Our experience was good. The Helper there - Mr Uday was present all the time & was very helpful and responsive. The location is pretty much at the outskirts & you won't find much to eat or order at Swiggy/Zomato. There is one restaurant from which you can order through Mr Uday. Good to carry some food with you and some food you can order. They have good lawn to play cricket, badminton. The rooms are neat. Good theatre system in the Hall. However you can carry one portable speaker for outdoors if you want. Jacuzzi is decent & swimming pool is also ok. They have decent amount of cutlery in the kitchen but best to carry some disposables in a large group. We were a group of 5 families so we did carry some disposables, some food. Overall it's a nice place to stay with groups to enjoy & have fun.

Great place to stay with friends!!! Wish there was food facility as well which I got to know that they are constructing a full fledged kitchen with chefs, currently they have a working kitchen with basic utensils for guests to cook on their own...rest amazing ambience!!! Worth the stay

Rooms are new, but maintenance not correct, especially all bathrooms. We used a small kitchen, but without any proper exhaust, hence rooms immediately filled up with the full smell of burnt oil and food smell. Utensils were available which was small. So we have to go for rented utensils locally. And some portions of Road (about a km was not proper & due to rain was dangerous for cars. And that Farm House Resort was difficult to find as it was not on Road side and Local people were found ignorant about that Property. Another problem we faced & that is there was wifi but heard that it was not working. Better Road to go via Shamshabad.

It was a wonderful vacation. There is lots of play area and a beautiful swimming pool for recreation. There is a big hall with TV and music system for entertainment. Spacious rooms .we enjoyed our stay. Lovely place.

Located an hour away from hyderabad this beautiful villa is all you could ask for well maintained pool and rooms with complete privacy for family or friends. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing place. It met our expectations. Very spacious with tidy rooms and pool. You will love this place. It is just like a 5 star accomodation accompanied by amazing music system!!! Will recommend to my friends and will love to visit again this place!!

The place is perfect if you are looking for stay. It is clean and they provides good services with affordable price. The staff is super helpful and understanding. Will visit again for sure!!
