We have travelled several times within India and International, through SVR Travels. They have made excellent hotel and transport arrangements including flight and railway reservations, with local guide wherever necessary. They also can make reservations for a party of two or a big group of people. Also,, they call almost every day during the trip to enquire about the travel arrangements and to resolve, if there are any issues. Would recommend SVR Travels for anyone, who would like to make vacation travels through them.

Worst experience Travel Agent Mounika has doesnot know difference between last name and first name, has booked tickets incorrectly. When I called for enquiry she started speaking in a very rude and insulting mannner they have not provided flexibility to book flight seats. Made to wait for long time in phone call saying she has other calls to attend and is not providing clear information When we are paying such a large amount of money better service is expected. Will not go here again and will not recommend to anyone.

We have completed chardhaam trip through SVR travels. We were a group of 11 people, most of them are elderly people. Svr travels had arranged everything so well and planned the trip very appropriately that we weren't tired at all though the trip went for 12 days. Very bad experience with travels. We went to Kerala trip, The cost taken is very high as compared to the hotels they booked and the rooms given. They have booked the normal rooms which doesn't have any view of beach. My personal experience is very bad and I don't suggest anyone to take this travels

Had been to Amaranth and Vaishnodevi from 31 July to 5 August. The tour was organised well and even during challenging times the manager Johnny was with us all through and endured that we do the trip with no disturbance. The food and transport facilities were commensurate for the intent of the trip. Would definitely travel with this operators again

Worst response from the travels once trip is started.. Before start the journey they will ask amount and once we sent amount, if we struggle in the trip no response and not attempted calls even we are facing with problems...they need amount only

Recently, I visited srisailem via svr travels. It was a pleasant experience overall. The travel and accomodation arrangements were professionally done. Driver was good mannered and gave tips on how to best cover different spots. Hotel provided was clean. Johny was excellent in coordinating all the travel logistics.
