Very nice stay with facilities, well maintained swimming pool, cleanly maintained premises. But road approach from Chevelle road is pathetic. Care taker (husband) is good and cooperative, but lady is bit adamant. Better arrange a cook and get your groceries well ahead as u road as well no near by malls to get your things. Mosquitoes are high from eve 5 to 7 so don't forget to get coils. Entire atmosphere is fun to live. Owner is decent and cooperative person.

One of the best farm houses near moinabad.. Spacious and with all facilities..it has 2 ac bed rooms, 1 non ac room and a big hall attached dining and kitchen. Swimming pool is huge and also have seperate kids pool for kids aged between 3-9 yrs Dj, barbeque counter,rain dance, lawn with outdoor activities for kids make it the best to spend sometime with closed ones. The owner of the villa is very nice person and have been always supportive in all times. If you want to spend a get together with 3-4 families and enjoy the best, go for it. Will be a memorable place to have fun for both kids and family.

Wonderful , comfortable , peaceful and pleasant place for partying / get together. They have everything exactly like how it is represented in pictures. Rain dance , pool, seating area, BBQ, the villa and what not ! Everything looks very cool here. I'm glad I found a pretty place like this to spend a peaceful day. Neatly maintained. Thank you host Nageswara Rao garu for making us feel s 3 abode just like our own home.

The farmhouse was spacious with pool and kids playarea. They had a two burner stove, refrigerator and everything else in the kitchen. Only con was the bathrooms were not clean enough for me , they could have been better.

Had a pleasant time here with Family. Good maintenance, big rooms with multiple beds could accommodate upto 15 people.They had DJ speaker which rocks along with a rain dance setup. Carry your own toiletries and towels they are not providing them. Helpers are always available if we need anything. Overall it's good time we spent.

It was a peaceful getaway from city ,the owner was very polite and easily reachable for anything pool was kept very tidy ,area was too good with greenery go to place for mini get togethers.

Very tidy and lovely farm house equipped with everything you need. A good bedrooms and clean bathrooms. We had a great stay! The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The Vibe is great in the evenings, a very relaxed and soothing environment with birds chirping around you.Our family had fun in the swimming pool and rain dance post that. Kids in the family did not leave the play area. Would absolutely recommend my friends to stay there!

The place feels so surreal, be it early in the morning with birds chirping or at night with stars filled sky. The villa, service and location is first class. The main highlight are pool and rain dance area with very good maintenance. Would completely recommend to visit the place with family and friends.
