Fitness trainer Mr.Raja was very friendly and he explained about the importance of fitness and boosted our confidence on how we could improve our fitness and stay healthier. He explained the appropriate workouts for my family members based on our health conditions and our schedules. It gave me a refreshing vibe and motivation to stay fit.

Mr Nijanthan (of Propel, Velachery) is very knowledgeable and an efficient teacher too. Has explained all the warm-up steps very clearly & patiently. All the features of the treadmill were also explained clearly, in an interesting way ! Keep it up !
