Rajpriya, the staff who handled us was very polite. The service was good. Design was good. Package was good. Everything is good of Tanishq, except that they force us to take a golden harvest scheme which is like a RD and a year later u can buy gold. If I am willing to take the plan, I'm definitely gonna take it. If I'm not ready for the plan, i probably won't take it and the staff should respect my decision instead of forcing and convincing me to take the plan. This is trouble i face with Tanishq for the past 3 years, otherwise Tanishq is a great and well reputed jewel store. I hope the staffs work on this too.

Customer service is good. Way of presentation is good. Only thing I have a bad remark is the amount of wastage given. Wastage is too much and collections are few. People working in the jewellery store are working hard to give a good impression. But more work has to come from the owner side. Expecting lot of discounts on gold jewellery and reduction of wastage.

I would say it was a very pleasant experience. I went to buy ear rings for my two grand daughters. The choices were many and the executive Ms Meena was able to understand our requirements and explain the details about the models that were available. The designs available were very unique and beautiful.
