Pls don't choose this hospital for Normal delivery. She don't have patience. She itself broken my water bag within very few hours. In labour ward no one guided me like what's the exact position and how to push the baby, nothing. Finally had a cesarean delivery for no reason. In discharge summary they mentioned that I ruptured and broken my water bag. No experienced nurses, even no one knew how to bath the baby, for 2 days we just wiped our baby in hot water cloth. Rest rooms and all not clean, water won't come, u have to inform every few hours once. Very disappointed. Had very worst experience.

Very good clinic with excellent doctor, but the consulting fee is nominal as we paid twice as Usha mam's fee for the previous hospital which is also in Tambaram area. Due to a bad experience with the previous hospital, we wanted to consult a new doctor with good reviews in Google and Practo. Then, we finalized Usha hospital for maternity care. It is a wise decision and we got our baby. From our experience, we observed the following 1. The doctor has not asked to do unnecessary scans 2. Though my wife has some complexities (high sugar, thyroid and low Haemoglobin), she asked us to visit monthly once only. For the last two months before delivery, we asked to visit twice a month. 3. When needed Doctor calls the patient attender and update necessary information. 4. Most of the medicine are available with them at reasonable price. 5. Room size and bath room are okay considering the clinic size. Overall, me and my wife Bhavani are very happy with the doctor and clinic.

The Gynaecologist doctor was really sweet, qualified and well experienced. I had monthly checkups till my 7 months of pregnancy. She is very polite and ready to answer your questions without hesitation.

Doctor Usha has good track record with respect to Google reviews. This are my observations which might vary from person to person. I don't want to put forward any findings about this hospital but just my observations about this hospital. 1) No proper waiting area for patients. The max occupancy for waiting room is 15. But at peak hours we can expect atleast 30 patients. 2) There is no scan room available. It is done within doctors cabin which doesn't have door at one end and patients might be unsecured if someone may enter accidentally. 3) The support staffs has to be polite and provide proper response. They won't communicate properly about the token number and sometimes wait time will exceed more than 2 hours. 4) My wife was suggested follicular study and we just listen to what doctor say with trust and hope She has done follicular study for 6 months before suggesting other options. Why does someone need the follicular study to be done for so long. The follicular activity can be read in 2 months and she can suggest if we go either with natural way of conception or go for an artificial method or doctor should think about other possible reasons for pregnancy delay like tubal blockage. She has just continued providing that usual medications like letrazole and then HCG and then progesterone. So this comes as a package which might cost 5000 per month and the other concern is too much of hormonal therapy impact patients weight management. 4) the first step any gynec follow is prescribe folic acid capsules. But even during follicular study the doctor never prescribed folic acid capsules. 5) After 6 cycles of follicular study doctor suggested for HSG and she did a small incision saying there is some kind of cervical opening is very small. No proper communication provided 6) as a general practice we expect reports like scan report hard copy to be given for documentation purpose but it is sent in soft copy to your email when you ask them and you will be asked to enter email I'd in a register and then they will send it after reminding (sometime they forget and we need to remind them during next visit)

Hi Usha mam, your hospital is one of the best and excellent treatment for fertility as per my experience. Earlier we have taken treatment two times from my native. But, at the time we didn't get any success news. After visited first cycle (October 2022) to your hospital we got success news in November 2022(with in a month). Thanks for your valuable treatment for my wife. After 2 years we got positive. No words to tell at the happy moments with you mam. One of the best doctor who has a very positive attitude towards everyone and the situation. Luckily I met her in my early pergency while another gynaecologist said to abort my baby since he didn’t get heartbeat,but after seeing her only she gave me hope and waited for week. With faith and hope I went there with my husband to get treatment for my pcos( which I have been almost half a decade) to get pregnant. We were unsuccessful in trying for baby for past 4 years after our marriage. I was having irregular periods with PCOS issue. Quality care close to home. My wife has PCOS issue. so she had irregular periods and infertility issues. So first we went some hospitals for the treatments. after 2 years she got pregnant. but unfortunately the baby got aborted after 5 months. Medium size and busy clinic. The waiting time is less compared to other clinics, as they have the automated appointment system and maintaining it well. We get enough time to interact with the doctor and she patiently answers all our questions. We don't need to go out for scan and medicines, and everything is available there. One good thing I liked is the doctor herself does the scan, which I did not see in many hospitals , which will help them to know our condition better.
