Cons: Worst staff behaviour in reception lobby. They show attitude towards customers. I don't understand how the management are tackling with these people. Flush doesn't work in many rooms. 102, 302. Billing is another flaw in there system. They can't bill for multiple rooms together. Ridiculous wasting time of customers and resources. Good thing is that they serve breakfast. Only Good on the whole.

Excellent place to stay in Guntakal, in the market place, very supportive staff, special mention to Mr. Mehaboob. Clean rooms, proper boards with instructions. They can further improvise by being flexible on hot water timings and introduce magic eye hole on the door. But again, that is just an additional recommendation. All good.

There is no backup after power cut, there is only one option and that is to wait till the power comes and if you come in the summer month, that is your headache why you have come in summer. You don't know we don't have any backs. Another amazing thing is when you check in they say sir you pay 2500(room fee per day 1860) in advance during checkout we will refund that money to you. We pay more than the charges but still wait for electricity to turn on our AC. Because we pay more than the room charges that's the reason this hotel provide this special facility(No electricity)😅. I went to check out that they send a person to my room. He checks everything. Even turns on the TV and other things and watches. But after that he says sir take out your stuff. I said you checked my room, everything is fine. After taking my receipt I will take my luggage and leave but he said no sir you take your luggage for check out. I take luggage (15kg bag and laptop bag) and go for check out and wait till my employee comes to pick me up. I suggest if you have self esteem please don't come here because when you check out the way they search your room make you think that you are a thief.😑

Hotel is close to railway station with ample space for parking. Value for Money Hotel. Room was spacious neat and clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Although the lift wasn't working during my stay and got stuck, however the staff were helpful, responded quickly to restore.

Ashoka Paradise hotel is very worst because in the room hot water is not coming am told the management they are not arrange the hot water also and my driver was told driver's wash room and toilet also worst so pls dear friends don't comes this hotel thank you

Worst and rude behavior of staff they don't know how to respect their guests. They don't even provide drinking water. Rooms smells bad always. AC and TV don't work properly. They don't care your comfort except your money room s are not clean wrost hotal in guntakal

The hotel is very good and comfortable but it's located inside the city and there is much traffic but the rooms are very nice and clean and provide a complimentary breakfast that is also good The price is also bit high for couple 1300rs for non AC

Good Looking rooms and service is also fine. But some rooms taps and other faucets not in working properly in bathrooms. Lift facility is available. Wheelchair accessible rooms and parking facility is present.

Best maintained rooms, room service and environment. Whoever wants 'The Best' shall land here to cherish their pleasurable trip

the passage to hotel gate is narrow. busy area. room were clean enough. sheets were stained. breakfast was okay. for a small town it's good enough.

I checked in at 4 pm on 12/2/23 , on my way back to Bangalore, with my family in to an AC Double room . I must say the Lodging comfort matched that of any luxury hotel in Bengaluru. The receptionist and the hotel boys were helpful. They got an Auto to the Railway station past 10 pm . I would recommend this decent hotel to any one visiting family …. Only drawback was that there is no restaurant attached and everything had yo be brought from a nearby restaurant . I still rate it 5 star for the cleanliness, ambience, service.

Best Hotel in Town. Simply called VIP hotel in Town.. Parking lot was good for 4 wheelers . Problem with outside of hotel, minimise road to entry into area of hotel road will make problem with traffic..

Awesome Hotel. Located at walking distance from bus stand and railway station, if you're just carrying a backpack. Clean large rooms with huge window. Neat and spacious washroom. The only flaw, if at all, was there was no soap holder in bathroom. Overall ... Excellent place.

Stayed last night, rooms are good, neat and big. Nice stay. Only food is not available. You can order from Swiggy.

If the hotel can make arrangement for coffee/tea early in the morning it would be better

It's one of the Best in Guntkal with rich ambience and all the rooma facing the central open space and a lift with a view ... Suitable for family and groups .. They have an ample parking space too .. Hotel was one of the first of sorts in Guntkal.. so the build quality is a bit Old, but we'll maintained.. The Room bathrooms don't have Showers .. or so I heard from the property manager. The rooms are also a bit small for the price and with old furniture... Overall a good Hotel in Guntkal in good Location which everyone knows in Guntakal. Many newer options are available these days ..

The only reputed hotel in Guntakal. Maintained very neat and clean, courteous staff. Front office managers to come out of lodge type operating style and to be more customer focused. Time for any big operators to come up with a nice 3 star hotel in the city.
