. I called the Domino's support and placed the order but when I reached the restaurant, they say my card is not working and cancelled my order. I have balance in my card and also I placed order from different restaurant using Zomato. Thank you for the worst service Domino's, don't make people lose money on petrol for a cancel order.

I ordered 2 pizzas for takeaway via Domino's app. 5 mins to my home. After tasting pizza, Tomatoes topping on the pizza smelled bad, tasted worse and mushy. I raised a complaint in Domino's app. No action was taken. Again raised a complaint for the same. Still no call or text made by the store. Worst experience I ever had.

Ordered Mexican chicken pasta pizza and pepper chicken barbeque and onion pizza. Out of which pasta pizza was good but barbeque chicken pizza was dry and flavourless. Also had pizza burger definitely not worthy. Even the shop was not clean when ordered but to take out or order for home delivery.

Pizza (indi tandoori paneer )is good but pasta(tikka masala pasta) is the worst...totally unhygienic and the space is not cleaned properly....this domino pizza in urapakkam,Chennai.

Totally I ordered 4 items for take away.. they've missed one I enquired they've give without any apologize and went off.. first of They're not providing the Bill and we can't know the Order Number.. Person in a cash counter will tell they'll call your names, but they will call by Order number which v don't know.. U need to be in a queue and scratching ur head whether it's ur order.. room was so small and they're not following the covid measures it was full and congested..

It's obvious that Domino's is making best pizza 🍕 and I have tried butterscotch moose cake as usual it is breathtaking and but the cup was little bit smaller, I don't know but it felt like that. As soon as customer gets out they have to clean the table, so this store have failed in that. The table was sticky because of the tomato sauce. Apart from that service was excellent
