UPDATE: Restel is responding to posts here promising refunds for terrible experiences, which is not true. They do not follow through on their promise. Even If you’re looking to replace a cheaper stay here— I would suggest looking for other options. You can get better value at 2k-3k. We booked for 3 days but left after first night. The sanitiser sprayed just before room handover gave us a headache. The previous occupants had left behind their under garments and they weren’t cleaned. It’s common to see rats, cockroaches and other bugs. The blanket didn’t feel clean. Overall, feels like an unsanitary place and I would stay away.

Perfect for backpackers . We booked a suite room. This place is an abode of small cubicles . ; the bathroom , Verendah , lift and even the cafe. It had an office room and a gym too. You’ll be surprised to know that there’s no dedicated parking area for your vehicles and it’s kind of in a secluded area to the end .

Cleanliness is okay....Rooms are spacious......AC is not working well.....it provides no cooling....and in the TV you have only YouTube...but they provide you oven, stove and utensils to cook.....restaurant is found bit pricey..they don't serve you quality food.....overall it's a pretty good budget hotel...

We booked the hotel for 3 nights (room no. 33). On first night itself, a rat ate half of an apple we had kept on top of the fridge. We brought it to the notice of the hotel staff and asked for a change of room. They assured us that the room has been cleaned and rat was found. They further stated that we may have kept the room door open and hence rat entered in. On third night in the middle of our sleep, we again heard noises from the AC unit and saw a very large rat residing inside it (we never used the AC from day 1 as it made a lot of noise). We checked out of the place right in the middle of the night and moved back. Quite disappointed with the experience and lack of action from the hotel staff. Rat infestation is a health hazard not to be taken lightly.

Rooms are not as great as are shown in the pics. Yet located in a very peaceful area, most of the important landmarks are nearby. However, the USP ol the stay was the Chef Shri Rajesh, who is a very good human being besides being a very good cook. If you stay here, I am sure you will somehow miss him later.

Excellent service and wholesome meals at the cafe - Soni at the reception ensures that any issues are fixed and they are extremely attentive to needs of the customer . Will stay again for sure Another comfort is the delicious vegetarian food that is supplied by Ms Bhanu at the cafe - the food quality is excellent and they make it to order to suit the South Indian / Andhra / Telangana taste at the Bcafe

The service is poor. The amenities are not available. You have to call on mobile to ask for anything and they don’t pick the call. Only location is good. Rooms are very small. Poor service. They are not friendly. Basic customer friendly service is not there.

I loved the stay for 5days as this was my second time to stay here... the rooms are pretty clean... I just loved cooking food in the kitchen...felt like home

Service was good but rooms were not that good as anytime they used to powercut,wifi was not connecting,for people coming for official purpose creates problem,food prices too high as compared to quantity and quality,you can get food with good taste at cheaper rates outside.

Rooms are neat and clean. Few of the things we reported were fixed immediately. A hotel to stay within our budget.

The Rooms were spacious and well maintained. It had all the amenities they mentioned in the booking site. The staff were friendly and attentive. The ambience was good and great location. They have clearly understood the concept of Studio flats. Kudos to the management and staff. We had a pleasant stay!

Taking away 2 stars because of the ac unit set up it has been preprogrammed to work at bare minimum therefore is uncomfortable and cannot be changed at all. It should not be called an ac toom. Rest everything, staff, rooms, parking, location is excellent. The restaurant is also good enough and i found it to be a better option than swiggy unless you want a special order or brand.

Small apartment with basic kitchen facilities and supplies. Comfortable double bed and sofa. Good size bathroom with plenty of hot water. Complimentary toiletries, tea/coffee/water. Good wifi. Small cafe attached, with access to restautant for food deliveries (we did not use). Otherwise restaurants are at least 10mins walk away. Staff very friendly. We would stay here again.

Quiet place but also very close to main roads. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Worth staying at the prices!!!! Good service. Great managers at the reception PS- Restaurant/ cafeteria is a subcontractor & scammer. If you order meals at the room, don't pay cash- pay online. He doesn't return the change which he said would return on the day of check out.

In the midst of ongoing construction activity it's a serene presence. Service.... U don't have to ask twice... Requests at the reception are handled promptly by the professional staff... The ever smiling lady at the reception is not only courteous but also cooperative and efficient... Overall, an experience one would like to repeat... Restaurant is good

One of the cleanest and bestest hotels in Hyderabad. Trust me their service is too good u will get room service within 5-10 mins. I have stayed there for 5 nights and booked 2 rooms and i am very happy and satisfied about their service. Rooms are exactly the same as shown in the picture. Had a decent stay at Restel Studio Flats located in the Madhapur area of Hyderabad. The hotel location is a bit far from the main city but the nearest metro station is just 2-3 kms away, so not a big deal and you also get service from Ola/Uber/Rapido in that area. I tried upma in breakfast which personally I didn't like much. Not sure about the other food items as I didn't try any. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was well-behaved. Overall a good hotel to stay.

This is one of the worst places to stay! There were rats in the room. Even after telling the staff that a rat had nibbled on a apple, no action was taken. On the third night, we literally saw the rat at 4:00 am inside the air conditioner and left the room immediately. This hotel is highly unsafe and unhygienic.

Best place and comfortable for family. Room service is too good. Hotel receptionist (soni)also to good and responsible .i will also visit next time. ☺

Studio rooms have small kitchenette at one corner of the room and King bed on another with toilet with shower on the side. Tiny balcony is a saviour. Washing machine is available for free on a separate floor. House Keeping boys are not well trained Hoteliers and neither is the staff at reception since it's a privately owned and managed Studio Apartment company. Location is what they charge high price for actually. Small in-house restaurant on ground floor could improve food quality and freshness of his meals. Not sure why he loads chillies to everything! Homelike food is available through zomato etc though but you'll have to check reviews to avoid bad Stomach or simply ask friends and colleagues.

Overall a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. A good option if you are travelling for work. The staff are very cordial and polite. The kind lady at the reception (Soni), is super efficient and helpful.
