This is worst Yamaha service I never seen life🤢🤢🤢 No response for customer Even they don't how to fit footrest correctly It's a basic work but worngly fixed and etc....... They are charged chain cleaning and chain looping charges ok but thing is chain cleaning and looping is very very worst (simple aa sollanum na Inga serivice pandrathukku bike as thuukki dusbin out pannitu polam)

I don't really like there service becouse some of them even don't know the work... I usually done my service at Bikerz @chrompet... There are bit cozy than other service center but worth it to do there.

Won't recommend. Gave my Ray for second free service. I only wanted an oil change, headlight adjust( since it was pointing towards sky from delivery itself). During job card preparation they added additional items like engine decarb etc. I asked the service engineer to strike unwanted items and only do the necessary stuff and I signed the card. After service, during bill payment, they ask you to pay the amount first, then only will give you the jobcard and bill. Checked the bill after payment. Guess what? Engine decarb was added. And headlight was not adjusted either. Checked the jobcard. They had prepared another fake job card with engine decarb added and without my signature. Confronted the manager and after his "discussion" with his mates, he said he will do another decarb free during next service. So they can rip me off again. He turned down my request for a refund. Also they tried to adjust my headlight only after requesting them In the end I got cheated and my headlight is still pointing towards the sky. So i suggest people visiting here to keep their eyes wide open for the malpractices they do. Else do service outside.

I am very sorry to say this and i didnt expect from vardhman will made me to experiance this much bad experience, Not happy with service they are giving the serviced vehicle in a very bad condition no body is there to tell any problem Just they give the vehicle with full of water if we switch on there was a sound of busser, i asked them they tell it is due to water only if it dry it will stop What kind of reply is this. This is to correct the system only not to blame anybody I hope atleast in future they will serve better

Very bad experience of varadha motors service centre. If any single complaint concern available , he make to double compliant concerns. He doing extra unwanted work.Even good parts & good working condition part , he directly say issue available recommend to change new one like that , before handover the bike, he didn't confirm customer complaint.directly handover to customer. No experience service, people and supervisor No support to customer complaint . Only focus on Money..

Service was nice but water washing is not good just water spraying otherwise nothing doing and mechanic approach and service is also nice

Total rip-off suggesting spare changes for no reason.... They charge service charge for each ah every spare u fit and all of their charges are very high they aslo charge 550 to 600 as a general service charge dont know why ...

Worst service center. Clutch wire has broken after one week of service... Worst worst worst...

No comments ...simply waste....if u have more patience u can know the threshold there...
