FAKE, EVERYTHING IS FAKE. HORRIBLE ROOMS, PATHETIC ATTITUDE AND COMPLETE CHEATS. Please save yourself from going here. They showed other room in the name of classic room and took complete amount in online booking. Now when we reached there, they showed some other pathetic room and told we are full so either pay extra or take this room. When they spoke to some women in oyo, even she refused to take call and said JO BOLA HAI WOHI DE, WARNA JANE BOL(whatever you offered just now, give that only...if don't agree then tell them to go) I am not only disappointed with this guest house but also with oyo as well. This is not the first time they've cheated like this. I wish I could give 0 stars

It's mandatory to give atleast one star that's why I am giving. It's a very worst experience. I ordered lunch at 12 and they are providing at 4pm after 20 time follow up. I will not suggest anyone for your staying

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers.Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Terrible experience. The hotel is couple friendly, but that is all that is good about it. Staff are inefficient and slow. Rooms are dilapidated. In our room the bathroom window had no shutter and from the roof of the opposite building anybody could see the whole bathroom. For the price being charged, better amenities can be expected.

The service and attitude of the staff is pathetic as they are serving us for free. My aged parents were waiting for food, having the pre meal tablets, for a long time and felt sick. Everyone was just passing the buck. Horrible experience. Not recommended at all for family stay.

Such a rude owner, they charged extra money even after prior booking. Such a worst experience in my life .I never recommend any one. Rooms were very dirty and washroom was full of insects.

They charged good enough Amount for AC rooms, But the shower or the toilet was broken and toilet seat was in very poor condition.

Friendly staff, anything you ask they can help you. It is near in the airport and easy access to grocery and local market that if you need to buy some toiletries and food is there. They offer room service as well we like to eat egg fried rice, egg noodles & chili chicken stuff you should try it!! It's awesome! Overall it was excellent and comfy to stay !!!

Used to be a hotel now turning into a polyclinic and medicine shop

It is available at oyo.way too much overpriced with rude staff. I could have given it o star.full of mosquito and very tiny rooms. Not at all worth the price. Do not make the mistake of booking the hotel. I am pretty much sure that the good rating was paid ratings.

Rooms are ok, mosquitoes everywhere in the room. Had to remind the staff about it. Located in narrow and noisy Street. Price bit high for the place where it is located. Near to Kolkata airport. Stay if no other better option available. most of the bookings are done through OYO.

This Guest house location is near by from airport but it is located in very narrow street where you get too much traffic even if one cab stopped for a while. I am disappointed by service of this guest house when you call reception after multiple attempts they receive your call. Food facilities was not good If you are planning to stay alone for one or 2 days its fine but i would not recommend this place if you plan to go with family and longer period of time.

Goibibo has rated this as 4 star, and they don't have a lift road is too narrow for a 4 start rated hotel. Access road is hardly 18 feet. if 2 cars come opposite to each other, its difficult to drive. water logs while raining on acess road. staff quite helpful. I was given Room No 401. You have to take stair for 1 floor, move zig zag and come down on stair to level 0, to acess my room.( like it's a treasure hunt). The property is hardly 2 star rated and you have boosted it to 4 star. leave about services given by hotel, that may change between people to people. But the infrastructure of the property, can't Goibibo see it. i find more fault with Goibibo than hotelier. Hotelier will try to sell their products but the inter mediator should be fair enough in putting those properties in appropriate category.

Worst oyo I have ever stayed in. AC not functioning in 1 AC room, pipe not attached to the basin, hand shower not working properly, service not upto the mark, behaviour of the staff is problematic. The location is good though, if you want to stay for a few hours, connectivity is good. But be sure to be disappointed.

If i should give honest rating or review... Guest receiving nd reception staff zero Doesn't know how to deal with coustomer No AC remote nd they won't follow the hospitality policies... After staying for long time from 8th September 2022 to 22nd September 2022 I'm giving this review... Doesn't know the rules nd regulations of hotel industry One should respect coustomer...

We booked three bedded AC room and they gave a room in which AC was not working. They did not have any spare three bedded AC room so told us to adjust to two bedded AC room for the first night and next dqy they would change. But they never change it. Also the staffs are there not at all helpful. They did not provide towels and you need to buy mineral water with extra 10 rupees charge. Overall I would suggest to avoid this place to stay.

Rooms are very good compared to others in this range on this area. Their behaviour is good accept 1 or 2 persons it's depends upon person to person.
