Apollo should stop giving franchisee for clinic setup. If not, clinics like this will spoil their reputation. My appointment was fixed at 9.30 AM and 30 minutes prior to that the front desk called me and confirmed about my arrival. When I reached by 9.20, I was told that the doctor is in another hospital and will arrive only after 2 hours. It was such a pathetic and irresponsible reply. They could have told that when they called me for confirmation. Totally unprofessional behavior and wasted my time. There was not even single human being in the hospital except one front desk girl and this behavior confirms why patients stay away from them. The reviews I saw on google about this clinic was the drove me to this clinic. Now I really doubt the authenticity of these reviews.

Nice place for master checkup -Male I visited for a master health checkup and everyone here was very co-operative and helpful.. Especially Ms. Reena Mary who is the duty nurse and attended me was very polite and helpful as well as co- operative… yet to complete 2 more and call it a day A special thanks to dentist Gayathri madam who really helped me in perfect cleansing and clarified all my doubts … Thanks Dr. Gayathri for the wonderful advices and suggestions

Met Dr. Jawahar George for master health checkup review. His consultation was good. He explained so practical and transparent about whatever questions I asked. Good attitude. Also met Mrs. Kamali, she gave me a feasible diet plan for good health and for my concerns. Both of them listened to us and were true to the patients.

One suggestion: Reports can be made available faster - by evening or next day morning. Otherwise very neat place. Staff, especially Ms. Thilakavathi, were very helpful and made everything easy. Completed all the tests within 2 to 3 hours.

Good hospital & service. Staff behavior is also very good. My special thanks for a Mrs. Pavithra Physiotherapist for my left side shoulder and back pain. After hearing the issues related to me, she politely explained the need for taking pain management. I took for five days continuously and I feel much relieved from pain. Thoroughly satisfied with the physio treatment.

Recently I visited apollo for routine check-up. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The clinic itself was spotless and well-organized. Doctors was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable manner. Overall I had a positive experience. Nevertheless I left feeling confident in the care I received. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Got my master health check up done today. Came on a weekday to avoid crowd and all the test was one by one without any waiting time. I am super scared of needles but the nurses here were quite good. No pain. Restroom are clean, good parking space and everything was done with very little waiting time. Reports takes 24 hours or more.

Nurses are patient friendly. Blood samples collection section and x-ray section did good job! Reception needs to be improved; Had to wait 10mins to talk to them, not welcoming. Always talking over the phone. Otherwise lab service is good

The Hospital has multiple departments from General Medicine to many specialized areas like Gynecology, Oncology, ENT, Cardiology, etc. Diagnostics is also available in the Clinic itself. The Clinic also offers Health Packages though it is comparatively costly but has Doctor's consultation included which is an advantage. Also the Clinic is very well maintained and the service provided is very good and the Doctor's I met (General Medicine) were very good and listened to the problem and then prescribed the necessary medication. It does not have proper Car parking space while for 2 wheelers it's fine

Great experience in terms of service. Entire health checkup was completed in a day with min waiting period. My only feedback is better interaction by the doc and explanation of parameters outside of normal level. Could have advised me more on lifestyle changes since I was diagnosed by hypothyroidism which is a lifestyle disease. Suggestion on specific diet and food intake to improve haemoglobin level which was very low. I don't want to see a doc to hear a general advice of eat well. The hospital service was otherwise great. This is our family clinic.very nice hospitality right from the front office to the doctors desk. We kind,humble patience towards patient.Nurses have very patience such that for my pre matured son who is 6 years old now has very thin vein comfortably took their valuable time more than 45 min to take blood. I've undergone full body checkup couple of days ago there, all the nurses & technicians were very helpful and supportive, which helps in controlling anxiety. They're skillful knowledgeable on the equipment they were handling. Improvement areas are, better scheduling and streamlining the entire process to complete the all the events in minimum time.

It is indeed a great fortune that we have Dr Gunasekaran as our daughters pediatrician! We had been consulting with Dr. Gunasekaran right from our daughters birth. Since we moved out of Chennai for a period of two years we had lost touch. Recently, after coming back to Chennai, kid fell sick. We immediately contacted to Dr. Gunasekaran and he immediately provided consultation over phone as it was late at night. Following morning we met him in person and that meeting itself was like a warm embrace. Half my daughters illness (and our anxiety) vanished just like that. She was in a hospital for a couple of days and got discharged. Meanwhile there were a couple of other issues for which my daughter was under medication. Doctor immediately referred us to Dr Subramanian and Dr Dinesh. I have to note at this time that there is such a thing as ethical practice. And we usually hold doctors to a very high standard. We were advised that none of the medications that my daughter was having was ever necessary. This was a massive relief to us as it was supposed to be had long term. We met Dr Subramanian, Dr Dinesh and Dr Gunasekaran out of our good fortune and they are the most ethical and have the utmost integrity. They have each assured us of the best care and best advice. Dr Gunasekarans patient first approach and treatment options are just amazing and speaks volumes about his experience and expertise. We are very happy to recommend his services to anyone not just from a medical professional standpoint, but more from a humane approach and personal care.

I went here to have yearly check up in Dec 2022. Nice ambience and helpful staffs here. Took little longtime for gynaec check up. Spent one whole day which admin can take efforts to minimize waiting time. I received my reports in email and hard copy. Overall good experience.

I had consulted Mrs Pavithra Physiotherapist for neck and right shoulder pain. After hearing the issues related to me, she politely explained the problem and explained the need for taking pain management through IFT. I took for three days continuously and I feel much relieved from shoulder pain. In addition she taught few exercises to overcome the issue. Thoroughly satisfied with the Physio treatment.

The consultations and testing were all done and am satisfied..: but just that there was no mention about the timing it takes for all the test and that was never conveyed…. So my entire day was spent at the clinic for a regular health check up…

We booked a vaccine slot for Sunday Morning on Friday (2 days before). When we reached the centre, the front desk informed us that they have cancelled the vaccination as minimum number of people have not reached. We were 4 people together and 3 more personnel have booked for that day. The front desk tried to organize a slot elsewhere, after 1 hour of no fruitful work, we left. They tried to arrange us for Friday (next week) but we refused. Following day, even though they have vaccination slot, I booked elsewhere, not wanting to waste my time here. A simple call would have saved half my day.
